In this studies the regional flow duration curves were prepared for Wang River Basins. More than 10-year daily flow records of 10 selected gauging stations in these river basins (catchment areas ranging from 95.7 to 10442 square kilometers) were used in the analysis. The flow duration curves and dimensionless flow duration curves were construced at the gauging stations. In the regional analysis river basins were devided into 3 subregions of similar hydrological condition. The regional flow duration curves models were constructed for each subregion in which an equations for predicting the mean dischage and the maximum percent of time from physical parameters of the catchment were proposed for each subregion .The curves and equations obtained from this study could be used to estimate the design flow duration curve of any specified percent of time at any location gauged or unguaged within these river basins.

The research purposes were aimed to study the demand for Thai scented popped rice packaging to develop Thai scented popped rice products of a handicraft community in Bang Kaew Sub-district Bang Phli District Samutprakarn Province and transfer the obtained knowledge to the interested one and community. The population and samples of the research study on the demand for Thai scented popped rice packaging product development from a handicraft community in Bang Kaew SubdistrictBang Phli District Samutprakarn Province were 50 handicraft workers including 38 womenmostly housewives and 12 men. Most of their professions were labors aged between 31 and 60years old. The samples that were 31-40 years old were accounting for 20 percent 41-50 years oldaccounting for 44 percent and 51-60 years old accounting for 20 percent of the group. The research tools used to collect data was the questionnaire administered to evaluate the satisfaction of the Thai scented popped rice packaging. The results of the study revealed their needs on these following features: the materials used in the production of Thai scented popped rice packaging to have a mixture of paper and plastic accounting for 54 percent and the environmental -friendly packaging accounting for 26 percent. In terms of the packaging size 64 percent of the group agreed with the size of 21.0x29.7 cm (A4) and 36 percent for 14.85x21.0 cm (A5). Concerning the objectives of the use of the Thai scented popped rice products 66 % was used as presents and 34% as souvenirs. In relation to the distributing location 54 percent believed the products should be available in the provincial souvenir shop and pricing should base on the size of Thai scented popped rice packaging: 21.0x29.7 cm. (A4) priced 500-800 Baht accounting for 36% and 14.85x21.0 cm. (A5) priced 200-300 baht or accounting for 30 percent. The majority of the 30 participants were female accounting for 10.00% aged 46-55 years old or 46.67% revealed in the evaluation that their satisfaction regarding the project was at the highest level with the mean of 4.65 or 91.67%.

This study was aimed to explore the needs for vocational art crafts training needs for the senior association in Karnchanaburi. The questionnaire with the reliability of 0.88. was used to explore the needs for the art crafts training for the career development. The samples were 30 people in the senior association in Karnchanaburi. The results showed that most of the samples were 61-71 years old and most had the primary education followed by secondary education. Their former occupations were business owners who were married and some were married and had congenital disorder. It was found that most of the participants wanted to be trained to fold towels into the shape of animals followed by scrap fabric rugs. As for the training period throughout the course most participants required 2-3 day trainings from Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 in order to make money. The second to that was to practice meditation and the third was to use the knowledge acquired in everyday life.

This research aims at studying the product development from Cattail flower paper for community economy by (1) studying the paper making process from Cattail flower (2) testing the efficiency of the paper made of Cattail flower (3) studying the product development process of Cattail flower paper and (4) propagating the knowledge on product made of Cattail flower paper for the community economy to the Women Group for Basketry Product Development in Laem Phak Bia sub-district Ban Laem district Phetchcburi province. The process of paper making from Cattail flower in its mature stage uses soda method in pulping process and hydrogen peroxide in bleaching process. Paper formation process has to be done on grate by (1) using 38 kilograms of fresh Cattail flower which requires pulp separation from the core of Cattail flower providing; 34.2 kilograms of fresh pulp considered as 90%—its average humidity at 51.04%; 3.8 kilograms of fresh core considered as 10% of the total weight (2) boiling in open system at 100 ºC for 3 hours with sodium hydroxide with the intensity at 4% 6% and 8% of its weight (3) bleaching with hydrogen peroxide with the intensity at 10% 20% and 30% of the weight of dried pulp; 2% of sodium silicate; 0.05% of magnesium sulfate; and 1.5% of sodium hydroxide at 100 ºC for 2 hours with the ratio of pulp and water at 1:15 (4) making paper with Thai traditional handmade method with the size of 72×84 centimeters then drying paper in indoor place in order to prevent paper contraction due to short pulp. The efficiency of the paper made of Cattail flower shows that the paper has average standard weight at 168.88 g2/m; average tensile strength at 26.40 N.m/g2; average tearing strength at 3.14 mN.m2/g; average bursting strength at 1.37 kPa.m2/g; average folding strength at 605; average luminance at 39.05%; average water holding capacity of dry weight at 395.65%; and total used bleach pulp at 69.90% of the bleached amount. The product development from Cattail flower paper has 3 types which are designed evaluated and suggested by the experts in accordance with the requirement of community on product development as follows: (1) Paper made of Cattail flower with various patterns; (2) Multi-purpose box made of Cattail flower and; (3) Flower made of Cattail flower paper. During 2 days of the training program the satisfaction of the 30 participants concerning the knowledge on product made of Cattail flower paper for the community economy of the Women Group for Basketry Product Development in Laem Phak Bia sub-district Ban Laem district Phetchaburi province shows that the participants who answer the questionnaire are extremely satisfied.

The study was conducted to development of sculpture powder from Durian Crust for handmade souvenir products. And 5 specialist in artistic invention to evaluated and compared samples 3 formulas of powder sculpture from Durian crust which the scoring of each Durian powder formula were formula 1 = 392 formula 2 = 4.12 and formula 3 = 4.14 respectively. The results showed that specialist had been accepted the Durian powder formula 3 that most suitable for use to sculpt souvenir products.
