The purposes of research were to : 1) study basic information to allow students to practice professional skills related to Home Economics program 2) study desirable characteristics of students and 3) compare the demand level students with professional skills curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics of establishment classified by type of establishment duration of operation number of employees in establishment and the number of students practicing professional skills required. The population of this study were owner or manager passed students with Curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics 103 people. The questionnaires were used as tool for data. The statistical analysis used in data analysis by using statistical computer software for a social study were frequencies distribution percentages mean standard deviation and ANOVA. The result of this research shown that : 1) that was study basic information to allow students to practice professional skills related to Home Economics program found that establishment mostly commercial which has been in business for 5-10 years with no more than 10 employees and the establishment requires 2 students 2) that was study desirable characteristics of students found that overall the demand level students with professional skills curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics in a very high level when considering each aspect and 3) which compared the demand level students with professional skills Curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics classified by type of establishment duration of operation and number of students practicing the result were not significantly different and That were comparing them individually and individually no different statistical significantly at the .05 level.

And interest learning to distance learning with the internet system in home economics Graduate Faculty of Economics and Administrative 42.19 percent unwanted 57.81 percent. As a students studying math-science they can choose to study in the field of science – math in bachelor degree. The filed of business administration of home economics receive to high School Students all plans. The most student want to study in Formal Education. But they are also ready for learning to distance learning with the Internet system. And also that the Departrment of Business Economics is in need of more enterprises. If a graduate or transfer by a parallel course should have a modern flexible and consistent with the context of the learner. The research on the factors influencing demand in information technology skill development for the management of Halal food database of medium and small business enterprises in Thailand was aimed (1) to study factors influencing the needs to develop skills in using information and (2) to examine the consistency of the causal model with empirical data. The variables studied included the independent variable the availability of database industry and the connection to external organizations and the dependent variable the needs to develop skills in using information for the management of Halal food database of medium and small business enterprises in Thailand. Quantitative empirical research was conducted. The research instruments were questionnaires developed to collect data from 350 sample Halal food entrepreneurs. The statistics used in this study included the frequency percentage average standard deviation structural equation model and qualitative research. It was found that the model was well consistent with the empirical data. The Chi – Square (χ) value was 198.935 at the degrees of freedom (df) of 169 with the probability p-value equal to .057 and chi - square relative (χ22/df) of 1.177. The index of harmony (GFI) was equal to 0.951 and index root mean square of the remaining standards (SRMA) was 0.039 with the accuracy in estimating the parameters (RMSEA) equal to 0.025. In addition it was also found that that the variable of the availability of database industry and the connection to external organizations had positive impact on The need to develop skills in using information technology to manage the database of Halal and medium-sized businesses in Thailand.
