การใช้เศษกระดาษเหลือทิ้งเป็นมวลรวมในบล็อกประสานมวลเบาจากหน้าดินขาว
The objective of this research is to study about physical mechanical and thermal insulation properties of light-weight Kaolin top soil interlocking block mixed with milk carton waste. The ratio of cement: aggregates (Kaolin top soil and milk carton waste): sanitary water is 1: 7: 1 by weight. 10 ratios of aggregates (Kaolin top soil to milk carton waste ratio) are fixed at 7: 0 6.8: 0.2 6.6: 0.4 6.4: 0.6 6.2: 0.8 6: 1 5.8: 1.2 5.6: 1.4 5.4: 1.6 and 5.2: 1.8 by weight. The interlocking block samples are cast for testing the necessary properties followed the TCPS standard 602-2547. From the experiment the best Kaolin top soil to milk carton waste ratio which has the most milk carton waste and can pass the standard is 6.2: 0.8. The suitable quantity of milk carton waste can reduce the density water absorption and thermal conductivity of Kaolin top soil interlocking block.

This research aims to study the application of cassava fiber. The fibers are taken from cassava and pineapple Head that 3 ratios are used to all of fiber mixing. The fiberboard production use 130°C of temperature with 20 – 50 kg/sq.cm of compressive pressure with 10 minutes per piece of rate. Their fiberboards have 681 – 724 kg/cu.m of density and 7.1 – 7.6 % of moisture. Resulting the CF 05 ratio (cassava: urea is equal to 0.95:0.13) is suitable ratio which has good physical and mechanical properties.

This research aimed to develop and study efficiency and effectiveness index of Vocational Course to ASEAN as well as to study level of satisfaction and work process skills of students who study V 33102 Vocational Course to ASEAN. The samples in this research were 65 Twelfth Grade students who enrolled in second semester of academic year 2012 at Soponsirirat School under the Secondary Education Service Area office 8 Ratchaburi province. The samples were selected by Purposive Sampling from two classes of Twelfth Grade students. Research tools consisted of curriculum lesson plans achievement test students’ satisfaction survey questionnaire and evaluation form of students’ work process skills. Data were statistically analyzed for Percentage Means and Standard Deviation. Results revealed that Curriculum and lesson plans of Vocational Course to ASEAN for Twelfth Grade students had higher efficiency than the standard of 80/80 (85.75/87.30). Effectiveness index was also higher than the standard of 0.50 (0.80). Students’ satisfaction in instruction was in the highest level and students’ working skills were also at very good level. This means that the course is suitable and could be adopted to prepare students for ASEAN Economic Community in every school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office.
