There was no significant difference of the environment of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon as perceived by male and female students in overall five aspects and each aspect. 3. There was no significant difference of the environment of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon as perceived by students with diffence year of study in overall five aspects and each aspect.
Snake Skin Gourami Washer
This research aims to build the prototype of Pia-Salid (Snake-Skin Gourami) cleaner. At present Pla-Salid is one of economic animals and is also one of small medium enterprises in Thailand. Pia-Salid traders require to reduce cost in hiring and decrease time in production procedure in order to gain the most efficiency. For this reason this prototype was built. This machine consists of 7 main parts. They are as follows: (1) A drum with screw blade of external dimension 500 mm and 200 mm internal dimension 200 mOl pitch sieve pore in cylindrical shape with 500 mm dimension and 700 mm long. The drum also has a way in and a way out with 1100 mOl of total length. (2) A set of drum supports. (3) The structure that holds the equipment. (4) 10 injectors. (5) Motor gear and centrifugal pump. (6) Major and minor containers for water. (7) A set of drum pressers. Amount 380 kilogram of Pia-Salid was used the principal material in the test. The measuring instruments were a stop-watch and a 60 kilogram scale. The result found that the small fish has less transfer-rate than the bigger ones. It could be said that it depended on the size or the weight of the tested fish to resist the injection or the friction of the drum wall. And if the revolution was low the transfer-rate could not be reached the requirement but the cleanness was decreased. To find out the timing of transferring 20 kilogram of fish (8 fish per kilogram) five tested were done. The result showed that it took about 1.56 minutes. And then 60 kilogram of fish were tested it approximately took 4.25 minutes which calculated from the revolution at 12 rounds per minute (12 rpm) in finding a volume of the fish cleaning.
Effect of Powder Sizes on Heat Transfer Characteristics of Miniature Sintered – Wick Heat Pipe
The objective of this study is to experimentally and numerically determine the effect of powder sizes on the void fraction which subsequently affects the heat transfer characteristics of miniature sintered–wick heat pipe usually applied in the notebook computer. The powder size of the wick is a profound influence on the heat transfer performance as well as the economic aspect of the heat pipe. By using computer program to simulate the void fraction of the sintered wick made of two sizes of metal powder and accordingly the mixture fraction of such metal powder the optimum throughput heat transfer of the miniature heat pipe can be predicted. The inputs of the simulation program are size specification the thickness of copper powder and powder fraction. The heat transfer characteristics of the heat pipe will be determined by firstly obtaining the void fraction of such sintered wick. Then the heat transfer rate will be calculated from the void fraction. The optimum void fraction can be solved as the point at which the void fraction and heat rate are appropriate on the basis of economic consideration. In order to validate such calculation the experiments have been conducted with several kinds of metal powders. The wick employs the copper powder with range of diameter of 150 - 212 and 250 - 297 micron respectively by wick molding with sintering process. The miniature heat pipe with outside diameter of 6 mm and the total lengths of 200 mm was used. The wick thickness was fixed of 0.46 mm. Water was used as a working fluid. From the result the heat transfer performance at normal state of the heat pipe with powder fraction of 1 : 3 has found to be as high as 25 W which is quite closed to the predicted one.
Air Car
Nowadays energy conservation is widely recognized due to fuel crisis. Petroleum is one of the primary energy used in various aspects especially by factories which consume energy at very high rate. Air pollution has been caused for this reason. Lots of industrial sectors have paid attention to this problem and have found out in different ways to manage it. The purpose of this work was to apply compressed air energy which is zero emission energy as an alternative energy instead of fossil energy. This energy was used in a prototype small three-wheeler powered by an impact wrench. The vehicle carried two tanks of 10 liters of air which pressure is 90 bars. The three-wheeler used chains and gears to transmit power to wheels. The gear increased torque ratio of the impact wrench. An air valve was controlled by a sling-controlling lever. On rear wheel hub 3-speed gear was fitted to enable the car move conveniently according to speed of motor and road condition. Test results showed that air car could move with the maximum speed of 21.4 km/hr and the farthest distance of 1917 meters. The longest period of time which the car could move was about 5-6 minutes. The highest torque produced by impact wrench was 2.323 Nm at rotating speed of 3400 rpm. It was also found that between the rotating speed of 2000 and 4000 rpm the impact wrench produced the best performance and this is a good condition to be chosen for further research and development for maximum efficiency.
Econo Power Car
Nowadays the fuel energy is consumed more than it was used in the past and most of energy used comes from petroleum which is not reusable. Moreover the crude oil which is raw material to be refined is likely to take place in nature; it usually takes a long time. Therefore this natural resource must be used efficiently to maximize its benefits. Construction of Econo Power Car will be one of many methods to decrease the energy consumption. The objective of research aims to influence parameter effecting to the fuel consumption such as engine system transmission system suspension system and fuel injection system. Furthermore the Econo Power Car is estimated to cooperate with 11th Honda Econo Power. To achieve this the effects of fuel consumption parameters are investigated using experiments. For the suspension system the wheel resistance and the rolling resistance are decreased by wheel angle modification and changing the wheel bearing. Moreover the engine is adjusted by the fuel injector addition. For the economical experiment in the 11th Honda Econo Power the By Part Team (RMUTP Team) has the consumption 843.443 kilometer/liter and within 4th order from 347 teams by the invent higher education of competition and type of 125cc. The winner team has the economize statistics 999.746 kilometer/liter. As a result influence parameters of fuel consumption are wheel resistance and engine system which is good knowledge for the development of the Econo Power Car in the future.
