Effects of supplementation with tomato powder replace nitrite on physical, chemical, biological and sensory properties of frankfurter sausage
Effects of supplementation with tomato powder replace nitrite on physical, chemical, biological and sensory properties of frankfurter sausage

Effect of tomato powder as sodium nitrite replacer on qualities of Frankfurter was studied. The ratio of tomato powder: sodium nitrite were 0: 2 0.5: 1.5 1: 1 and 1.5: 0.5 respectively. Physicochemical microbiological and sensory properties during storage in vacuum seal at 4 ?C for 21 days were studied. The results were found that the optimum ratio of tomato powder: sodium nitrite was 1: 1 that produced the highest in a* and b* which was higher lycopene content than control. Furthermore it had the highest scores in appearance color and flavor. In addition the formula with the ratio of 1.5 : 0.5 had the highest total acidity and lycopene content but the lowest in hardness gumminess flavor taste texture and overall liking. The ratio of 1: 1 was increased in total acidity TBA and L* after longer storage. Whereas a* flavor taste and overall liking were decreased upon storage time. The sausage that storage before 14 days was accepted in physical chemical microbiological and sensory properties consumer acceptance.

The chemical structures of bioactive compounds of ficus hispida linn
The chemical structures of bioactive compounds of ficus hispida linn

Study the chemical structure of the bioactive compound extracted from the leaves of the Ficus hispida Linn with extraction techniques Sequential Extraction using three organic solvents hexane ethyl acetate and methanol . Phytochemical examination testing antimicrobial activity of crude extracts and fraction of methanol extracts with the four species of microorganisms Vibrio cholerae Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 Streptococcus mutans ATCC 27175 Vibrio paraheamolyticus and to determine the molecular structure of compounds. The results showed that 1. Crude methanol extract of the leaves of the Ficus hispida Linn show inhibitory microbial species more than crude extracts of hexane and ethyl acetate . 2. Testing antimicrobial activity of methanol extracts fraction was found to inhibit microbial highest F5 show. 3. The molecular structure of compounds crystals are colorless mp. 188-195 0C. Research should further study the molecular structure and biological activity of bioactive compounds in other areas including anti-cancer Antimalarial and antioxidant activity of different parts of the study. The roots leaf flower and fruit seeds to plant information for the selection and to further develop research in the next commercial.

Heavy metal adsorption of waste waters from chemical laboratory using firebrick. Case study : Faculty of Science and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon
Heavy metal adsorption of waste waters from chemical laboratory using firebrick. Case study : Faculty of Science and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

The purpose of this research is to study the heavy metal removal from wastewater from laboratory by using adsorption process with firebricks. Waste water was collected among three courses of laboratory such as analytical chemistry principle chemistry and chemistry for engineers. The optimized absorption efficiencies of multi-elements with stirring time volume ratio and temperature were 2 hours 10 g/100 mL and room temperature respectively. It was found that absorption efficiencies of lead (Pb) copper (Cu) zinc (Zn) chromium (Cr) were 65.1 54.8 63.4% and ND respectively.

Chemical composition and biological activity of ficus hispida linn
Chemical composition and biological activity of ficus hispida linn

To study the effect biological activity of a fig tree extract using Sequential Extraction and use of fennentation Maceration using solvent 3 types of hexane ethyl acid state and methanol to extract 12 Chanin made. tested oral cancer cells (human mouth carcinoma: KB) lung cancer cells (human small cell lung cancer: NCI-HI87) breast cancer (breast cancer: MCF-7) anti-malarial. (Anti-malaria; Plasmodium falciparum) Microculture Radioisotope Technique used to test anti-tuberculosis (Anti-Mycobacterium. tuberculosis. anti-TB) to the Green fluorescent protein microplate assay (GFPMA). The results showed that extracts of the fig tree has anti-cancer Including breast cancer lung cancer and oral cancer. Extracts of the fig tree does not have anti-tuberculosis and extracts of the fig tree shows some anti-malarial. In further research should study the molecular and biological activity of the fig tree from the roots seeds leaves flowers and fruit to the biological activity ofthe data for a selection of extracts from medicinal plants to make. Purification and further develop research in the next commercial.
