The purposes of this research were to study the approaches for the participatory curriculum administration creatively integrating the environment used by Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL) and to evaluate the desired objectives of the curriculum namely the creative thinking skill aspect in students. The target group selected by purposive sampling technique was 180 representatives of RMUTL faculty curriculum boards administrators instructors and entrepreneurs in the Chiang Mai community. The research instruments included questionnaires and behavioral observation checklists. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive methodology and by calculating percentage mean and standard deviation. As a result of the study there are seven steps developed in the administration of the curriculum that creatively integrated the environment. In this case the participation of the target group in the administration of environment-integrated curriculum was at a high level while the students’ participation was at a moderate level. The students’ desired characteristics in regards to the curriculum’s objectives of creative thinking skills was at a high level.

สรุป วัฒนธรรมอาจจะมีความแตกต่างกันได้ทั้งในระดับแนวนอนและแนวตั้ง โดยสาระแล้ว ความแตกต่างที่แท้จริงก็คือ ระหว่าง สิ่งที่เรียกกว่าวัฒนธรรมที่หลากหลาย ซึ่งไม่ได้หมายถึงความเท่าเทียมกันทางวัฒนธรรม หรือวัฒนธรรมที่มีสูงกว่ากับวัฒนธรรมที่ต่ำกว่าแต่อย่างใด แต่ในความหมายของวัฒนธรรมที่รู้หรือยอมรับกันในระดับหนึ่ง กับวัฒนธรรมที่มีอยู่หลายๆ ระดับและหลากหลายลักษณะ ซึ่งความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมมีความหวายลึกถึงการรใช้ทรัพยากรที่ต่างกัน มนุษย์และบุคคลจึงต้องมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง แลกเปลี่ยน และมีทางเลือกใหม่ตลอดเวลา การปรับตัวและการกลมกลืนของวัฒนธรรม ต่างประเทศของนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยน จะต้องมีความเข้าใจในส่วนของการปรับตัวและการเข้าสังคมที่ต่างประเทศซึ่งเป็นส่วนสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้นักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยน ปรับตัวเข้าหาสิ่งแวดล้อมและวัฒนธรรมที่มหาวิทยาลัยคู่สัญญาในต่างประเทศโดยขาดความกังวล ในการเข้าร่วมการปรับตัวเข้าหาของนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนตรงนี้จากทำให้เกิดความคาดหวังในมหาวิทยาลัยคู่สัญญาในต่างประเทศดังนั้นการสร้างความเข้าใจข้ามวัฒนธรรมเป้นการสร้างฐานรากที่สำคัญของมิตรภาพและความสัมพันธ์ใกล้ชิดระหว่างชาติ ในโลกที่มีการติดต่อสัมพันธ์ด้านต่างๆอย่างรวดเร็ว จะต้องเสริมความเข้าใจระหว่างกันด้านความคิด วิถีชีวิต จารึกและค่านิยมที่ยังหลากหลายมากในโลกปัจจุบัน

A Study of Factors Affecting Student’s Decision to Drop out School: A Case Study of Faculty of Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was an applied research. It was designed for analyzing the voice of customers in student studying management. The samples group was four department students in the Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design faculty as Garment Technology Textile Chemistry Technology Fashion and Design and Product design who retired during study and graduated in 2014 and 2015 academic year. The research results were used for improving the study efficiency and reducing the unexpected study. From the results shown the most problem was withdrawn registration especially in the first and the second year student. Garment technology department was the highest rate of retention after that Fashion and design Textile Chemistry Technology and Product design were respectively. The education satisfactions survey was found the moderate level for curriculum and lecturer as the mean 2.57 and 3.14 orderly. Additional the environmental satisfaction was low as 2.26 for the unexpected education students. In the other hands the graduated students had the greater satisfactions for the whole factors. The curriculum satisfied was good as 3.30 the lecturer was best as 3.67 and the environment was moderate as 2.95 correspondingly. From these results the Faculty of Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design were developed and pay attention in the subjects and lecturer in the first and second year education. The understanding of core study and the essential of each department was the significant factor for retaining and priding the student until they graduated in the Faculty of Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design.

This research has the purpose to study main activity plan of governmental agency and study consistency between activity plans of governmental agency with long term higher education plan for 15 year no. 2 (2008-2022) as to study requirement of higher education students for participating in the activities. This research is a qualitative and quantitative research and triangulation using content analysis and server research for sample group in content analysis namely: main activity plan or public relations plan from governmental agency total 42 major projects. The sample group in this survey was such as publicists of governmental agency total 240 people as for presentation of descriptive research results. Questionnaire was used for analyzing by utilizing statistics for distributing frequency and finding percentage and mean. The conducting of test on research questions was made by using Chi-square: x2) reliability levels were determined at .05.

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาการออกกลางคันของนักศึกษาปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร 5 ด้านประกอบด้วย ด้านสถานศึกษาและสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอนและอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านพฤติกรรมผู้เรียน และด้านสถานภาพครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้แก่ นักศึกษาที่มีเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมต่่ากว่า 2.10 ทุกชั้นปีที่ศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร จ่านวน 997 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามส่งทางไปรษณีย์จ่านวน 750 ชุด ได้รับแบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์กลับมาทั้งสิ้น 296 ชุด น่ามาท่าการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยที่เป็นสาเหตุการออกกลางคันของนักศึกษาปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 2.37 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงล่าดับจากมากไปหาน้อยพบว่า ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.08 รองลงมาคือ ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอนและอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ย 2.73 ด้านสถานศึกษาและสภาพแวดล้อม มีค่าเฉลี่ย 2.45 ด้านพฤติกรรมผู้เรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ย 2.12 และด้านสถานภาพครอบครัว มีค่าเฉลี่ย 1.46 ตามล่าดับ แนวทางการแก้ไข มหาวิทยาลัยควรให้ความส่าคัญกับอุปกรณ์เพื่อใช้ในการเรียนการสอนให้เพียงพอกับนักศึกษา รวมทั้งจัดสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่ออ่านวยความสะดวกแก่นักศึกษา เช่น โรงอาหาร ห้องน้่า สถานที่พักขณะรอเรียน ความสะอาดของอาคาร เป็นต้น ครูผู้สอนควรเอาใจใส่ให้ความเป็นกันเองกับนักเรียน และติดตามนักศึกษาที่มีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยง เช่น ขาดเรียนบ่อย หรือมีผลการเรีนต่่า พร้อมการประสานกับอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาเพื่อหาสาเหตุและแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหา และสอดแทรกการสร้างจิตส่านึกให้นักศึกษารักและผูกพันกับอาจารย์ และมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อให้เกิดความรักและผูกพันกับองค์กร
