The purpose of this research was to developing of teamwork ability for students of industrial education faculty major electronic engineering. By study was to team work ability for students. This research was developing questionnaire team cohesiveness inventory and teamwork inventory by Thurstone. The target population of the study was students of Rajamangala University of Technology Pha Nakon Faculty Industiral Education Major Electronic Engineering. The representative sample of 19 students were proportionally and simple random sampling by draw lots methods. Data were collected by means of questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics presenting in form of tables. The findings of the study were that students major Electronic Engineering have team cohesiveness or teamwork. As students have thinking qualities of positive. The developing of teamwork ability decisive. The portion teamwork have qualities more than half good and developing teamwork must aspect support and to rest assured. And then aspect cooperate and used contradict in good.

This survey research has a purpose to study the personality of students at the Mechanical Engineering Department Faculty of Industrial Education Rajamangkala University of Technology Phranakhon. The improvement of test questionnaire 16 PF (Sixteen Personality Test) of Raymond B. Cat Resort from the total of 108 students who using a tiered landscape sampling (Stratified Random Sampling). Students from Mechanical Engineering. Tools used in evaluation of research data using a questionnaire and data analysis methods. Calculate overall percentage of arithmetic mean (arithmetic mean) or median comparisons t-test and F -test of students personality areas. Research results can be summarized as follows. 1.Personality with a teacher of mechanical engineering students by age showed that all of the moderates. The average of the maximum a person is sincere and guileless disclosed. 2. Personality with a teacher of mechanial engineering students by age is found that the older students have different personality. and students over 27 years of age are not timid than courageous Students aged between 23-27 years. 3. Personality on a teachers student in mechanical engineering disciplines. Levels by an average score found students with diffcrent rate levels. It is apersonality who loves to collect dissociation. Different Found that students with grade lower than the2.00 level as people like humility. Dissociate more. The purpose of this research is to study An Attitude of Applying Buddhist Doctrines to Daily Life of Students Rajamangala University of Technology Phranakorn. The difference ideas knowledge and ability to put the Dharnma in Buddhism into practice in daily life according to the variants and the instrument used in collecting and compiling data is the questionnaire from five faculties 140 for the male and 282 the female 422 in all. For analyzing date to the estimate of percentage arithmetic medium (X) and standard deviation (S.D.) are made by using the statistical package for social science in order to fmd out the value of the attitude in using the Dharnma in Buddhism Ln daily life. It is found that1. The number of those who answer the questionnaire is 422 persons: Faculty of Mass Communication Technology 29 persons 6.87 percentage faculty of Home Economics Technology 121 persons 28.67 percentage faculty of Architecture and Design 93 persons 22.04 percentage faculty of Business Administration 29 persons 30.57 percentage and faculty of Liberal Arts 50 persons 11.85 percentage. 2.The attitude toward introducing the Dharnma in Buddhism to apply to dialy life in average it is agreed with the study of the important value and usefulness in order to respect Buddhism (X = 3.95 S.D. = 0.86) It is agreed with the law of K.amma that if you do good received good to do bad received bad although you live in anywhere will not avoid from evil (X = 3.99 S.D. = 0.91) that Buddhism teachers about suffering is the instructions to discern the world as it really is (X = 4.02 S.D. = 0.82) Nibbanna is the most happiness. It is agreed (X = 3.85 S.D. = 0.92) the hells and the heavens are in existence in Buddhism. (X = 3.74 S.D. = 0.88) and Buddhism is identical sign of Thai society and it should be supported kept and protected for a long time. It is agreed eX = 4.15 S.D. = 0.79) 3. For other attitudes in brief it is found that the principles of Dhamma in Buddhism can be applied to various situations and can really solve the present problems if they are really applied they are able to lead the followers to happiness and prosperity.

In ability development research in the team work for the student of Industry Education Faculty Major Civil engineering. The objective of research is to know the problem and education guideline for student being sacrifice and public spirit. The student should know how to live pith society and can work in team under the limits of educational problem and guideline of ability research development of 18 students by using the in influencing factor to team work namely in individual difference factor the result of team work the cause of team work conflict the leadership the problem of member in team work the result of research is the students do not still give and importance to the work 50-61 percentages approximately.

This action research has a purpose to study the personality of students at the Industrial Engineering Department Faculty of Technical Education Rajamangkala University of Technology Phranakhon. By using the Peter Lauster personality test this research compares the students personality before and after taking suggestion test on personal development. The subject of test consists of 13 students selected purposive selection from students at the first group of B.S. Technical Education (5-year curriculum) on Industrial Engineering Major. The collecting-data instruments are the Peter Lauters objective test namely the self report inventory and the authors questionnaires with check-list method. The data are analyzed by using the percentage and arithmetic mean. The research results are listed as the following: 1. The studentspersonalities before taking suggestion test on personal development in middle and low level are approximaicly 62.44 (largest group) and 6.88 percent respectively totaling approximately 69.32 percent. 2. The result from the personality test : the rather low and low level of self confident measurement are totally 76.91 percent. 3. After taking the suggestion test on personal development the good level is approximately 57.85 percent increasing about 27.18 percent relative to the same level before taking the suggestion test. On the other hand the low level is approximately 0.43 percent decreaing about 94.47 pecent relative to the same level before taking the suggestion test. 4. The findings from the interview and observation show that after taking suggestion test on personal development the most students not only improve their overall personalities but also build their self-confident as well as increase their well-adkist personalties resulting in the enhancement of their self-esteem.
