The purpose of this research was to study factors affecting the motivations and study the relationship between private intrinsic motivations and extrinsic motivations for teacher occupation under the economic crisis condition. The subjects in this research were 374 graduates of the Faculty of Education from Rajabhat University and Rajamangala University of Technology in the Central Region. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires. The statistics utilized in this data analysis consists of fundamental statistics and the correlation by Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Chi square. The results of the research are as follows : 1. Intrinsic motivations and Extrinsic motivations for teacher ceeupation had esteem responsibilities characteristic development and growth compensation and security the necessity towards teaching profession attitudes towards teaching profession and interesting towards teaching profession were at a high level. 2. There was a significant negative relationship between the garden fathers education and motivations for teacher occupation under the economic crisis condition at the 0.05 level. There was non significant relationships between age grade point average parentail income parentail expenditure mothers education parentail occupation and motivations for teacher occupation under the economic crisis condition at the 0.05 level.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านหลักสูตรที่มีผลต่อการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ได้แก่ จุดมุ่งหมาย โครงสร้าง เนื้อหา การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการวัดและประเมินผล เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Surway Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ อาจารย์ที่เป็นข้าราชการของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครทั้ง 9 คณะ โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน และแบบของยามาเน จำนวน 219 คน ได้รับกลับคืน 166 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 75.80 เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. สภาพทั่วไปของกลุ่มตัวอย่างใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 30 - 40 ปี ส่วนใหญ่จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท ประสบการณ์การทำงานส่วนใหญ่ไทม่เกิน 10 ปี ส่วนมากเป็นอาจารย์ ตคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ รองลงมา ได้แก่ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี 2. ความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ที่เป็นข้าราชการเกี่ยวกับปัจจัจยด้านหลักาสูตรที่มีผลต่อการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ประกอบด้วยระดับมาก 5 ด้านได้แก่ 1) ด้านจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร ได้แก่ ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนสามารภนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการประกอบ อาชีพได้ จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตรมีความชัดเจนและจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตรครอบคลุมคุณสมบัติและลักษณะทั่วไปของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาที่พึงประสงค์ 2) ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ได้แก่ มีการกำหนดเกณฑ์การวัดและประเมินผลอย่างชัดเจน การวัดและประเมินผลสอดคล้องกับ เนื้อหาวิชาและการวัดและประเมินผลทางด้านทฤษฎีเหมาะสม 3) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ได้แก่ อาจารย์มีการวางแผนการสอนและเตรียมการสอน อาจารย์เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วม หรือเแสดงความคิดเห็นและอาจารย์ได้สอนตรงตามวุฒิทางการศึกษาที่ได้รับ 4)ด้านโครงสร้างของหลักสูตร ได้แก่ จำนวนปีการศึกษาเหมาะสมกับหลักสูตร การกำหนดให้เรียนกลุ่มวิชาชีพบังคับเหมาะสมและจำนวนหน่วยกิตในกลุ่มวิชาแกน เหมาะสม 5) ด้านเนื้อหาของหลักสูตร ได้แก่ เนื้อหาของวิชาสอดคล้องกับจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร เนื้อหาของวิชาภาคทฤษฎีเพียงพอที่จะนำไปใช้งานอาชีพและเนื้อหาของวิชาส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนสามารถศึกษาต่อในระดับสูงตามลำดับ

The study Factors Associated with Exercise Behaviors of Students Rajamangala University of Technology Phra nakhon. Theobjectives of this survey research were to study exercises behaviors of students and the relationships between exercise behaviors of students Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon having attitudes towards exercises perceived benefit exercises perceived the barrier exercises having emotional. Four hundred students and were selected by stratified random sampling. A self-administered questionnaire was used to gather data. The data were analyzed for percentage arithmetic mean standard deviation -test person product moment correlation coefficient. The results of the study were the followings : sex faculty educational level had statistically significant relationship with the exercise behavior of the students significantly at .05 level and age body mass index monthly income students living had no statistically significant relationship with the exercise behavior and knowledge and attitudes had no statistically significant relationship with the exercise behavior and perceived benefit exercise perceived barrier exercises and emotional were had statistically significant relationship with the exercise behavior of the students significantly at .01 level. There have comments from the research are ; Students Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Should support and encourage students to have exercise by arrange exercise activities in university or arrange activities and educate students by set up exhibition board about exercise Knowledge communicate about exercise Knowledge via internet of university; should arouse and them by support students who do exercise often and should convince students who don’t have participation to join exercises activities and engage the benefit of exercise to them.

This research is study about the factors that have relationship with Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon students discipline. This study is a surver research. Questionnaires is used as a tool in this study. The sample groups in this research were students Faculty of business administration 200 persons. The statistics by means of Arithmetic means percentage value and Chi-square. The results are as following : 1. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Students discipline Most of the students are behave follow the discipline in the high level. When compared in each items about study behavior and behavior with their friends found that most of the students behave follow the discipline in high level. The behavior about rules and regulations of student found that most of the students behave follow the rules an regulation in moderate level. 2. Factors that have relatjionship with Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon studentsdiscipline. Childcare family relationship and environment in the university have relationship with the behavior of students discipline which a statistical significance at.05. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากรและการลงทุนที่มีผลต่อการ ผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร โดยในการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ คณาจารย์ที่อยู่ในคณะต่าง ๆ ทั้ง 9 คณะ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติช่วยในการคำนวณ
