การศึกษาพัฒนาส่วนผสมโลหะทองขาว 6k สำหรับการผลิตตัวเรือนเครื่องประดับ
This Research is to Study the Development of 6k White Gold Alloys for Jewelry Production. The Influence of Admixtures on Mechanical Properties was Investigated (Tensile Strength and Hardness) of 6k White Gold Alloys at Various Composite Ratios. The Results of the Experiments Show that the Chemical Composition of 6k White Gold Alloys is Slightly Different when Compared with the XRF (X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometers). Compare the pre and Post-Melting Quantities. Test results of Mechanical Properties of Test Pieces. The Tensile Strength of the 6k Gold Alloy is 25% Au+46%Ag+8%Cu+3%Zn+18%Pd The Highest Value was 1.14 kN / mm2 the Lowest Percentage was 64% and the Hardness was 259.87HV. The Result of this Test is that the Mechanical Properties of the Material are Brittle Material. When the Mold is Formed the Fracture and Forming will be Difficult. 25%Au+42%Ag+12%Cu+3%Zn+ 18%Pd 25%Au+50%Ag+4%Cu+3%Zn+18%Pd and 25%Au+54%Ag+0%Cu+3%Zn+ 18%Pd Tensile Strength in the Range of 0.66-0.70 kN / mm2 Percentage of Elongation in the Range of 84-90% and Hardness of 277.60 244.60 and 186.73HV Respectively. The Mechanics will Show that the Alloys of White Gold 6k 25%Au+54%Ag+0%Cu+3% Zn+18%Pd Have Similar Tensile Strength. The Maximum Percentage of Elongation is 90% and the Minimum Hardness is 186.73HV. It is Suitable for Forming because it has Ductile Material. This is a Good Mechanical Property in the Metal Forming Machine.
การศึกษาคำแสดงอารมณ์ที่ปรากฏในนิตยสารบันเทิง
This study aims to examine meanings and compare emotional words appeared in entertainment magazines. The study was carried out by synthesizing the content according to a definition framework on the meanings of emotional words by Rungthiwa Chatthanrasmi. That can be classified into 3 categories; emotional words expressing emotions and feelings of the speakers emotional words expressing desire and demand of the speakers and emotional words expressing perception and thought of the speakers. Data collected from movie magazines issued 914 year 9 Bang Ra Chan and issued 998 year 9 Wi Marn Mek Khala. The results found that there were 9 emotional words in Bang Ra Chan that expressed the speakers’ feelings; the emotions of dissatisfied surprised suspicious or inquiring loving frightened pitying annoying insulting and indignant. The results showed 18 emotional words in Wi Marn Mek Khala; frightened sarcastic surprised excited disliked dissatisfied suspicious or inquiring annoying blundering appreciated delightful discouraged indignant pitying distressed teasing being at ease and feeling sorry for the loss. Moreover there were the same emotional words appeared in both Bang Ra Chan and in Wi Marn Mek Khala expressing more than one meanings for example “Tho!!” (pitying annoying and frightened). There were also the emotional words used to express desire and demand of the speakers in Bang Ra Chan and Wi Marn Mek Khala that divided into 3 aspects. The first one was the word “Aow” in Bang Ra Chan and the word “Hei” in Wi Marn Mek Khala. The second one was the words that expressed getting attention the word “Hei” in Bang Ra Chan and the words “Chuay Duay” “Ah Ham” “Hei” in Wi Marn Mek Khala. The third one was the words expressing argument of the speakers as the followings “Aao” in Bang Ra Chan the words “Wei” “Aoi” “Hei” in Wi Marn Mek Khala. Also there were the same emotional words appeared in both Bang Ra Chan and in Wi Marn Mek Khala that conveyed more than one meanings on desire or demand of the speakers for example “Hei” expressing desire or demand getting attention and argument of the speakers. There were the same use and different use of the emotional words that expressed perception or thought of the speakers. The word that expressed the speakers’ perception in Bang Ra Chan was “Er”. The words that expressed the speakers’ perception in Wi Marn Mek Khala were “Aor” “Hm” “Um” “Er”. They both used the same emotional words “Er”.

The project was intended to improve the design of feeding bowl. The researcher was conducted by the original product the shape of use. The researcher studied data analysis and collect the information that related by questionnaire of 50 items to study the behavior’s dog and the owner e related information that relevant information from the observation of everyday and interviews with the others to be the information for study the behavior of owner and dog. The results of this study founded the feeding bowl and cleaning the feeding bowl was designing for the dogs can eat 5-6 dogs. The product can be cleaned by wiping the blades with food scraps into your food waste by using the pedal force the blade rotation.
การเปรียบเทียบอายุการล้าของผิวเชื่อมพอกไส้ฟลักซ์ เกรด X111-T5-K4 และ E110T5-K4H4
The damaged propeller shafts caused by the fatigue failure will be repaired by shield metal arc welding process. The service life dependeds on fatigue endurance limit of welding surface. This study was aimed to compare the fatigue resistance of two types of hard facing electrodes using the same arc welding repair process. The investigation of fatigue stress at 517 MPa in failure criteria showed that the propeller shafts repair by Flux core arc welding Process using electrode grade E110T5-K4H4 provided the approximate same service life as that using electrode grade X111-T5-K4 but lowered the repair costs up to thirty-five bath per kilogram electrode. As a result the total maintenance cost decrease 68250 baht per year.
The purpose of this research is to find the relation between stress and strain called as the Flow Stress Curve for 0.4 mm thickness stainless steel (SS 304). Two main methods are used: the Uniaxial tensile test and the Hydraulic Bulge Test (HBT). The relation between stress and strain from both methods would then be compared and simulated into cubic-shaped models by using Finite Element method. Results show that sheet metal formation simulated by using the flow stress curve obtained from Hydraulic bulge test can have the height of up to 40 millimeters before the work piece starts to lacerate. On the other hand if the flow stress curve obtained from Uniaxial tensile test is used the work piece will only be able to form about 15 millimeters before lacerating. The preliminary summary for this research can be said that the analysis for Hydraulic bulge test gives better results than Uniaxial tensile test as it has similar conditions to the actual formation process.
