The objectives of this research are to study and compare the problems of studying of Home Economics Profession Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The study is divided into Problems of students education administration academic students affairs and the environment in the university. The independent variables in this study are gender year level department and students’ achievement. The sample were 381 of students who studying in the first academic year of 2014 The sample were taken from a stratified random sampling and collecting data by using questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The findings found that the overall problems was at the low level at the mean score of 2.37. The problems area of students were at the low level at the mean score of 2.32. The problems area of education administration were at the low level at the mean score of 2.40. The problems area of academic were at the low level at the mean score of 2.23. The problems area of student affairs were at the low level at the mean score of 2.35 and the problems area of environment in the university were at the moderate level at the mean score of 2.55. After comparing all the problems of studying with the independent variable; gender department and students’ achievement it was found that the difference was not significant. year level of studying were significant at the level of 0.05

The purposes of this research were to investigate the quality of video-assisted teaching in Flower Business on the topic of basic flower arrangement including video content creation to explore the learning achievement of the learners from video-assisted teaching and to survey the learners’ satisfaction on the video-assisted teaching. Data tools were 1) video-assisted teaching in Flower Business on the topic of basic flower arrangement 2) a learning achievement test 3) learners’ satisfaction questionnaires on video-assisted teaching. The research samples were 27 students of Home Economics Business Administration Department from the Faculty of Home Economics Technology who studied Flower Business in semester 1 / 2014 The results were found as follows: 1) The arithmetic mean of the content quality of video-assisted teaching in Flower Business was at the highest level (x ̅ = 4.53) The arithmetic mean of the quality of video-assisted teaching was at the high level (x ̅ = 4.13) 2) From the learning achievement test it was found that the mean pre-test score was(x ̅=10.5 S.D. =1.397) and the mean posttest score was (x ̅ = 15.8 S.D. = 1.841) 3) The t-test of learning achievement between the pre-test and posttest wast = -14.822 The significance level was .05 The learners’ satisfaction on video-assisted teaching in Flower Business was at the highest level with the mean of (x ̅ = 4.53)In conclusion video-assisted teaching in Flower Business is effective on the achievement of the learners and the learners satisfied video-assisted teaching in Flower Business at the highest level.

This research aims to develop a web-based instruction (WBI) applied in the computer technology course. The proposed WBI composed of the following components: lessons of the computer technology course pre-test and post-test exam: determining the effectiveness of the proposed work and user satisfaction questionnaires. It is also evaluated a study achievement and a usage satisfaction by using efficiency and effectiveness test of lessons and satisfaction test of users. In this work users are the second year students in major of Computer Technology Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon for 30 students. For experiments the results show that its efficiency is 80.13/83.67 which are met studied the proposed WBI are also higher than students who studied with ordinary courses at the statistical significant level 0.05 furthermore an average of students’ satisfactions score is 4.20 which determines students satisfy with the proposed WBI at a high-level. Finally it can be concluded that the proposed WBI is effective

The purposes of the study were firstly to develop video program on commercial fruits and vegetables carving for accessing to ASEAN secondly to find out the video efficiency based on 80/80 criteria and lastly to survey the student satisfaction towards the video program. Samples were 30 sophomore students in Home Economics Technology under Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in semester 2/ 2557 which were assigned to the study by simple random sampling method. The instruments used in the study were lesson assessment teaching- skill assessment and questionnaires. The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. The study results revealed that overall both of video quality and the content were very good having mean of 4.64 and 4.51 respectively. The video program’s efficiency was 93.83/90.69 higher than 80/80 efficiency criterion. And the students satisfaction on video program was good having mean of 4.32

This research aimed to study the awareness of impacts on global warming that is relevant to Home Economics knowledge base of Home Economics students Suan Dusit Rajabhat University and compare their awareness of impacts on global warming relevant to the Home Economics knowledge base considering their gender and year of study. The sample was 254 undergraduate students from Home Economics of Suan Dusit Rajabhat University. The research tool was questionnaire. The study revealed that the majority of the sample had been aware of impacts on the global warming relevant to Home Economics knowledge base in a high level. Most of them agreed with the awareness point that students wore the clothes that were appropriate with climate; for example they chose to wear light and thin clothes to reduce workload of air conditioners the students chose food containers made from natural materials instead of Styrofoam containers to reduce waste that took long time to decompose and they planted trees at their residences to reduce home temperature respectively. Comparing the awareness categorized by gender and year of study it was found that the students of Suan Dusit Rajabhat University of different genders had different levels of awareness of the impacts on the global warming relevant to Home Economics knowledge base. The awareness of female students was higher than that of male students and as for year of study the students of Suan Dusit Rajabhat University had different levels of the awareness of the impacts on the global warming relevant to Home Economics knowledge base. The second year students had higher awareness than the first third and fourth year students.
