The objectives of this study were to investigate communities confidence in their local leaders the locals awareness and factors affecting peoples participation in the water quality management. Data were collected from interviewing 400 households and analyzed with a Logit model. Results showed that the samples were well aware of water quality problems. The communities confidence in their local leaders was in a middle level and the communities’ participation in common activities was low. Factors that affected communities participation in water quality management were confidence in local leaders membership of the conservation groups education level and awareness of water source problem respectively.

The aims of this research are to review environment of floating market management to analyze potential of sustainable management and to develop strategies for developing sustainable management of Wat Takien Floating Market. Data were gathered by observations interviews focus groups and questionnaires and analyzed with Descriptive Analysis for Means Standard Deviations Factor Analysis and Canonical Correlation Analysis. Results were as follows: 1) Bangkuvieng canal on the eastern side of the market still has a nice natural view. The community cooperated well with each other. The market is organized by the temple committee which was found not to be well arranged at some point. 2) Factors that affect the potential of sustainable management of Wat Takien Floating Market include currect economic condition community local houses along the canal side Bangkuvieng canal geography policy and participation in management temple architecture inland walkway live Thai classical music band food and price of local product. 3) Strategies for developing sustainable management of Wat Takien Floating Market consisted of strategy for developing the floating market along with Buddhist traditions strategy for setting reasonable prices for local goods and strategy for organizing boat trip activity.

The purposes of this research are to study: 1) understanding of water and electricity saving 2) water and electricity consumption behavior 3) to compare water and electricity consumption behavior classified by personal characteristics of the students Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. This research was descriptive research. The sample group was specified to be 325 people by stratified sampling. The reliability of this questionnaire is 0.87. Statistics used was descriptive and inferential statistics. The research result revealed that: 1) The overall of understanding and knowledge regarding electricity saving of the students is in the moderate level. 2) The overall of water and electricity consumption behavior of the students is in the moderate level. 3) The comparison of behavior of water and electricity consumption specified according to personal characteristics could be summarized that the students in different genders classes and majors had identical water consumption behavior and the students in different genders and classes had identical electricity consumption behavior. On the other hand the students having different majors had statistically different electricity consumption behavior at 0.05.

“Usage of Luo Han Guo instead Coconut Sugar in Kgawyaco milk Gelatin Product” Objective To determine the usage Kgawyaco milk as coconut milk substitutes of Kgawyaco milk jelly Amounts of three different levels: 40 60 and 80 percent of all coconut milk . And to determine the appropriate amount of Luo Han Guo used to replace sugar and Kgawyaco milk jelatin . Amounts of three different levels: 15 20 and 25 percent by weight of coconut sugar. The experiment follows the Randomized complete Block design (RCBD) principle. The quality of senses; color smell criteria taste texture and overall appreciation were evaluated and given up to 9- point hedonic scale by 80 experimenters. The average was computed and the variance was analyzed by ANOVA at the 0.05 confidence intervals and the difference of averages were examined by Least Significant Difference test through the prefabricated program. The results sensory evaluation of using coconut milk instead of jelly custard Kgawyaco panelists recognized at the level of 60% in the appearance color odor taste texture and overall liking averaged 7.72 and 8.51 8.05 8.02 8.03 8.10 respectively.
