The purpose of this research was to develop bagasse packaging antagonizing fungi with turmeric extract for Green Cos Lettuce cultivation. The bagasse package would incorporated with fungistatic turmeric extract instead of using chemicals at concentrations 0 5000 10000 15000 and 20000 ppm. The packaging characteristics efficiency of turmeric extract and the growth of Green Cos Lettuce determined into the percentage of germination height measurement fungi contamination characteristic were tested under the presence and absent antifungal bagasse The plant seedling spreading onto the surface of the packaging with turmeric extracts could be excelled for -their growth with the induction of germination rate of 92-97 percentages. Turmeric extracts at concentrations of 15000 and 20000 ppm had also expel the emergence of Penicillum sp. inhibit Rhizopus sp. and slow down Colletotrichum sp. Moreover the turmeric extract caused packaging decaying by itself slowly possibly helping in common airborne mold prevention. This green safe material showed the respectably effective for Green Cos Lettuce seedling especially for the fungal pathogen contamination during implantations. This research based on using natural extracts and natural fibers from agricultural waste is thus being ecofriendly nonchemical application of packaging product with easily digested for decent consumers who love their health and care environment.

This project was to design and development of indigo dyeing bag for men. The objective were to study the pattern and type of bag in order to get a new one and allow consumers to choose more that it were a folk wisdom that had a long time. The color tones used in the set of indigo dyed bag design were to use cool tones. Biodegradable polymer blend fibers were prepared by melt spinning technique. Poly(lactic acid) (PLA) and poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) were blended in a twin screw extruder at various contents of PBS at 0-50 wt%. PLA/PBS blends were melt spun using a single screw extruder equipped with multifilaments spinnerette. The effect of PBS contents on morphology thermal properties and mechanical performance of PLA/PBS blend fiber was investigated. SEM micrographs indicated that the addition of PBS at 10 wt% showed miscibility of PLA/PBS blends while the other contents of PBS exhibited phase separation of the blends. The incorporation of PBS affected on the declination of crystallinity in the blends. It can be noted that the addition of PBS could enhance the elasticity of PLA/PBS blend fibers.

The aims of this study were to investigate the effects of ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe.) extract on chemical compositions blood glucose levels body weight blood serum insulin levels and lipid profiles in diabetic rats. The experiments were designed to feed orally of ginger extract at a dose 250 mg/kg body weight in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats for five weeks. The results revealed that the ginger extract significantly reduced blood glucose level lowered serum total cholesterol LDL and raised HDL blood serum insulin in diabetic rats or diabetic rat fed cheese closed to the normal controls and glibenclamide treated rats. These finding indicated that the ginger extract could be remedy as anti-diabetic agent and ginger health care. Because both normal rats diabetic rats and diabetic fed cheese rats receiving ginger extract weight higher than the control rats was statistically significant (p<0.05).
