This research aimed to : 1) study the constructivist teaching method through cooperative learning activities to enable students’ self-instruction 2) to design the cooperative teaching and learning model based on the constructivism for the information literacy and research skills course for the students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and 3) to develop the constructivist-cooperative teaching and learning instruction to develop critical thinking and learning achievement for the information literacy and research skills course at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. This research used a mixed-method between quantitative research and qualitative research. The data were collected from 30 students using the questionnaire approved by the experts. The in-depth interviewed data from five students who were fast acute and adept learners were analyzed and processed. The computerized statistics were percentage mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were analyzed for content (Content Analysis). The findings showed that the students had the opinion at a high level about the model of constructivist-cooperative teaching and learning model in the information literacy skills course. Regarding each aspect it was found that the students were extremely satisfied with the constructivist-cooperative teaching and learning model. The following satisfaction lied in the development of the teaching and learning model and the trial of the model conducted with real students to see any potential flaws for further improvement and development of appropriate and effective instruction models. In addition the opinions of the informants were accordant with those of the students. The model should focus on the content and the instruction design. Group works should be used so that students can help each other. Experts in constructivism should play a main role in the development of a constructivist-cooperative instruction model. The constructivist-cooperative instruction model should be implemented with real students. The results can be further used for improvement and development of appropriate and effective instruction models.

This research aims to study perception and understanding about being a digital university and to study and analyze the factors that affect digital university. There are benefits to be given as a guideline in determining the direction of university operations in line with future change conditions. And it is a way to develop a university into a digital university. Population used in this study was 1250 people from staffs at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The sample consisted of 339 questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using the frequency distribution percentage mean and standard deviation. Initially the researcher has studied factors that affect the development of the university into a digital university based on data and theories. After that the researcher conducted a survey with the sample group. The results showed that : 1.People who have ever perceived information about being a digital university about 74.04%. Overall the response correctly was 78.73% on average and more than 3 items were correct in 5 items totaling 228 persons representing 90.84%. 2) Opinions on the factors affecting the development of the university into a digital university as a whole was classified in a high level the average was 4.18. When considering each aspect showed that the significant factors in a highest level were the management of the organization the average was 4.26 and the structure of digital technology within the university the average of 4.25 respectively. Significant factors in a high level were personnel average 4.15 and teaching quality were 4.07 respectively. When considering each item showed that the significant factors in a highest level were 1) the efficiency of the Internet and wireless internet 2) the support budget 3) the digital skills of the personnel in the operation. And the ability of teachers to use digital technology in their teaching and 4) Classroom / Laboratory Supported for Digital Technology. Therefore universities should: 1) Give importance to knowledge building and attitudes. Accurate to prepare personnel for a digital university. The cover every unit in the University to encourage adaptation to ready for change to be a digital University. 2) And set policies that are digitally linked to all university visions and strategies; The Including to clear operational framework linked to the mission. 3) Manage the digital structure of the digital system in a systematic and current develop high-speed internet and high-speed wireless internet to provide stability and signal coverage for all areas of campus. 4) There are many of IT personnel who are knowledgeable enough to meet the needs of university departments. IT staff must be able to provide advice modify or facilitate the use of IT to personnel and students. 5) There should be a technology-based curriculum. To provide students with the skills to use a variety of technologies. Can be used in the occupation and the labor market. In addition should also develop a classroom that supports digital technology to keep pace with the changing world society.

Nowadays it is rapid technology advancement. The faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needs to update the bachelor degree programs and produces graduates that meet the requirements of the target markets. Work integrated learning education is one of the most effective education that is suitable for this situation and the future. This research is a study of faculty of engineering’s strategy base on work integrated learning for professional graduate production. The research results acknowledge the work integrated learning education type that is implemented in the faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. In addition the results can be applied to the modification of the engineering curriculum or the new engineering curriculum design.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพชุดสื่อประสมโดย การผสมผสานการเรียนรู้แบบทักษะปฏิบัติเดวีส์และการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหาสำหรับนักศึกษาทางสาขาวิชาชีพ ทำการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้วยชุดสื่อประสมระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนและเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาของนักศึกษา และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดสื่อประสมโดยการผสมผสานการเรียนรู้แบบทักษะปฏิบัติเดวีส์และการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหาสำหรับนักศึกษาทางสาขาวิชาชีพที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 3 แขนงวิชาวิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และโทรคมนาคม จำนวน 27 คน ทำการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ค่าสถิติ t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการหาประสิทธิภาพชุดสื่อประสมโดยการผสมผสานการเรียนรู้แบบทักษะปฏิบัติเดวีส์และการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหาสำหรับนักศึกษาทางสาขาวิชาชีพ พบว่า ชุดสื่อประสมเรื่องสายอากาศไมโครสตริปที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 73.58/70.74 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่ตั้งไว้ร้อยละ 70/70 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้วยชุดสื่อประสมโดยการผสมผสานการเรียนรู้แบบทักษะปฏิบัติเดวีส์และการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหาสำหรับนักศึกษาทางสาขาวิชาชีพที่พัฒนาขึ้นระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน พบว่า นักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดสื่อประสมที่พัฒนาขึ้นหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาของนักศึกษาหลังใช้ชุดสื่อประสมโดยการผสมผสานการเรียนรู้แบบทักษะปฏิบัติเดวีส์และการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะ การแก้ปัญหาสำหรับนักศึกษาทางสาขาวิชาชีพที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า นักศึกษามีความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดสื่อประสมที่พัฒนาขึ้นหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดสื่อประสมโดยการผสมผสานการเรียนรู้แบบทักษะปฏิบัติเดวีส์และการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหาสำหรับนักศึกษาทางสาขาวิชาชีพที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า ผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อชุดสื่อประสม เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์คุณสมบัติและออกแบบสายอากาศแบบไดโพลด้านต่าง ๆ มีค่าเฉลี่ยของระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก

The purposes of this research were 1) study basic information on the development of learning package with community participation using archaeological site of dusit district to encourage creative learning 2) development of learning package using archaeological site of dusit district and 3) study the experimental results using development of learning package using archaeological site of dusit district. The sample used in this study consisted of 40 tourists in dusit area by purposive sampling. The data were analyzed by using the dependent t-test. The results showed that 1. The developed learning package has 9 historic sites consisting of Thewarat Kunchorn Temple Sukhanaram Temple Benjamabopit Dusit Senaram Temple New Thong Sen Temple Rajaphatikaram Temple Doctor Porns House Suan Sunandha Palace Palace of the day and the temple of Wat Bot Samsen. Each model can be presented in the form of 3D models along with videos with descriptions of the history of each site. 2.The experiment of learning package using archaeological site of dusit district was significantly higher than before at .01 level. 3. The assessment of the satisfaction from the sample group of users learning package using archaeological site of dusit district were at a high level ( x = 4.13 S.D. = 0.49).
