The objective of this study was to investigate mechanical properties namely hardness of cemented tungsten carbide workpieces which were the mixture of 75 wt% tungsten carbide (WC) and 8 wt% -10 wt% cobalt (Co) as the binder . Other composites used included 0.5 wt% tantalum carbide (Tac) 14 wt% - 17 wt% titanium carbide (TiC) and 0.5 wt% - 1 wt% niobium carbide (NbC). The workpieces were then formed and sintered at 1450 °C. After the forming and sintering processes were completed the workpieces with different composites were obtained. The results showed that there were the differences in green density and hardness between recycled tungsten carbide powder and commercial tungsten carbide powder workpieces. Different particle characteristics and chemical components of tungsten carbide powder resulted in poor flow between the particles affecting density and hardness. Besides the compression of the metal powder before sintering could reduce the porosity because low porosity led to less shrinkage during sintering as shrinkage during sintering varies with the workpiece density after forming

This research aims to 1) To analyze the situation of logistics and supply chain of healthy ready to eat meals that sold via online. 2) To study a framework of logistics and supply chain development in value added healthy ready meals that sold via online. 3) To practically benefit in making money from online business in the future which Thailand is entering the digital society according to the policy of Thailand 4.0. The researcher has a desire that this study will contribute to supporting the use of digital technology in business for creating alternatives decisions and system management together with the development of the product category. Hence this enables building long-term competitive advantage for entrepreneurs and reduces the complexity from the use of digital technology which plays a role in in Thailands infrastructure and logistics and supply chain management. In this qualitative research the study sample includes seven full-time or parttime entrepreneurs selling healthy ready meals that sold via online in Bangkok and vicinities. Data collection is conducted through interviews. The study found that the locations of six online healthy ready meals sellers are in Bangkok and one in Sumutprakarn. Four sellers provide delivery service in Bangkok and vicinities and three only in Bangkok. Six sellers provide food ordering channel via Line Application five via Facebook three via phone call two via Instagram and one via a specific food ordering application. Three sellers have more than 21 menus while two other sellers have 8-14 and 15-21 menus. There is no seller whose menus are less than 7. Most of the payment methods which six sellers provide are through bank transfer two sellers by cash and two sellers by credit/debit cards respectively. This research can be concluded based on the objectives of this research as follows. 1) Situation of popular online health products. Health-conscious consumers are becoming more interested in food consumption. The suitable calorie intakes are calculated each day and non-toxic ingredients and safe cooking methods are used. It is found that food delivered directly to consumers must have the appropriate supply chain with logistics activity management in order to be consistent with product category and consumers who are of working age that have no time to cook or eat at a restaurant. Some people think it is impossible to cook as their work is too busy. Therefore they decide to order food online for convenience while they can still take care of health. 2) In studying the framework it is important to pay attention to raw materials coordinating with suppliers of raw material method and workspace of the cook delivery to customers customer relationship management and 3) Practical benefits in making money from online business in the future which Thailand is entering the digital society according to the policy of Thailand 4.0. Therefore consumer behavior has changed and it is possible to use technology that is the driving force of the food business the technological development along with logistics management and supply chain management in quality preservation cooking of ingredients transportation and after-sales service. The use of technology can shorten the supply chain because the manufacturer can directly deal with the customer. It can solve the problem or improve the ability of the business directly which will add value and enhance competitiveness. As a result the business will be growing and competitive in the long run. Suggestions for online food entrepreneurs are the risk of miscommunication and careless transportation that ignores customer details which can cause loss of customers despite not the food quality. Therefore entrepreneurs need to manage supply chain quality thoroughly. Moreover the online healthy food entrepreneurs should regularly monitor the quality of raw materials to build credibility so that customers will make the purchase decision once they know the product and then repeat purchase in the future.

The aims of research were to study (1) a basic formula of rice noodles’ production. (2) the production of jobs tears flour and rice flour in rice noodles’ production. (3) the quantities of using jobs tears substituting for rice flour in noodles’ production. And (4) consumers’ acceptance of rice noodles product from jobs tears flour. The results showed that the first formula was chosen to be the basic formula. This formulation containing 10% rice flour 3% tapioca flour 26% water and 0.5% vegetable oil. The results of physical qualification between jobs tears flour and rice flour showed that the lightness (L) of jobs tears flour lower than the lightness (L) of rice flour (p≤0.05). And the value (a*) showed redness and the value (b*) showed yellowness higher than rice flour (p≤0.05). Humidity and water activity (aw) of general rice flour is not different from jobs tears flour considered by sensory test with ratio of jobs tears flour to rice flour of 20:80. This ratio got more preference the ratio 40:60 and 60:40 (p≤0.05). According to the consumer test (100 consumers) the Noodles by Partially Substituting Rice Flour with Jobs tears Flour was accepted as the novel and delicious product by 98% consumers. Moreover and 92% of consumers decided to buy the product containing 250 g in the plastic bag with the price of 25 Baht.

This study aims to 1) Product development of hand washing liquid soap smell Thai perfume 2) Physical and chemical properties Product of liquid soap hand wash smell Thai perfume and3) Consumer satisfaction survey on smell Thai perfume hand washing liquid soap products A questionnaire on consumers behaviors related to OTOP products was conducted. And smell test to choose the most acceptable smell. With 30 guests There were 3 levels of odor in liquid soap: 0.2 percent 0.5 percent and 0.8 percent. With 5 experts Experimental plot design RCBD (Randomized Complete Block Design) The 9-tailed test was used (9–point Hedonic scale) with sensory tests and use percentage statistics. With Acceptance and satisfaction test and physical properties viscosity color and chemical analysis of alkalinity were analyzed. 100 people were tested for satisfaction. The results indicate that most consumers are mostly female. Think 73.3 percentage. The behavior of consumers in using smell Thai perfume. Liking smell Thai perfume flower scent it thinks 90 percentages. bottle filling 100 cc it think53.3 percentages. And the smell that is most liked is the smell of Pip flowers. The average level of smell is very similar. At the rate of replacement liquid soap to smell the smell Thai perfume. The highest score was the formula 2 /0.5 percentage. Physical Properties of Viscosity stability at 527.4 Point Centrino it is liquid stability on surface very gool. Color values have average brightness (L*) green values (a*) and blue values (b*) is equal to 16.47. The liquid soap is greenish yellow. Chemical qualities in acidity it was found that the pH value was 5-8 (6.20 ± 0.01). Followed by product standards community. Consumers are satisfied with liquid soap products with smell Thai perfume like 50.1 percent in terms of color intensity like 35 percent Is the sole of liquid soap like 62 percent Medium scent like 44 percent Medium Concentration like 69 percent finally not irritating to the skin like 98 percent.

By developing the online database website we will be able to use this to transfer the information review the articles gather information publish the knowledge and innovation from the study research and encourage University’s officers to have the channel to publish their academic journals and Humanities and Social Sciences research. Also this can be used to publish and announce the news via Internet network and use it as a search engine for anyone who is interested in the journals and researches which can be lecturers students or general public. The method for system development started with the system design and get tested by the specialist. After that the system has been experimented with the sample group of Research and Development section officers and researchers and received the report. The system result information has been displayed via website which is developed using PHP MySQL Dreamweaver and Photoshop The results of Electronic Journal Database Management System development: Case Study – Academic Journal and Research of Humanities and Social Sciences Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon are based on the sample group who are University’s lecturers and officers. The sample group tested the system by searching for the information in the system. The results indicated that the information was filled in from the sample group and displayed correctly.
