การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนระหว่างนักศึกษากลุ่มที่มีการทดสอบย่อยก่อนเรียนกับกลุ่มนักศึกษาที่ไม่มีการทดสอบย่อยก่อนเรียน และเพื่อศึกษาเจตคติต่อการเรียนของนักศึกษากลุ่มที่มีการทดสอบย่อยก่อนเรียนกับกลุ่มนักศึกษาที่ไม่มีการทดสอบย่อยก่อนเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะเทคโนโลยีคหกรรมศาสตร์จำนวน 77 คน ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2552 ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบวัดเจตคติต่อการเรียน ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมลโดยหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐานและค่า t-test for dependent sample ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษา หลังเรียนระหว่างกลุ่มทดลอง (มีการทดสอบย่อยก่อนเรียน) และกลุ่มควบคุม (ไม่มีการทดสอบย่อยก่อนเรียน) พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยของนักศึกษาวิชาศิลปะการตกแต่งเสื้อ ในกลุ่มทดลองไม่มีความแตกต่างทางสถิติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และคะแนนเฉลี่ยของนักศึกษาวิชาเทคโนโลยีเครื่องดื่ม และวิชาการร้อยมาลัย ในกลุ่มทดลองมีความแตกต่างทางสถิติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 2. ผลการศึกษาเจตคติต่อการเรียนของนักศึกษาวิชาศิลปะการตกแต่งเสื้อ วิชาเทคโนโลยีเครื่องดื่ม และวิชาการร้อยมาลัย พบว่าเจตคติต่อการเรียนของนักศึกษาโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับดี (= 3.68 4.02 และ 3.99) สรุปได้ว่า เจตคติของนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับดีทั้งกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม

The purposes of this research were to collect the data about Thai cuisine from four regions to design and implement database about Thai cuisine and transfer on internet and to tranfer the technological database about Thai cuisine from four regions. The research process involved studying data collecting the lists of regional Thai cuisine : the North Northeast Central and Southern collecting the information about food recipes materials and tools choosing the appropriate data taking pictures materials and tools designing and implementing web database creating computer system developing computer system installing computer software in order to input data testing the system and transferring web database on internet. The result was found that regional Thai cuisine web database was divided into 4 categories21 Kinds of cooking methods 293 data of food with recipes 108 data of food without recipes 138 items of materials and 39 items of tools for perparing and serving food. รายงานการวิจัยฉบับนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อประกอบการดำเนินงานตามโครงการวิจัยพัฒนาและเผยแพร่ผลิตภัณฑ์ของขวัญของที่ระลึกจากกระดาษสา งบประมาณประจำปี 2548 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้และทักษะการประดิษฐ์ของขวัญของที่ระลึกจากกระดาษสาจำนวน 4 ชนิดผลิตภัณฑ์ ได้แก่ สวนถาดสวนแก้ว ดอกไม้ประดิษฐ์ ต้นกระบองเพชร และพานพุ่ม เพื่อเสริมสร้างรายได้ และส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจแก่ชุมชน

The purposes of this research was to study and to compare the students’ satisfaction of the school lunch project in Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University classified by gender age grade levels and amount of participation in the school lunch project. A sample of this research was 297 students selected by stratified sampling Research instrument was the questionnaire. The data were statistically analyzed in terms of frequency percentage mean standard deviation and t-test for dependent samples. The results of the research indicated that : 1. The satisfaction of most girls from grade levels 1-3 and amount of participation in the project were at high level in all aspects of food services place equipment cost and personel. 2. The satisfaction of students with different genders ages grade levels and amount of participation toward the school lunch project was significantly different at 0.05 level.

We present the comparison of CDMA MAC protocol with and without beat noise by using 2-D optical CDMA MAC protocol over WDM networks. We use the asymmetric primehop sequence code. Moreover we analyse the effect of the number of available wavelengths in tenns ofaverage number of attempted to transmissions per time slot (offered load) and beat noise is considered. The presented numerical results based on the throughput and delay time versus the offered load. We divide into two parts. The first one we consider the effect of the number of available wavelengths. Another is the effect of with and without beat noise in the 2-D OCDMA over WDM systems.
