This research is the designing of chef apparel in order to appropriate with their tasks in Thai kitchen. The objective of this research are to design the appropriate chef apparel to work in the Thai kitchen and study the consumer satisfaction of apparel designing for the chef in Thai kitchen. Starting from sketching chef outfits. There are 60 styles from 15 styles of each category. For example hat chef jacket scarf and napkin. There are 5 sketches selection of each category by specialist. Therefore researchers set in to five outfits for sewing and survey the satisfaction amount 200 random sampling using 100 customers at Central Pinklao and 100 Thai kitchen chefs or Thai food business investor. The assessment and questionnaire was analyses through statistical and percentage to demonstrate in table. The study result in consumers’ satisfaction with regard the designing of chef apparel in order to appropriate with their tasks in Thai kitchen found that were mostly 59.5 percentages’ samples as male and 39 percent in an age range between 46 years. There are 50 percent of samples was professional chef sample with 47.5 percent of Bachelors degree and 33 percent of receiving monthly income from 30001 baht upwards. From the mostly research of consumer used to take the service in restaurant with a chef uniform was 90 percent. The 94 percent of opinions about Thai identity not show in chef uniform and also they agree with Thai identity in chef uniform 96 percent. The analysis of the satisfaction of consumers to the appropriate chef’s uniforms design with the chef’s performance in the Thai kitchen The analysis results showed that the overall images of all design as follow the first design is number 2 average in 31.04 in the highest level of satisfaction. Next the second design is number 3 average in 4.16 in the satisfaction level. Then the third design is number 4 average in 4.15 in the highest level of satisfaction. The fifth design is number 5 average in 3.92 in the high level of satisfaction and the last design is number 1 average in 3.29 satisfaction level was moderate.

The objectives of this study were 1) to design and develop woman’s work uniform for by using pleating technique and woven fabrics in Dok-Peeb pattern in Phitsanulok province 2) to explore the working women’ satisfactions towards the design and development of woman’s work uniform for by using pleating technique and woven fabrics in Dok-Peeb pattern in Phitsanulok province. The sample of this study was 250 working women from government agencies in Phitsanulok province. The research instrument was the questionnaire and 12 prototype sets of woman’s work uniform by using pleating technique consisting of dresses coats skirts and pants. In this study the method to distribute the questionnaire was non-specific. Data were analyzed using percentage mean and standard deviation. From the study it is found that most of the respondents are of above 45 years old married master-degree-graduated office women with average income of more than 35001 baht. Most of them had ever bought/worn fabric clothing with Dork Peep pattern. The reason for buying such cloths is “buy when they would like to”. The frequency of buying the cloth is”every month”. Furthermore the prices of their working cloths are around 500-1000 baht each. From the study of respondents’ satisfaction on the working-woman cloth it is found that the most satisfactory dress is that of the second kind more than the first and the third kind with the average score of 4.25 4.11 and 4.05 respectively. The most satisfactory coat is the coat of the third kind more than the second and the first kind with the average score of 4.16 3.97 and 3.85 respectively. For the skirts the most satisfactory one is of the first kind more than the third and the second kind with the average score of 4.20 4.17 and 4.15 respectively. Finally the most satisfactory trousers are of the third kind more than the second and the first kind with the average score of 4.28 4.17 and 4.15 respectively. Last but not least it is found that every kind of cloths has highly satisfactory responds.

This research aims to develop and calculate the efficiency of electronic books injection mold design engineering for Plastic Mold Technology1 (04-812-313) The participants of this research were 40 third year students who enrolled in Plastic Mold Technology1 subjects in first semester 2013. The research tools were 1) an electronic books 2) a questionnaire for measure an efficiency of electronic books 3) an achievement test. Data were analyzed by using difficulty discrimination validity index of consistency The result showed that quality of electronic books injection mold design engineering was in a very good level with higher sufficiency mean = 1.13 than criteria at mean = 1 and was very useful for Plastic Mold Technology1 (04-812-313)

The objectives of this research were to 1) develop the Multimedia Computer Assisted Instruction for Teaching Illuminant Engineering on Interior Lighting Design 2) compare learning achievement between before and after learning 3) evaluate students’ learning progress and 4) study students’ satisfaction on the Multimedia Computer Assisted Instruction. The sample studied were 28 third year students belonging to the field of electrical power engineering faculty of Industrial Education Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakon. The instruments of this research included 1) the Multimedia Computer Assisted Instruction for teaching Illuminant Engineering on Interior Lighting Design 2) an quality evaluation questionnaire of the Multimedia Computer Assisted Instruction 3) pretest and posttest of learning achievement and 4) student satisfaction questionnaire on the Multimedia Computer Assisted Instruction. The results were as follow: 1. The efficiency of the Multimedia Computer Assisted Instruction for teaching Illuminant Engineering on Interior Lighting Design was 81.45/85.71 which was higher than the criteria set of 80/80. 2. The mean score of posttest ( X = 12.68) was significantly higher than pretest ( X = 5.54) at .01 level. ง 3. The evaluation result of learning progress by the method of Average Normalized Gain was 0.77 which was in a high progress level. 4. Students’ satisfaction on the Multimedia Computer Assisted Instruction for teaching Illuminant Engineering on Interior Lighting Design was at the level of the most satisfaction ( X = 4.80).
