The research on the factors influencing the creation of competitiveness for exporting Halal food using Thailand - ASEAN logistics route was aimed (1) to study the factors that influenced the ability to compete for exporting Halal food using Thailand - ASEAN logistics route including economic environment resources and operational capabilities financial administration legal administration and logistics and (2) to examine the consistency of the causal model with the empirical data. The variables used in this study were the independent variables including the economic organization organization resources financial administration legal administration and logistics. The independent variable was the ability to compete for exporting Halal food using Thailand - ASEAN logistics route. The researchers used a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative study. Questionnaires were used to collect empirical data from 445 exporter samples. The statistical methods used to analyze data were the frequency percentage mean standard deviation and the analysis on the structural equation model. The results revealed that the model was well consistent with the empirical data. The Chi – Square (2) value was 417.295 at the degrees of freedom (df) of 569 with the probability (p-value) equal to 1.000. The chi - square relative (2/df) was 1.368 with the index of harmony (GFI) equal to the probability p-value equal to 0.960. The modified harmony index measuring (AGFI) was equal to 0.930 and the index error in estimation parameters (RMSEA) was equal to 0.015. Moreover it was found that the variables were economic organization organization resources financial administration legal administration logistics and Halal food quality had positive effect on the ability to compete for exporting Halal food using Thailand - ASEAN logistics route. The research results suggested the entrepreneurs focus on environmental variables economic organization organization resources financial administration legal administration logistics and Halal food quality which could lead to advantageous for the competition exporting Halal food using Thailand - ASEAN logistics route.

The research on the process of supply chain management standard goods distribution and marketing of the meat processing industry in Thailand to support the ASEAN Economic Community was aimed (1) the process of supply chain management standards goods distribution and marketing of the meat processing industry in Thailand to support the ASEAN Economic Community and (2) to determine the consistency of a causal model that influenced the process of supply chain management standards goods distribution and marketing of the meat processing industry in Thailand to support the ASEAN Economic Community with the empirical data. The variables used in this study were the independent variables including the availability and the readiness of the entrepreneurs. The mediator variables were the raw material transportation management and safety standard. The dependent variable was the supply chain management standard goods distribution and marketing of the meat processing industry in Thailand to support the ASEAN Economic Community. The researchers used a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative study. Questionnaires were used to collect empirical data from 350 entrepreneurs of the meat processing industry in Thailand. The statistical methods used to analyze data were the frequency percentage mean standard deviation and the analysis on the structural equation model and qualitative research methodology. The results revealed that the model was well consistent with the empirical data. The Chi – Square (2) value was 288.294 at the degrees of freedom (df) of 256 with the probability p-value equal to 0.081. The chi - square relative (2/df) was 1.127 with index of harmony (GFI) equal to 0.975 AGFI = 0.951 RMSEA = 0.017 The results showed that (1) the availability of resources had a positive influence on the transportation of raw materials (2) the availability of resources had a positive influence on safety standards (3) the entrepreneur readiness had a positive influence on the transportation of raw materials (4) the entrepreneur readiness had a positive influence on safety standards (5) the transportation of raw materials had a positive influence on safety standards (6) the transportation of raw materials had a positive influence on the supply chain management distribution and marketing and (7) safety standards had a positive influence on the supply chain management distribution and marketing of halal meat processing industry in Thailand to support the ASEAN Economic Community. The findings suggested that the meat processing industry should focus on the supply chain management distribution and marketing by promoting personnel deeper understanding to develop halal food. The government should also support the halal food industry as well

The research data were compiled daily from the stock markets in the three countries from 16 October 2012 until 30 December 2014. The analysis was to obtain long-term cointegration using Johansen and short-term adjustable ability to gain balance with Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) The result revealed that ASEAN trading link showed long-term relationships in good balance as well as short-term adjustable ability to gain balance of the models among the three countries. It was found that factors influencing Thailand and Malaysia stock markets were accordingly correlated opposed from Singapore which means that the three countries are well-balanced in the long and short run. The tool was a questionnaire. To analyse data the frequency percentage mean standard deviation t- test and ANOVA were used. The results were as follows: 1) The overall level of self-development needs was high ( X = 3.75). The needs for selfdevelopment in line with the Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education were high ( = 3.89). Moreover the level of needs conforming to Thai Graduate Preferable Qualifications for the ASEAN Community was moderate ( X = 3.46). 2) There was no statistically significant difference ( p<0.05) of the self-development needs level when genders educational levels or academic performances were considered 3) As for the activities it was rated best to use training for the development of cognitive skills numerical analysis communication and information technology skills domain of psychomotor skills and knowledge on ASEAN Community rules and regulations; lecturing for knowledge on ASEAN Community rules and regulations; study touring for knowledge development; camping for ethics and moral interpersonal skills responsibility and language skills; and student inter institutional exchanging for neighbouring countries knowledge development.

This study examined risk measurement of 3 ASEAN capital markets during year 2009 – 2013. The objective was to study and compare risk of 3 ASEAN capital markets before and after integration of 3 ASEAN member countries : Thailand Malaysia and Singapore. GARCH Model was used for estimating risk in order to measure the daily securities price index of 3 ASEAN member countries The study split the data into two time periods the first period before integration starting from December 1st 2009 to December 1st 2011 and the second period after integration starting from December 1st 2012 to December 1st 2013. The results show volatility which is transferred by the stock exchange and the other stock exchange. The internal and external factors caused the volatility. The level and direction of volatility was likely to depend on balance between listed companies structure and economic structure of those countries characteristic of the stock exchanges and the majority of the investors of those stock exchanges.
