การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูป 2) เพื่อ หาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูป และ 3) เพื่อศึกษา ความคงทนในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูปสำหรับการเรียนการ สอนทางด้านวิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคมตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ใน การวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 4 แขนงวิชา วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และ โทรคมนาคม สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียน รายวิชาวิศวกรรมสายอากาศ ภาคการเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 15 คน ทำการสุ่มกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูป เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์ คุณสมบัติและออกแบบสายอากาศแบบไดโพล และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรายวิชา วิศวกรรมสายอากาศ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติ t-test และค่าความคงทนในการเรียนรู้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการหาประสิทธิภาพชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูปสำหรับการเรียนการสอนทางด้าน วิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคมตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา พบว่า ผลการหาประสิทธิภาพชุด เรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูปที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า นักศึกษาทำคะแนนระหว่างเรียนได้เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 256 คิด เป็นร้อยละ 85.33 และคะแนนหลังเรียนได้คะแนนเท่ากับ 393 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 87.33 แสดงให้เห็นว่า ชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูป เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์คุณสมบัติและออกแบบสายอากาศแบบไดโพล มี ประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 85.33/87.33 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 80/80 2. ผลการหาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูป สำหรับการเรียนการสอนทางด้านวิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคมตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา พบว่า การเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน มี คะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนเรียนมีค่าเท่ากับ 10.20 และคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังเรียนมีค่าเท่ากับ 26.20 และเมื่อทำ การทดสอบค่า t-test มีค่าเท่ากับ 1.70 แสดงให้เห็นว่า คะแนนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3. ผลการศึกษาความคงทนในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการ สำเร็จรูปสำ หรับการเรียนการสอนทางด้านวิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคมตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิ ระดับอุดมศึกษา พบว่า ร้อยละของความคงทนในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดเรียน ปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูป เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์คุณสมบัติและออกแบบสายอากาศแบบไดโพลหลังเรียนเป็น เวลา 7 วัน และ 30 วัน มีความคงทนในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดเรียนปฏิบัติสำเร็จรูป หลังเรียนแล้ว 7 วัน มีค่าเท่ากับ 90.08 และความคงทนในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุด เรียนปฏิบัติสำเร็จรูปหลังเรียนแล้ว 30 วัน มีค่าเท่ากับ 77.10 แสดงให้เห็นว่า ชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการ สำเร็จรูปที่พัฒนาขึ้น ทำให้นักศึกษามีความคงทนในการเรียนรู้ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้

The purpose of this research was to study state and problems of teaching management in general education. The research samples were 54 instructors of general education program and 364 students enrolling in general education courses Rajamangala University of Technology Phra nakhon in the second semester of the academic year 2014. The research tools were questionnaire interview and focus group discussion. The data were analyzed by frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The findings were as follows: 1. As for students’ opinions on the general education content the overall opinions are at the high level and due to each program of general education the students’ opinions towards the implementation of Thai language ( = 4.00) social science and humanity ( = 3.67) and physical education ( = 3.38) are at the highest level. The students’ opinions towards foreign language for basic principles of further education are at the highest level ( = 4.01). 2. As for students’ opinions on state of teaching management in general education the students’ opinions towards the development of general education instruction according to Thai qualification framework for higher education are at the high level and within each aspect the students’ opinions towards interpersonal skills and responsibility are at the highest level ( = 3.81) followed by moral and ethical behavior ( = 3.79) and knowledge ( = 3.72) while mathematical analysis skills communication skills and information technology application skills rated the lowest ( = 3.52). 3. As for students’ opinions on problems of teaching management in general education the students’ opinions towards problems of general education instruction according to Thai qualification framework for higher education are at the moderate level and within each aspect the students’ opinions towards mathematical analysis skills communication skills and information technology application skills rated the highest ( = 2.80) followed by moral and ethical behavior ( = 2.75) and knowledge ( = 2.63) while interpersonal skills and responsibility are at the lowest level ( = 2.54). 4. As for the comparison of the students’ opinions on state and problems of teaching management in general education according to Thai qualification framework for higher education it was found that every aspect was statistically significant at 0.00 level. 5. As for instructors’ opinions on state of teaching management in general education the instructors’ opinions towards the development of general education instruction according to Thai qualification framework for higher education are at the high level and within each aspect the instructors’ opinions towards interpersonal skills and responsibility are at the highest level ( = 3.59) followed by moral and ethical behavior ( = 3.52) and cognitive skills ( = 3.34) while mathematical analysis skills communication skills and information technology application skills rated the lowest ( = 3.18). 6. As for instructors’ opinions on problems of teaching management in general education the instructors’ opinions towards problems of general education instruction according to Thai qualification framework for higher education are at the moderate level and within each aspect the instructors’ opinions towards mathematical analysis skills communication skills and information technology application skills rated the highest ( = 3.10) followed by knowledge ( = 3.05) and cognitive skills ( = 3.02) while interpersonal skills and responsibility are at the lowest level ( = 2.78). 7. As for the comparison of the instructors’ opinions on state and problems of teaching management in general education according to Thai qualification framework for higher education it was found that moral and ethical behavior interpersonal skills and responsibility were statistically significant at 0.00 level.

The purposes of this research were to investigate the quality of video-assisted teaching in Flower Business on the topic of basic flower arrangement including video content creation to explore the learning achievement of the learners from video-assisted teaching and to survey the learners’ satisfaction on the video-assisted teaching. Data tools were 1) video-assisted teaching in Flower Business on the topic of basic flower arrangement 2) a learning achievement test 3) learners’ satisfaction questionnaires on video-assisted teaching. The research samples were 27 students of Home Economics Business Administration Department from the Faculty of Home Economics Technology who studied Flower Business in semester 1 / 2014 The results were found as follows: 1) The arithmetic mean of the content quality of video-assisted teaching in Flower Business was at the highest level (x ̅ = 4.53) The arithmetic mean of the quality of video-assisted teaching was at the high level (x ̅ = 4.13) 2) From the learning achievement test it was found that the mean pre-test score was(x ̅=10.5 S.D. =1.397) and the mean posttest score was (x ̅ = 15.8 S.D. = 1.841) 3) The t-test of learning achievement between the pre-test and posttest wast = -14.822 The significance level was .05 The learners’ satisfaction on video-assisted teaching in Flower Business was at the highest level with the mean of (x ̅ = 4.53)In conclusion video-assisted teaching in Flower Business is effective on the achievement of the learners and the learners satisfied video-assisted teaching in Flower Business at the highest level.

The purposes of this research are 1) to create computer multimedia through the Internet teaching tool for lighting for broadcasting course (undergraduate level) 2) to develop and to find out quality the create computer multimedia through the Internet teaching tool for lighting for broadcasting course (undergraduate level) and to achieve efficiency according to a set of 90/90 criterion. The samples for this study were 48 second year students of Bachelor of Technology Program in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology studying this course in the first semester of 2011 academic year at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The samples were selected by simple random sampling. The research tools used are the computer multimedia through the Internet an achievement test evaluation forms for quality assessment. Statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage and mean. The results of the study revealed that the computer multimedia instruction through the Internet was ranked as a very good level by content experts and as a very good level by educational technology experts and had its efficiency of 94.80/96.60 it was higher than criteria set 90/90

The objectives of this research were to create and assess the teaching of Phra Dabos disciples’ training course on satellite dish installation by comparing between the pre-learning and post-learning achievement and evaluating Phra Dabos Disciples’ satisfaction. The sample of this study was 15 Electronic Phra Dabos Disciples’ students Phra Dabos School enrolling in Satellite Dish Installation course in the semester 1/2013. Achievement test and satisfaction questionnaires were used to collect the data. Paired t-test means standard deviation and percentage were employed to analyze the data. Reliability difficulty and discrimination of the test were investigated. As for training course creation the instructional method of De Cecco’s concept was used and adapted in this research study. After training it was found that Phra Dabos Disciples’ students gained higher post-learning achievement scores than those of the pre-learning at the statistically significant level at 0.05. The assessment of the Phra Dabos Disciples’ satisfaction toward training course showed that the Phra Dabos Disciples’ students were overall highly satisfied with the course.
