This project was to design and development of living set product from indigo dyed fabric. The purpose were to study the properties of indigo dyed fabric that could be processed into products and to design and develop living room products from indigo dyed fabric by questionnaires for 100 sample people who interested in indigo dyed fabrics at Chatuchak Market. From the information study to dyeing cotton with natural indigo. Normally villagers had brought the woven indigo dyed fabrics to sell people who interested in fabric dyeing or were processed into textile products for consumers need such as Sarong blouse suit and bag. The researchers studied to bring their own identity woven indigo-dyed to blend the living set design with indigo dyed fabric to match lifestyle that it was so popular today. The questionnaire of opinions to the living set design from indigo dyed fabric in Sakon Nakhon Province. It used 100 sample people who interested in textile products at Chatuchak Market. Tools used for questionnaires. Data were collected by interview. Statistics were used percentage. The results found that the analysis assessed on the material product shape and strength. Using indigo dyed fabrics with silk fibers to the products were suitable for the highest at 63 percent. The materials were suitable for the highest at 58 percent. The suitability of product shape was the highest at 79 percent. The most suitable color was 61 percent. The proper fastness usage was the highest at 52 percent.

This project was to design and development of Satin Silk for applying innovative Thai fabric with Jacquard (JACQUARD). This purposed to study and develop of satin silk pattern with Jacquard (JACQUARD) to be effective. There are 4 steps as follows:1) Study the traditional satin silk production process by database study pattern color and pattern including the satin silk woven process that was related during of time to complicate satin silk woven process 2) Apply the data and design the satin silk pattern on the computer program (CROSS STITICH) 3) Transfer the knowledge extend the folk wisdom and publicize the usage of satin silk woven method that applied by Jacquard (JACQUARD to the group of satin silk community enterprise at Ban Phon Phon subdistrict Kham Muang Kalasin District Kalasin province to promote and preserve satin silk indigenous fabric 4) produced the serpent striped of satin silk woven that called two color of satin silk that had consisted the main pattern separated striped pattern and fringed bouquet pattern. The study found that satin silk woven by Jacquard (JACQUARD) can reduce problems in various areas. There were 1) Reduce the manual labor raised the heddle that usually used 3 persons including the weaver to raise it while the Jacquard (JACQUARD) could controlled the heddle by only one person 2) Reduce the time to weave less 3-5 times when compared to the length of fabric with a width equal. 3) Reduce the woven process problem could be continuously and could be changed woven pattern quickly without to go up the heddle or collected by applying Thai fabric with the innovative Jacquard (JACQUARD). It made to reduce some work could be woven special satin silk pattern and conserve traditional pattern to result in satisfaction of the consumer group to gain popularity expand the market add new consumer groups and brought the fabric to top in costume and apparel accessories textile product.

Including study of Efficiency and performance of the equipment the installed sewing to assist in the sewing machine for disabled legs Conducting experiments by the target audience disabled leg from accident and leg disability from birth must use a wheelchair. By the disabled been experimenting with industrial sewing machines. For disabled legs Sew aprons in the 2 weeks. The results showed. That sewn of aprons by industrial sewing machinesfor person of disabled legs Can be sewnusing time of sewing/piece in week 2 of disabled leg from accident. And leg disability from birth. Decrease 25.09 percent and 40.07. and the number of pieces that have increased of industrial from period use of sewing machines. The average satisfaction of the design and use of industrial sewing machines for person of disabled legs are highest levels of 4.5 and 4.6 respectively

Therefore the researcher realize that the remnant fabrics which is unused in garment and apparel manufacturing process to be reused by transform to increase the value of products such as Textile home furnish to decorate the living room which is designed by hand Tufted machine and develop to be products and product design is nature design style. The processes can be divided into three parts which are surveying information creating the prototype and analyzing the products from fabric knit. The information are collected by using the questionnaire from the sample group to study about the general information and the opinion from the sample group for applying remnant fabric knit and transform to be the new products that are summarized that the using of remnant fabric to create the textile home furnish products for decorate the living room’s decoration is 49 percent. Thus the researcher choose the products that are appropriate with remnant fabric quality such as carpet cushions and backrest pillows And the second process is creating the prototype by using the technique of hand Tufted machine to create the designs for each product. Then the research survey the opinion of the sample group to for prototype. It can be summarize that the beautiful interesting design is 66 percent the beautiful and appropriate design is 56 percent the appropriate color using is 52 percent and the utility of the product is 60 percent.
