The purpose of this research is to study the effect of a safety system provided for wall tile external building activity on productivity. The safety system composed of (1) stable scaffolding system (2) providing clean and not slip walkways on the scaffold (3) installation of handrails not less than 0.90 meters in height along sides of the scaffold (4) installing safety nets around outside perimeters of the scaffolding (5) indicating working area (6) installing stairs (7) providing protection for people who works below (8) providing tools and equipments for transporting material which are safe and ready for using and (9) providing personal protective equipment for workers. Cost of the safety system is 79318 baht for a wall tile area of 385 m2 or approximately 206 baht/m2. Productivity rates for prior and after the used of safety system are 1.91 and 1.85 m2/person/day respectively. The productivity declines for approximately 3 %. Moisture content has a marked influence on all aspects of paddy and rice quality. These issues also have significantly importance for rice industry and economy of Thailand. Many drying process such as spouted bed technique and fluidized bed technique are extremely studied in terms of instrument design and energy consumption. However these drying processes were not suitable for high economic rice. Because of these processes performed highly damaged kernels during drying process. The objective of this project we proposed the alternative drying system that perform low damaged paddy kernels. We also were design and fabrication drying system for paddy in terms of conveyer pipe. This machine have the performance including feed rate approximately 22.83 kg/hr. drying temperature 30-120ºC air velocity 0-1.5 m/s drying time 14.64-16.91 min and energy consumption 6.02 baht/hr. We improved our machine by drying the RD41 paddy at moisture content 28 (%w.b.). We also setup drying temperatures 40°C 45°C 50°C 55°C and 60°C with air velocities 0.7m/s 1.0m/s and 1.5m/s. We found that all drying temperatures have the final moisture content lower than 15 (%w.b.) and percentage of complete paddy after drying (HRY-paddy) more than 96%. For the kernels quality we found that HRY-Brown rice tend to increase with drying temperature increased. We also found that HRY-Unbroken kernels for polishing tend to decrease between drying temperature 40°C - 50°C for air velocities 0.7m/s and 1.5m/s. Therefore these results obtained can be such a high potential approach that can be used for further developing into rice economy and industry of Thailand.

The purposes of research were to : 1) study basic information to allow students to practice professional skills related to Home Economics program 2) study desirable characteristics of students and 3) compare the demand level students with professional skills curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics of establishment classified by type of establishment duration of operation number of employees in establishment and the number of students practicing professional skills required. The population of this study were owner or manager passed students with Curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics 103 people. The questionnaires were used as tool for data. The statistical analysis used in data analysis by using statistical computer software for a social study were frequencies distribution percentages mean standard deviation and ANOVA. The result of this research shown that : 1) that was study basic information to allow students to practice professional skills related to Home Economics program found that establishment mostly commercial which has been in business for 5-10 years with no more than 10 employees and the establishment requires 2 students 2) that was study desirable characteristics of students found that overall the demand level students with professional skills curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics in a very high level when considering each aspect and 3) which compared the demand level students with professional skills Curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics classified by type of establishment duration of operation and number of students practicing the result were not significantly different and That were comparing them individually and individually no different statistical significantly at the .05 level.
