Changing in the present era led Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needed to emphasize on its policies to comply with the national policy related to the creative ideas for the development of innovations internet learning forming Smart Farmer & Smart Startup and the specialist labors. Thus this was for the Thai society to step into the “innovation driven economy.” In response to the national policy it aimed at the university development toward basic changes in persons and organization adjustment to become university 4.0 together with the academic line to answer for the needs of problem solution and develop to become equivalent with other universities. According to this significance the researcher interested to study on the relationship among transformational leadership the follower’s adjustment and the follower’s performance. The research objectives were 1) to study on the relationship between the transformational leadership and the follower’s adjustment and; 2) to study on the relationship between the follower’s adjustment and the follower’s performance. Thus this would be used as the guideline to develop the administrative tasks in the organization and any units for the effectiveness and efficiency. This quantitative research adopted questionnaire as the research instrument. Data was collected from 270 samples. Data analysis was done through the use of CFA to seek for the relationship of the variables and the hypotheses were tested by the Structural Equation Modeling: SEM. The result of the research shows that transformational leadership with ideology forming inspiration intellectual stimulation and individual consideration had lesser than 5 p-value in all aspects. Thus it can be concluded that all 4 forms of the transformational leadership had the positive relationship with the follower’s adjustment while the follower’s adjustment also had the positive relationship with the follower’s performance. Therefore according to the research results the organization leader shall forsee and aware on the significance of leadership in form of leader with ideology vision ability in emotional management and good ethic motivated for the work inspiration forming attitude and stimulate the soul of followers to have creative ideas and new innovations amid the condition of changes in the present era.

The objective of this project Photocopying Document Management System managed photocopying requirements of employees in Faculty of science. This system can used to track and manage photocopying tasks and store photocopying requirements. Moreover the system can summarize total number of paper usage and calculate statistic of user’s satisfaction. The Photocopy Document Management System is a web application which is developed by using PHP and MySQL. The overall of Photocopying Document Management System user’s satisfaction is at the greatest level which is the total average at 4.79 and the standard deviation at 0.12. the system can perform all of expectations.

This research presents the simulation of a three-phase generator. The aim is to study and analyze the condition of the generator functions. By simulating the operation of the generator used in factory which use this generator as a backup power source to replace primary power source of electricity-supplier. In this test can start or stop the generator to determine the parameters at that time. The generator is used when the main electrical power distribution error and the generator is disabled when electric power system of electricity-supplier back to normal.

This research project presents about the design and construction of a five-phase generator for producing magnetic force along the shaft axis that there are various important elements which should be considered in the processes of the design and construction such as flux per pole number of poles number of turns rotor speed and winding coefficient of coils. The experiment result is found that the five-phase axial flux permanent magnet generator along the shaft axis can produce DC voltage by the efficiency without load and with load. Furthermore this contribution can be used to produce electricity with other renewable energy such as electricity from wind energy.

Durian has been very popular not only local people but also tourists. As a result there are many durian peels wasted so this research is explored the utilization of durian peels. Durian rind is a biological waste but contains high amount of crude fiber. This research aims to study using durian rind powder to replace wheat flour in butter cakes at 5 10 and 15 % (w/w) (DRB-5 DRB-10 and DRB-15). Physical properties chemical composition and sensory evaluation of the butter cakes were analyzed. The results showed that durian rind powder contained 51.43 % of crude fiber. Increasing of durian rind powder in butter cakes showed significant decreasing of lightness (L*) blue–yellow component (b*) springiness and cohesiveness values while green–red component (a*) hardness and gumminess values were significantly higher than the control sample (BC) (p≤0.05). Dietary fiber content of the products shown significantly increased by 13.98% for DRB-5 48.92 % for DRB-10 and 54.84% for DRB-15 as compared with BC (p≤0.05). The acceptance scores of DRB-5 including appearance odor taste texture and overall liking scores were highest. There are 300.28 kcal for 1 serving of butter cake which contain 1.70 gram of dietary fiber. However durian rind powder can be used as a food ingredient and source of dietary fiber in other food recipes for further studies.
