The purposes of the study on influence of motivational factors towards on organizational loyalty and performance of operational personnel in health science group in an autonomous university were to 1) study the influence of motivational factors on organizational loyalty among operational personnel and 2) to study the influence of motivational factors on the performance of operational personnel. The questionnaire was applied for data collection with the reliability acquired through Alpha Coefficient of 0.982 which was used to tryout with 30 people and collect data from 124 operational staff in health science group in a state-run university located at Chulapat building (source: Office of Personnel of Faculty of Allied Health Sciences Faculty of Nursing Faculty of Nursing and Faculty of Sports Science January 31 2017). This research is a descriptive research. The data obtained from the researchers questionnaire was analyzed by statistical analysis program including percentage analysis is used to analyze the individual factors mean used for interpreting various data and standard deviation to interpret data in various areas and multiple linear regression for testing the hypothesis as well as Pearson correlation. The research revealed that the hypothesis testing on motivational factors towards organizational loyalty and work performance of operational personnel in health science group in an autonomous university included 1 ) work success 2) work progress 3) acceptance 4) responsibilities and 5) job description while supporting factors included 1) salaries 2) advancement opportunities 3) relationships with others 4) status 5) policy and administration 6) work environment 7) work security and safety which influenced on organizational loyalty and performance of operating personnel in health science group at the 0.05 level of significance. The aim of this research was to study the solid waste management in Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon study problems and obstacles of the solid waste management. The study will benefit related organizations as fundamental information for setting plans on the solid waste management to ensure the maximum efficiency and expand to other faculties. In this study a researcher collected quantitative data and also characteristics of solid waste occurred. Total amounts of solid waste were approximately 20.86 kilograms per day. Types of solid waste mostly found were reuse /recycle wastes (10.21 kilograms per day) and organic wastes (10.43 kilograms per day). The results showed an information for developing solid waste management under 3R processes (Reduce Reuse and Recycle) lead to sustainable solid waste management and efficiency.

The study was aimed to investigate environmental conservation conscience and related knowledge of Business Administration undergraduates at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. It was also intended to examine the relationship between the environmental conservation knowledge and the students’ environmental conservation conscience. The samples were 208 fourth year students studying in the second semester of at the Faculty of Business Administration in 2013. The data were collected through the questionnaire regarding the environmental conservation conscience and related knowledge and were analyzed by the frequency distribution percentage distribution standard deviation t-test and One – Way ANOVA. In case of 0.05 statistical differences was found Scheffe’s method was applied for adjusting significance levels in a linear regression analysis to account for multiple comparisons as well as Pearson Product Moment Correlation statistically significant at 0.05 level. The result showed that Business Administration undergraduates highly displayed their environmental conservation conscience and related knowledge and moderately related (r = 0.407) and statistically significant at level of 0.05.

The purpose of this study was to study and compare services marketing mix factors affecting students’ decision to pursue study at undergraduate level in faculty of science and technology of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in 7 aspects: product price place promotion people process and physical evidence. The undergraduates were classified by gender major subjects educational background department of education achievement and domicile. The samples in this research were 93 undergraduates. The study participates selected by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. The 84 item questionnaires of rating scales was used as the research instrument. Percentage mean standard deviation t - test for independent sample F – test and Scheffe’s test analysis were statistical method to analyze data. The results were as follows: 1. Services marketing mix factors affecting students’ decision to pursue study at undergraduate level in faculty of science and technology of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon all aspects were in moderate levels that price was the highest while process and promotion was in the lowest rank. 2. There was significant difference for services marketing mix factors affecting students’ decision to pursue study at undergraduate level in faculty of science and technology of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon at the 0.05 level among undergraduates in different gender different academic years different educational background and different achievement. 3. There was non significant difference for services marketing mix factors affecting students’ decision to pursue study at undergraduate level in faculty of science and technology of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in different department of education and different domicile.

Objectives of this research were 1) to study the environment of coopertive education program of the Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn and 2) to study the achievement of this cooperative education program towards the development of graduates competency in the first semester of academic year 2013. Three sampling groups were from educational institutes enterprises and students. The number was 240 in total. Tools used in the research was a questionnaire opened and closed form number 4 sets were 1) questionnaire for coordinator or cooperative education officer advisor and lecturers 2) questionnaire for the executives coordinators or heads of human resources 3) questionnaire for employees consultant 4) questionnaire for cooperative education students. Performance analysis of cooperative education in the part of educational standard and the operation of science and technology using the content analysis method to comparing their content to the standard of Thai Association for Cooperative Education. To study satisfaction by using application program for statistical analysis such as frequency percentage mean standard deviation of mean values and descriptive discussion. The overall findings form this study showed that every relevant had high satisfaction with the management of the Cooperative Education Program of the Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn.
