The purposes of this study were to study 1) personal factors affecting Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) personnel’s happiness at work 2) personal factors affecting the personne’s l work ethics and 3) relationship between the ‘s personnel happiness and ethical behavior at work. 303 samples were selected using the Taro Yamane method. A questionnaire was applied as the instrument used for data collection. Statistics used for social sciences included frequency percentage mean standard deviation t-test and one-way ANOVA. The study indicated that 1. Personal factors were highly related to RMUTP personnel’s happiness at work either in the individual aspect or in the overall. 2. Personal factors were highly related to RMUTP personnel’s work ethics behavior either in the overall or in the individual aspect. 3. Happiness at work was related to RMUTP personnel’s work ethics behavior and resulted in ethical behavior of the university personnel with an average of 65.6%.

The purpose of this study. To study and compare the opinions of personnel’s Rajamangala University of Tecnology Phra Nakhon about the state of management University of technology. Benchmarking based on the National Quality Award in overall and each aspect (1.leadership 2.strategic planning 3.customer focus 4.measurement analysis and knowledge management 5.workforce focus 6.operations focus 7.results) classified by sex age educational qualification the type of personnel and field of work. The samples in this research were 298 personals. The study participants selected by simple random sampling. The questionnaires of rating scales with 42 items were used as the research instrument. Percentages means standard deviation t - test for independent sample F - test and Scheffe’s test analysis were statistical method to analyze data. The results were as follows: 1. The level of personnels opinions Rajamangala University of Tecnology Phra Nakhon by benchmarking based on Thailand Quality Award were in relatively high levels. The objective of this qualitative study was to develop and determine security measures for private organizations. Documentary analysis and focus group technique were used as a method for gathering data. Eight participants who had experiences in security management were participated in a focus group. Data from two sources were gathered and integrated for data analysis. The results of data analysis led to the development of security measures factors. Findings indicated that there were five factors of security measures that needed to be implemented and carried out in private organizations including building awareness of technology development in security; integration of architectural security components; developing security systems; human resource management which encompasses security personnel and sharing knowledge; and determining appropriate security procedures that relate to nature and physical of organizations.
