The Research about Register and pay tuition fees through the application System Case study: Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The purposes of this study were to study the needs of the system to register and pay tuition through application and to study the expectations of students the performance of your system to register and pay tuition through application of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. This research is a qualitative research. Researchers were collected qualitative data to study the expectations of students to register and pay tuition through application. The samples use in to study consisted of 400 people. The procedures and methods of operation and the data were collected by questionnaire to a sample to determine the expectation of student registration and payment of fees through the application of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and the statistical analysis using computer processing program. The study found that the majority were female. The majority of respondents are 4th year students and 2nd year transfer. Frequency of using the registration service more than five times. Most students have used mobile money transfer service through the application. Students have a need for the university to create a registration application system. Most respondents had expectations and expectations about the registration and payment system through the application system. The design and utilization are at a high level. There is a need for a systematic change in enrollment in digital university. There should also be an agency or system that can assist or talk through the various channels throughout the use of the registration system through the application.

The objective of the research is study about the capacity Building ang Marketing Doctor of Business Administration Program of the University Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to be consistent with sustainable development. The purposes of this research were to analyze arts and sciences educational management circumstance in general education course of higher education. Including study arts and sciences educational management in general education course in the 21st century. They were mixed method research. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and content analysis. It was found that the current circumstance of arts and sciences educational management in general education course of higher education found 3 parts; (1) the teaching process in general education courses focused on relationship skills knowledge cognitive skills and the numerical analysis teaching (2) responsive subjects in teaching methods the instructor focused on instruction emphasizing on the combination approach teaching used practice and research teaching (3) teaching activities the instructor emphasized in classroom activities rather than outside classroom activities. The approach of arts and science educational management in general education courses corresponds to learning in the 21st century found that focus on living and working with teaching process in the moral and ethics the knowledge cognitive skills relationship skills and the numerical analysis. The cognitive skills and innovation should focus on the teaching of moral and ethics and the knowledge and IT skills media and technology should focus on moral and ethics teaching the knowledge and cognitive skills.
