The study was aimed at 1) studying the operation of the professional group in the Bang Sa Community in Amphor Laem Singh Chanthaburi Province and 2) studying the factors that strengthen the professional development in the community. 3) guidelines that promote the strengthening of professional development for the community. The study applied the combination of the quantitative and qualitative research methods. The sampling subjects were the villagers who weave mats from kok plant or reed mats as their supplementary profession. They had not received any constructive professional development. The quantitative data collected were computerized into percentage means and standard deviation. The qualitative data were analyzed for content and subject matter. It was found that 1) the operation was done by the group of housewives who actively participated consulting among each other and dividing the roles and responsibilities such as planting reed cutting reed dyeing the raw material with organic substances designing new patterns on reed fiber and transforming the products. The operation was done based on the folk knowledge that had been passed from generation to generation without using modern technologies. 2) The factors that strengthen the professional development for the community are 2.1) the non-interest loan; 2.2) the experts who can help in designing a variety of fashionable products; 2.3) the sale distribution to distributors & shops or through the website; 2.4) the design of modern patterns that attracts consumers; 2.5) the advertising by the government in many platforms such as TV ads radio ads print ads in newspapers and magazines and product trade exhibition (expo) or festivals like Muang Thong Thani Expo. 3. A Study of Factors Affecting Student’s Decision to Drop out School: A Case Study of Faculty of Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was an applied research. It was designed for analyzing the voice of customers in student studying management. The samples group was four department students in the Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design faculty as Garment Technology Textile Chemistry Technology Fashion and Design and Product design who retired during study and graduated in 2014 and 2015 academic year. The research results were used for improving the study efficiency and reducing the unexpected study. From the results shown the most problem was withdrawn registration especially in the first and the second year student. Garment technology department was the highest rate of retention after that Fashion and design Textile Chemistry Technology and Product design were respectively. The education satisfactions survey was found the moderate level for curriculum and lecturer as the mean 2.57 and 3.14 orderly. Additional the environmental satisfaction was low as 2.26 for the unexpected education students. In the other hands the graduated students had the greater satisfactions for the whole factors. The curriculum satisfied was good as 3.30 the lecturer was best as 3.67 and the environment was moderate as 2.95 correspondingly. From these results the Faculty of Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design were developed and pay attention in the subjects and lecturer in the first and second year education. The understanding of core study and the essential of each department was the significant factor for retaining and priding the student until they graduated in the Faculty of Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design.

The research instruments were questionnaires and collected data was analyzed by SPSS. The statistics used for data analysiswere frequency percentage average and standard deviation. The statistics used to test the hypothesis was t - test. And statistical analysis of the difference between averages was One - way ANOVA.

The purposes of Design Project of Business Party Costume for Women inspired by Sino- Portuguese architecture are to study Sino-Portuguese architectural structures in Phuket to study costume design works in 2011-2012 and to create five Business Party costumes for women inspired by Sino-Portuguese architecture. Sino-Portuguese architecture has remarkable structures and styles combining western architecture with eastern styles. In Thailand this style is mostly found in buildings and houses in the southern region and the best preserved buildings are in Phuket. The mixture of classic renaissance and neo-classic styles was well combined with Sino-Thai Art making it significant and distinctive. Nowadays these constructions are regarded as conserved buildings. Therefore the author designed Business Party costumes for women which can be worn to work and also for special occasions resulting in saving time and money. The idea for working women costume design was influenced by Sino-Portuguese architectural features adding more various patterns and styles of costume. For analyzing the method of descriptive analysis of Sino-Portuguese architecture was used dividing criteria into four analytical aspects focusing on physical features and analyzing sample pictures of the architecture to create the costumes. In conclusion according to the study in Sino-Portuguese architecture it can be summarized that Sino-Portuguese architecture is not only the combination between western and eastern architectural styles. This combination was influenced by English Dutch (Dutch or Holland now is Netherland) Portuguese (Portugal) and French styles. However all of them were originated from Greek and Roman. Sino-Portuguese architecture in Phuket is similar to those in Penang. It can be said that Phuket and Penang at that time were sister cities and the decoration styles in Phuket were influenced and changed over time. As for the costume design the clothes were designed to be worn for many occasions for example it can be worn to work then go for special occasion without changing. The design aimed to be comfortable beautiful in patterns and ornaments and easy to wear as well as time-saving.

The costume design Avant-Garde style by development to actually wesable aims to study and adapt basic concepts of Avant- Garde costume design in order to develop and apply for developing a unique outstanding and fashionable costume which was inspired by the natural protection of armadillos. For the method of study I had done a research concerning patterns of Avant-Garde costume and the self-mechanism of armadillos so that I can apply it in my design and make it wearable in real life. As the result the pattern of Avant-Garde costume has distinctive feature in its unique figure and materials which can be furthered in designing Avant-Garde costume. Moreover the pattern can be used as a guide for the practical and fashionable patternjs adjustment. From my study I have found that combining details and main features of Avant-Garde costume and armadillos together will bring the success. Because designing practical Avant-Garde costume it will have to compose those details and features in order to get numerous forms of pattern but still be in Avant-Garde style. And that will be another advancement of Avant-Garde fashion.
