The purpose of this research was to develop innovative forms the style of Household Textile and to develop innovative forms the style of Household Textile and to develop the product style from Napos Buri Ram Silk. This reserch was conducted to determine the Research and Development which used ๕ product models are reserch instrument along with Post-Training evaluation questionnaire. The samples consisted the Napos Buri Ram Community Enterprise Services Group of ๑๐๐ people and choose the sample group to keep in training as ๒๐ people. Data were analyzed using by percentage mean frequency and standard deveation. The result revealed that ๕ product models were interested by women which were between ๓๑-๔๐ years old government career graduated in Bachelors degree and had income in between ๑๕๐๐๑ - ๒๕๐๐๐ baht. Their most popular product were pillows which perfected designs styles and could related with Thai cultural identity. Training post-evaluation were all women trainee which were between ๓๐-๔๐ years old textile weaver and farmer career Primary education and had income in between ๕๐๐๐ - ๑๐๐๐๐ Baht. Training pre-evaluation were known stitching and design skill in fair level but improved to be the best after got trained and require the next training.

The purposes of this research were to design and create dyed silk yarn and cotton yarn machine for community enterprises of Ban Na Pho woven group Na Pho district Buriram province. All materials were made of stainless steel and the principle of rotation of the yarn skein which was hung with spindle yarn inside the dye tank. Dyeing process began by mixing color tanks in the exterior size for diameter ๓๐๐ mm. Adjust the temperature inside the dye bag by the boiler was attached below. Using pump in dye tank for rotating the heat with stainless steel pipe in ๑๑/๒ inches and ๓ inches x ๑/๒ inches and the rectangular tank was ๖๐ cm. wide ๙๐ cm long and ๑๖๐ cm. high. It had ๕ mm. of plastic lid cover in front of and a channel that looked at the attachment of color yarn. The lid had ๒ levels adjustable lift spring lock and ๒-axis spindle yarn. It was triangular shaped drilled holes spray to ๑ mm. on the spindle with a diameter of ๑๕ cm. and ๖๐ cm. long rotating at ๑๐ rpm strength by using electric motor size ๐.๕ HP used ๒๒๐ volts. It could be rotated left and right with the gear ratios around ๒๐:๑ ๒ adjustable that were automatic with programming on the control box and simple pattern. the spray dyed paint had ๑ liter water pump to control pressure valve for opening and closing to dyed water flow regularly by the heat from the LPG gas with a head size of ๓๐ cm. and adjust the temperature up to ๑๒๐ Celsius degree. It was showed the temperature measurement of water dye with pressure gauge and temperature gauge. The efficiency of this dye can be dyed silk yarn and cotton yarn per ๕ kg. to ๑๐ kg. which was a medium-sized textile production to the local community enterprise and applied in the preparation of yarns before dying such as peeling glue and bleaching.

The purposes of this research were to study semi-automatic versatile carpet weaving data of central region villagers studies problems and requirement in the semi automatic versatile carpet weaving to be effective fulfill requirements for the most weavers and led the data were to study analyze to create prototype of a semi automatic versatile carpet weaving to develop household textile products in culture that led to the ASEAN Economic Community and lead the knowledge to transfer technology by workshops. This research was the development of experimental research by fieldwork survey from 25 Nam Tao Temple sampling of semi automatic versatile carpet weaver groups in top central at Tambon Wat Nam Tao of Maharat district in Ayutthaya province and choose the specific type with the weaving group and semi automatic versatile carpet weaving from 25 Nong Ngu Hau weaver groups at Tambon Bang Pra Khru of Nakhon Luang district in Ayutthaya province. Total weaver groups who used this carpet weaving jacquard were 50 persons. Results indicated that testing for the satisfaction efficient of villagers were satisfied to the semi automatic versatile carpet weaving jacquard in period that can woven more quickly. Including setting the reel head to stand on the warp by the head reel of carpet loom and the carpet roll can make carpet in 90 centimeters width and applied to household textiles such as carpet rugs wall rugs and decorative carpet. The semi automatic versatile carpet weaving jacquard can weave 4 hooks. They were made the minute patterns exquisitely and various woven. They have added the convenience of a device to lock the both sides of warp reel head and the jacquard structure were increased strength with a square box steel and the Z. It can also adjust the space of the seat movement when weaving according to individual aptitude. It can be moved easily and reduced the lack of warp yarn. It was set easier in new warp yarn by the hooking after setting the warp yarn jacquard was finished. It was convenient to roll the finished carpet weaving by using lever handle to simultaneously rotate on both sides of gear axis. Using a foot pedal lever to raise the hooks raise the sway hooks to lift up follow to the weaving rhythm. It was production costs close to the price of the similar carpet the effective yield rapidly and worth. It was suitable for the beginner weavers or a new person who had basic woven would be weaving rapidly and the carpet weaving quality was good. Due to its rotating axis and lock system were made of cogs that helped to lock the beater or comb teeth for solidness and strength to handle and help facing fabric regularly. Summary this research was is related to the methodology technique and carpet weaving process. The essential was to reel the warp yarn and set the hooks that was minuteness in the deeply technical promotes the concept to develop the semi automatic carpet weaving with electrical system and motor to help labor saving able to reduce and solve period problems too much. So the semi automatic versatile carpet weaving design will be the basic of knowledge direct that can lead to the development of devices patterns and cultural household textile products leading to the ASEAN Economic Community in the next occasion.

This design project is aimed to study and design party-wear for women with inspiration from Showa Sanshoku Carp. The design combines the structure and features of Showa Sanshoku Carp into party-wear. The study of structure and features of Showa Sanshoku Carp analyzes 2 areas: physical feature analysis and overall sample analysis. The study of physical features slices structure and features to gain details of the carp and adjust to develop new feature and form. The features from the structure of the carp give a new trend of party-wear which is very fashionable. The highlight of carp is the colors of each breed which are red black and white. The results show an outstanding and up-to-date fashion of party-wear for women. In conclusion: the researcher adopts concept of physical features of Showa Sanshoku Carp to design a set of 5 party-wear dresses for women. The design shows the structure and features of the carp adaptable to party-wear design which shows the uniqueness in tone of colors. The concepts enhances uniqueness in party-wear design.

The purpose of this research was to study the direction of education management in textile and fashion design: education management concepts which effect to labor market (Target Market) with toward industry 4.0 for sustainability which was studied by industrial textile and fashion design faculty Rajamangala Phra-nakhon University of Technology. The sample of this result was used of graduate students manufacturing entrepreneur and lecturer. The research tools were used questionnaires assessment and data analysis by SPSS for window and Microsoft Excel frequency percentage mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the obtained data. The results of the study showed about direction of education management in textile and fashion design: education management concepts which effect to labor market (Target Market) with toward industry 4.0 for sustainability that most of the respondents were graduate students had concerned about the relationship and responsibility as priority which the opinion scored as highest as X ̅ = 4.19 and their Ethics scored as X ̅ = 4.03 The manufacturing and entrepreneur scored high for almost topic; cognitive skills domain scored as( X) ̅ = 4.00 psychomotor domain scored as X ̅= 3.92 knowledge domain scored as( X) ̅ = 3.63 and relationship and responsibility domain scored as X ̅ = 3.59. But the scored of numerical analysis communication and information as medium as X ̅ = 2.83 the lecturer were most concentration about psychomotor domain as scored as X ̅= 4.03 which was the most popular the others domain was high scored; Ethics domain was scored asX ̅ =3.88 knowledge domain was scored as X ̅= 3.80 Relationship and responsibility domain scored as (X ̅ = 3.70) cognitive skills domain scored as (X ̅ = 3.54).
