This research study analyzes the problem of waste water from the burning of palm trees which are used as fuel for power generation of palm ash. It is used to ferment biogas as a fuel for power generation where a large amount of wastewater from the gas digester is completed. The wastewater is then pumped out of the gas digester. Biological in large quantities Therefore to study the analysis of wastewater to find a method for designing a wastewater treatment system from high voltage systems from the corona discharge principle when adding ozone it is necessary to analyze the chemical effects of the wastewater according to the standard values of the Department of Industrial Works.

The objective of the research is to identify the problems and needs in developing the English communication skills in the workplace of front office hotel staff in Nakhon Ratchasima province. The sample of the study are 420 front office hotel staff in management and operational level selected by using the area random sampling. The data collection approach employed in this study was mix method both questionnaire and interview. The collected data were then analyzed and compared by using frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The findings were as follows: 1. Four English language skills (listening speaking reading and writing) are essential for all staff and listening is considered as the most important followed by speaking. 2. The main problems of using English in the workplace are writing and reading due to lack of confidence unfamiliarity with the grammatical structure and vocabulary. 3. All staff are desirable to develop English communication skills especially speaking and listening in different situation duties and responsibilities.

The type of restaurant that the elderly use the most is national restaurant. The frequency of using the restaurant for the elderly most of the time. The elderly will go to the restaurant on Saturday - Sunday. The elderly tend to use the restaurant 2-3 people at a time. Access to restaurants more than 501 baht or more. The analysis of the relationship among dividends leverage ratios and profitability ratios of listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand: non-life and life insurance sectors aims to study and analyze the financial presentation via financial statement of non-life and life insurance companies. To do so the researcher in particular focused on the information of dividend pay – out ratios leverage ratios and profitability ratios on sixteen (16) firms during the years 2013 – 2017 by employing correlation analysis. The results of the study found that the financial ratios with the same directions to dividend pay – out ratio but there were statistical insignificant included operating profitability ratio net profitability ratio return on assets ratio as well as return on equity ratio. On the other hand the financial ratio with contrary direction to dividend pay – out ratio but there was no statistical significant consisted of debt to equity ratio. However debt to total asset ratio was the one which was not only in the opposite direction to dividend pay – out ratio but also was statistical significant.
