Chemical composition of commercial pasteurized milks contained different fat content (full-fat; FF low-fat; LF and non-fat; NF) was studied. NF contained the lowest fat content (0.12%) with the highest protein content (3.20%). NF exhibited the highest foaming ability and stability. The chemical compositions physical and sensorial properties of chocolate mousse produced from FF LF or NF were also investigated. M-NF had the lowest in fat content resulting in energy reduction when compared with M-FF and M-LF. M-NF also showed the highest firmness and adhesiveness (p<0.05). This was probably due to different chemical composition of pasteurized milk used. For color measurement M-FF showed the highest L* value. However all chocolate mousse samples had no difference likeness score for texture taste and flavor (p>0.05). From the results commercial pasteurized non-fat milk could be not only used for chocolate mousse production without effect on textural and sensorial properties but the energy from fat was also reduced.

The objectives of the research are to study and compare the desirable characteristics of Home Economics graduates in the field of fresh flora decoration to study the problem and suggestion according to the requirement of the three stars and four stars hotel located in Bangkok and registered with the Thai Hotel Association by using the questionnaires with 34 samples using the percentage mean standard deviation and t – test as the analysis tools. According to the research it was found that the desirable characteristics of Home Economics graduates in the field of fresh flora decoration is virtue morality knowledge mathematical and scientific knowledge standard vocational knowledge communication skills technological skill that all are rated at high level.The requirements of the three stars and four stars hotel are not statistically different ( p – value more than 0.05) and the additional suggestion related to the standard knowledge that suit for the economic social and technological situation that has been changed is creativity and adaptation for new production and related to the vocational knowledge is to use modern styles for fresh flora decoration.

This research aims at developing an integrated system for the study of the graduates in the computing needs of professional establishments. The objectives of this research are to study manpower demand characteristics of software personnel and the development trend of software industry. Both quantitative and qualitative approaches are applied by using questionnaire and in-depth interview for data collection. The research sample is 85 software industries. The purpose of this research was to study the resirable characteristics of Home Economics Administration program Home Economics Faculty Rajamangala’s University of Technology Phra Nakhon graduates on Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education aimed to investigate employers/entrepreneurs’ opinion toward graduates who they employed.
