Ways to Success for Tourism Businesspersons is focused on the study of factors which lead to the ways of success for successful businesspersons; is a qualitative research collecting data by interview 10 company business running accessories who registered with Thailand Stock Exchange Service Industry Tourism Industry and Recreation Industry; 40 employees from 2 transportation and logistics companies which involve tourism including academic books; textbooks; dissertations; researches; internet data and some information from institutes which related to tourism hospitality business and airlines The research shows that factors which lead to the ways of success for tourism businesspersons are : locations which located on or near; river banks; city center; business center; amusement center; BTS Skytrain natural resources; person by choosing efficiene employees; training employees regularly; using HR management; strateg on prices; carefully and promptly changing the room rates according to the variation of the market for the best average room rate and benefit. For the airline companies the dynamic pricing which is an important strategy will be specified for the tickets. Many selling ways for customers to reach the services such as via internet: direct sell; sales agents and customer call service. For physical factor the strategies used to meet the castomers’need are growth strategy; different building strategy; partial-market orientation strategy leader-cost strategy; risk-taking administration and accounting data.

The purposes of this study were to 1 ) study problems of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission in terms of supplying controlling and exterminating the inventory and 2 ) examine solutions to problems to improve of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission to operate more efficiently effectively transparently and verifiably. The research population consisted of 5 0 direct staff members working in the field of office supplies in the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires and statistics used for data analysis included percentage mean and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that the problem of the administration of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission in the overall was moderate. When considering each aspect it was found that the inventory control aspect was the most problematic for the lack of places to store deteriorated items and exterminate within a specified period of time. The solution was to create a manual and schedule to operate the inventory more effectively. Secondly there was a problem with the cost of the inventory needed by the users that was always higher than the government standard. To solve this problem a survey on the material requirements of the internal units should be conducted before ค setting a budget for the materials to meet the current market price by all parties involved in the budget plan. Finally for the extermination of the inventory the problems were related to the responsible committee who had clear knowledge of the rules and practices of their roles and duties. Training regarding in the inventory administration should be arranged for regular and continuous understanding

This study aims at developing change management board game for executives. This study synthesized and analyzed related concepts of board game design and change management to develop the prototype of change management board game. Results indicated that the first prototype of change management board game consists 50 spaces with distinguished card that are designated a specific number. Findings indicated that the appropriate players for this board game were limited to 4-6 players with the playing time about 1-2 hours. Dice and tokens were needed to use as equipment to play this game. In addition during the game players were required to discuss the relevant situations about change in order to exchange their knowledge about change management

For modern processors permanent and transient errors due to increased temperature and single event effect continue to intensify as device technologies scale down to small nanometers. While many researchers have proposed efficient methods to limit one of these two problems those techniques may worsen the other reliability aspect. In this project we introduce a novel leakage reduction approach for long-term reliability improvement which considers the impact of shortterm reliability effect from soft errors. In particular we firstly employ body bias tuning to reduce leakage and further investigate its impact on delay and soft error rate of the circuit. It has been discovered from our experiment that use of reverse body bias to control leakage can raise the soft error rate in addition to the delay performance. We therefore integrate several effects of body bias into the proposed leakage reduction technique. The experimental results show that our approach provides satisfactory leakage reduction with confined soft error and delay degradation in 32 nm high-k/metal gate benchmark circuits.

The aim of this research is to create the center of mass testing machine for vehicles with maximum mass 3000 kilograms. By the performance of this machine is able to determine the center of mass 3 axis by horizontal longitudinal and vertical. On the other hand the verities of mass from 50 to 100 kilograms and the several of weight distribution at horizontal and longitudinal are applied to the condition of testing for reasonable to the position of the center of mass. The result of research discovered to the performance of center of mass tester was activated following to test conditions. Furthermore the weight distribution at longitudinal was the highest effect to the horizontal center of mass. By the way the value of weight distribution at horizontal is more effects to the longitudinal center of mass. Moreover increasing of mass was impact to the vertical center of mass and it’s independent to the position of weight distribution.
