This research had the objectives to 1) study of the achievement in electronic document system for using in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2) study the factors what they affect to satisfaction for electronic document system in Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon 3) suggestion an improvement plan for these achievement system to develop and improve the relevant systems. The official workers in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were concerned in electric document system as 238 persons. The analytical data were Frequency Percentage Mean Standard Deviation t-test analysis Reliability of questionaires and One Way Analysis of Variance. The results shown as the satisfactions level in efficiency system Information system quality control system and management system were very good. The comparison of 2 samples groups by t-test at 95% confidence as the group who need the hard copy documents and useless documents with t-test at. The results were not different in the efficiency level information technology system and data management. The results more than 2 sample groups were analyzed by ANOVA at 95 % confidence. The result showed the satisfaction in the present position working of the samples as the instructors document official or relevant official and the other official was not different whereas the satisfaction in information technology was different. In addition the satisfaction of electronic document system was not different for the official in general education and management duty.

The objectives of this research were to develop the online leave system for human resource management organization and to study the satisfaction of users toward the system. The system could support human resource department to manage employee information position department type of leaves right and calendar activity. The employee could take a leave and check status and history of absence. The employers could approve and check history of absence and also see calendar activity and absence report of employees. The system facilitated human resource department employers and employees including paper saving. Online leave system was developed with PHP used MySQL as the database management system and designed by Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop. The sampling group selected by purposive sampling was 30 users. The result of this research showed that the satisfaction of users was at good level.

This paper presents the design of automatic watering system using sun tracking as an energy source .The objective is to design the automatic watering system for fruits grown in both areas without electricity. The solar panel can be moved along the direction of the sun cover an altitude - azimuth dual axis as an energy source of the system. The 20 longan trees are used in the experiment. The DC motors and the solar panel is controlled and rotated by the microcontroller to the position of the maximum light intensity. The watering system section will use a technique to measure the soil moisture sensors ECHO2-20 with real time PC based monitor system by Visual Basic Studio. As for the experiment results it was found that the energy stored by the developed solar tracker increased to 17.72 percent in comparison to a solar panel fixed installation. The watering appropriate soil moisture content is 12 percent and stops at 25 percent resulting for the garden moderators to save time and labor.

The purposes of this research are 1) to desired level of services University of Technology Phra Nakhon Library Using LibQUAL+TM 2) to evaluate the quality of services University of Technology Phra Nakhon Library Using LibQUAL+TM 3) to investigate the respondent’s suggestions for improving the service quality of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Library. This research survey by questionnaire topics showed that minimum-acceptable service level desire level of service and Perceived level of service. Questionnaires were collected 390 users from 191 undergraduate students 73 graduate students and 121 teachers in University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Then data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows for percentage mean and standard deviation The results revealed as follows; 1. The opinion of user about the services of the library it was found that the minimum acceptable level and the perceived level of services were at a moderate level while the desired level of services were at a high level. 2. On basic of the services quality it was found that mean of the perceived services was in zone of tolerance. The adequacy gap was positive. It meant that the services quality was acceptable. However that was not precisely the respondent’s expectation. The superiority gap was negative; it meant that quality of services did not equal the level of the respondent’s expectation. 3. Their suggestions were 1) Affect of service; including there were no enough library staff 2) Information control; including there were the books whose contents match the subjects offered is minimal not enough demand 3) Library as place; including there were restrictive library. Should provide enough space for the number of active users .

The problem of learning ot the students is the instructor preparation the content or knowiedge transfer is not appropriate for the learning potential of indivedual students. This article presents the implementation of intelligent tutoring systems that is response to the difference between the students and has been applied to the Web-Base Instruction by Combination of Adaptive content which is based on Expert model within the ITS. This is a tools to support the learning of students according to their best potential and make learning more effective.
