The purposes of study were to needs of higher education for distance learning of bachelor’s degree in bachelor of home economics Faculty Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhom. The study was a quantitative research were collected by the Survey Research The reseach instruments use questionnaires and attach a structured curriculum Faculty of Economics and Administrative System over the Internet. The Sample of high school students in Ratchaburi Provice.Selected by random sampling is 12 districts from 27 schools with sampling 30 student / school and 2 schools/ District the total sample is 360 people the analysis by analyzing the content (Content Analysis) and then sort Frequency (Frequency) and the percentage is conclusions The results of the study were as follows: Respondents Most of the women 65 percent are studying Mathayom 6 percent to 86.25 and 66.88 percent learning science – math of and a wish to pursue undergraduate up to 95 percent. And interest learning to distance learning with the internet system in home economics Graduate Faculty of Economics and Administrative 42.19 percent unwanted 57.81 percent. As a students studying math-science they can choose to study in the field of science – math in bachelor degree. The filed of business administration of home economics receive to high School Students all plans. The most student want to study in Formal Education. But they are also ready for learning to distance learning with the Internet system. And also that the Departrment of Business Economics is in need of more enterprises. If a graduate or transfer by a parallel course should have a modern flexible and consistent with the context of the learner. The objective of this research was to study (1) generality of planning organizing leading controlling and management (2) the influence planning organizing leading controlling involvement management. This study was conducted by applying 2 research methodologies both quantitative & qualitative. Quantitative approach questionnaire was used to collect data from 59 of the man who breeding red-whiskered Bulbul in shelters by purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. To the qualitative approach in-depth interview was conducted with the man who breeding red-whiskered Bulbul in shelters and used to observed behavior during competition of red-whiskered bulbul by researcher. The results indicated that the procedure to set step check man readiness bird readiness had the influence 42.2 percent the management of the business of breeding red-whiskered bulbul in shelters

The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the participative educational administration of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 2) the academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 3) the relationship between participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1. The sample were 315 administrators and teachers under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 by system random sampling method. The instrument was a questionnaire asking about participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools. The statistics for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research results revealed that: 1) the participative educational administration of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole was at moderate level. Considering by aspects found that they were at moderate level; 2) academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole was at moderate level; 3. the relationship between participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole and by aspects were positive at .01 level of significance.

This study examines perceived organizational crisis preparedness of corporations listed in SET 100 and compares the differences on organizational characteristics among these companies. Samples of 400 employees in eight companies in different industries listed in SET 100 were purposively selected to participate in this study by using non-probability sampling approach. A 30 items of self-administrated questionnaires were equally distributed to these eight companies and only six companies returned the total of 300 questionnaires with the completion. The descriptive statistics were used to analyze the level of perceived organizational crisis preparedness and to compare mean differences of independent variables on perceived organizational crisis preparedness. The results showed that the total mean score of perceived organizational crisis preparedness of respondents were “high” (Mean=3.11 S.D. = .397). Also findings indicated that female had a higher perception of organizational crisis preparedness than male; top manager had higher perception than other levels of manager; respondents who worked at the organization that had more than 6000 employees had higher perception than smaller size companies; executives had a higher perception than the employees; respondents who held graduate degree had higher perception than respondents who earned other degrees; employees with more than 20 years of working experience had higher perception of organizational crisis preparedness than employees with 1-20 years of working experience; respondents who worked in property and construction industry had the higher perception of organizational crisis preparedness than other industries; and employees with education crisis had a higher level of perceived organizational preparedness than employees without education crisis.
