This research is to study new technique method and pattern of tools which suit for Cerebral Palsy Children. It is also to support student in interesting amusement concentration in learning an activity of art. The nding was that the art supplies can support the development and practice the concentration of Cerebral Palsy Children. The activities of art therapy were designed and took to use in class by the teachers of art. These were divided into 3 types. The rst activity is low release paint and mean is 4.37. The second is high release paint and mean is 3.93.The last one is three layer of low release paint and mean is 4.34. Also the result of activities was high average- 4.21. The activities were use with 6 years up children who are average recognition which are able in understanding in listening. They are able to follow teachers but rather do it slowly. The teachers have to be slow and explain step by step for them. The method teaching was let students image and select colors which they like. Moreover they can choose equipment by themselves. Since there are various kinds of equipment which are form size of high and low release of paper students can learn the different kinds of surface. Painting use concentration in cognition of high and low gure; therefore students can spend more time to attend and concentrate with that than usual.

This research is a pre-experiment research of one-shot case study type. The objective is to study the effect of training program on Art crafts in Banbangkhae Social Welfare Development Center for the elderly. The target populations are 15 voluntarily elder persons residing in Banbangkhae Social Welfare Development Center Sooksan Building in 2010 who have been selected by the center officials. The Elders are in good physical health and able to participate in the activities. Tool used is a training program on Art crafts for the elderly consisting of Performance Skill Measurement Forms and Satisfaction Questionnaires. Data analysis is descriptive statistics. The results of the research are that: 1) Performance skill scores of the elderly are in a good level. 2) Their satisfactions to participate in the training on the aspects of the lecturer date and time of the training materials and equipments activities topics of training are in a high level.

This research aimed to develop the prototype of information management systems for achievement evaluation and grade submission of Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University. The research process begins to study the need for the development of the prototype of information management system for achievement evaluation and grade submission. The research instruments were interview and questionnaires. This research found that lecturers needed to have a developed model for this system. It was found that the system including achievement evaluation grade submission and storing data were validity tested by grade information. Moreover the prototype model developed could be used as a model for the present education evaluation and grade submission at the university.

This paper presents the design and construction of an ultrasonic scaler. The principal of Phase-Locked Loop circuit inside the IC 4046B controls the 25-kHz frequency generator with constant phase and frequency.The coil inside the hand-piece sheath produces the magnetostriction process with the magnetostrictive stack which works only at 25-kHz frequency. This proces causes the magentostrictive stack to expand and contract with high frequencies making the scaler tip to vibrate more than 20000 times per second. This dental scaler could be used to eliminate the micro-organisms in the form of plaque or tartar and dirt in the gum groove and around the tooth root surface. This tool is as effective as and cheaper than the imported equipment used by dentists. In addition the construction of an ultrasonic dental scaler helps the staff to improve their maintaining skills.
