Canonical Correlation Analysis Between some Factors and Motivation on Producing Academic Papers of Instructors in The Office of Rajamangala University of Techlnology Phra Nakhon
The purposes of this research were to study the canonical relationship between some factors and motivation on producing that relative contribute to academic papers and to study the canonical weights of some factory motivation on producing academic papers. The Sample were the 222 instructors in the office Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon who work during the first semester of Academic year 2005. The stratified random sampling technique was used for selecting the sample. The instruments were the questionnaire considering the salary work load working experience Attitudes toward producing academic papers Self development Internal control Academic ability Motivation on advancement Motivation on recognition and Motivation on environment of producing academic papers. The findings were as follow: 1. The canonical correlation between Salary Work load Working experience Attitudes toward producing academic papers Self development Internal control Academic ability Motivation on advancement Motivation on recognition and Motivation on environment of producing academic papers were .510 .231 and .134 respectively. The first canonical function was Statistically Significant at .05 level. The second and third canonical function were Statistically nonsignificant. 2. The canonical weights for Attitudes toward producing academic papersself development and Internal Control relative contributed to Motivation on advancement Motivation on recognition and Motivation on environment of producing academic papers in the first canonical function.

Thai dessert product development form palmyra - plum powder
A research was aimed to investigate appropriate procedures of cabinet drying of flour made from Toddy palm at 60 65 and 70 degree Celsius and employed it as an ingredient in 3 Thai traditional desserts - Kanom-Chun Kanom Num-dok-mai and Kanom Puy-fai respectively. The investigation emphasized on these effects on color and odor of the products. Palm flours at the level of 0% 10% 20% and 30% was added then physical and chemical properties consumer’s acceptance were investigated and their shelf-life of the products packed in polyvinyl chloride and double layer of polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene at room temperature was inspected every day. Drying temperature of 60 ?C and 10% flour addition in the formulation found to be the optimal condition and also produces best quality of the products accepted by consumers as in such conditions overall score of acceptance was statistically significantly highest ( P>0.05) with 7.73 7.95 and 7.62 average scores for Chun Kanom Num-dok-mai and Kanom Puy-fai consecutively. Proximate analysis of these products in terms of moisture ash fat fiber protein and carbohydrate revealed that they were statistically different ( P>0.05). When 100 consumers were asked to taste and rank their acceptances Kanom Puy-fai Kanom Num-dok-mai and Kanom Puy-fai was acceptable by 66 28 and 6 panels successively. However these products should not store for more than a day due to the fact that microbiologically total viable count would be exceeds specified standard by a day.

The objectives of the research to gain an understanding of satisfaction feedbacks and needs of the users of knowledge management website of the Faculty of Mass Communication Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon as well as to develop a proper knowledge management website. This research is a survey-based research which questionnaires are used as research tools. The research sampling consists of 256 lecturers students and staffs of the Faculty of Mass Communication Technology. Statistical methods used are average percentage standard deviation t-test Oneway ANOVA LSD chi-square and multiple regression analysis. The research findings are as follow: 1. Different demographics of the target group do not make much difference in satisfaction level. Factors such as sex status within the faculty age education monthly income and communication devices used do not effect user satisfaction. This fact does not correspond with our assumption. However there are some aspects that coincide statistically with our other assumptions for example age effects satisfaction level of website design while education effects satisfaction level of data utilization. 2. The access of knowledge management website is related to the utilization satisfaction. The relationship can be explained as follow: The access frequency of the Faculty of Mass Communication Technology’s knowledge management website has the maximum correlations of 10 while picture has 4 correlations which are device used for website access internet usage location usage time and access frequency of the website. Feedbacks and needs for website development has the maximum correlations of 4 in term of access frequency. In-depth knowledge has the maximum correlations of 2 in term of website development which are internet usage experience and access of knowledge management website. 3. Knowledge of the target group relates to the satisfaction feedbacks and needs of the knowledge management website development which can be explained as follow: Opinions and satisfaction in knowledge management site • Best Equation y = 1.457 +0.332 (faculty knowledge) +0.259 (knowledge attention) • Standard Equation ZY = 0.346 Z(faculty knowledge) + 0.264 Z(knowledge attention) Opinions and needs in the development of knowledge management site • Best Equation y = 1.391 +0.379 (faculty Knowledge) +0.235 (knowledge attention) • Standard Equation ZY = 0.386 Z(faculty knowledge) + 0.234 Z(knowledge attention)
