ผลกระทบของระบบความปลอดภัยในงานก่อสร้างที่มีผลต่ออัตราผลผลิต
The purpose of this research is to study the effect of a safety system provided for external wall plastering activity on productivity by studying a construction of commercial buildings. The safety system composed of (1) stable scaffolding system (2) providing clean and not slip walkways on the scaffold (3) installation of handrails not less than 0.90 meters in height along sides of the scaffold (4) installing safety nets around outside perimeters of the scaffolding (5) indicating working area (6) installing stairs (7) providing protection for people who works below (8) providing tools and equipments for transporting material which are safe and ready for using and (9) providing personal protective equipment for workers. Cost of the safety system is 79665 baht for a wall area of 1510 m2 or approximately 53 baht/m2. The prevention cost is quite high because it is an initial investment cost. However contractors could repeat theirs used on future projects. Productivity rates for prior and after the used of safety system are 1.16 and 1.13 m2/person/hr respectively. The productivity declines for approximately 3%. In addition our study found an impact of predecessor activity which is a brick laying activity. If brick walls are not well aligned and plumbed the working time for wall plastering could take longer for 8%. Meanwhile the wall plastering productivity could decrease for 11% and labor cost could increase for 12%.
A Study of Requirement and Factors Influlence Purchasing Decision
The purposes of the study were 1) to investigate factors influencing the needs and purchasing decisions of Malaysians to buy processed foods 2) to study the relationship between the variable factors affecting Thai entrepreneurs decision making and 3) to examine the goodness of fit of the causal model of the factors affecting the needs and purchasing decisions of Malaysians to buy processed foods with empirical data. The study applied mixed research method. The research samples selected through Simple Random Sampling were Malaysians buying Halal processed food products from Thailand. The research data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research findings were as follows that 1) the factors affecting the needs and purchasing decisions to buy processed foods of Malaysians consisted of cultural factors perceived marketing mix factors past behavior factors quality confidence factors and factors regarding purchase intention on Thai processed foods. 2) Confirmatory Factor Analysis was administered and the findings revealed that every factor applied was appropriate. Even though the number of the variables decreased structural reliability remained acceptable and could suitably be applied to Thai export businesses. 3) The model explaining the relationship between the factors according to the hypothesis analyzed by Linear Structure Equation Modeling yielded direct influences consistent with the five hypotheses having been proposed. The research result showed that Malaysians were confident in Thai Halal Products Standard Certification with high reliability of 80

The purposes of this research were I) Products development from hemp dying for Hub-Kra-Pong agricultural cooperatives limited. 2) To transfer technology of creativeproducts from hemp dying. 3) following the result of the project success. The research in the fIrst year (Budget 2551) divided their operations into 3 phases. Phase 1) the experiment selected the appropriate characteristics of hemp fIbers to the dying. Phase 2) the experiment was tie and dye method for appropriating characteristics of hemp fIbers. Phase 3) design patterns in order to create product bags and hats design forms of 15 styles and chosen by the expert. The expert selected in each type 3 styles for making products to survey the product satisfaction. The research in the second year (Budget 2552) is a transfer technology products (bags and hats) prototype from hemp fIber that are made to Hub-Kra-Pong agricultural cooperatives limited. For the satisfaction of 30 participants trained to result as follows. The results of selected characteristics of fIbers suitable for the dying in this research showed that fIber which braided can be formed into the product at all. The experimental tie and dyeing methods to suit the characteristics of the fIbers found that a thick tie dye and hot dJ:y with direct dye suitable for using. Design patterns to create bags and hats products. This research use patterns plant and animal types. Results of the satisfaction of the respondents for bags and hats. Respondents were satisfIed for styles and the colors used in dyeing ofbags and hats in highest level. The transfer of technology bags and hats products from hemp dying. The participants were satisfIed for the speaker is appropriate. Operational training the training activities the contents of the course the objective ofthe course and the facilities in a high level.
