The purposes of study were to needs of higher education for distance learning of bachelor’s degree in bachelor of home economics Faculty Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhom. The study was a quantitative research were collected by the Survey Research The reseach instruments use questionnaires and attach a structured curriculum Faculty of Economics and Administrative System over the Internet. The Sample of high school students in Ratchaburi Provice.Selected by random sampling is 12 districts from 27 schools with sampling 30 student / school and 2 schools/ District the total sample is 360 people the analysis by analyzing the content (Content Analysis) and then sort Frequency (Frequency) and the percentage is conclusions The results of the study were as follows: Respondents Most of the women 65 percent are studying Mathayom 6 percent to 86.25 and 66.88 percent learning science – math of and a wish to pursue undergraduate up to 95 percent. And interest learning to distance learning with the internet system in home economics Graduate Faculty of Economics and Administrative 42.19 percent unwanted 57.81 percent. As a students studying math-science they can choose to study in the field of science – math in bachelor degree. The filed of business administration of home economics receive to high School Students all plans. The most student want to study in Formal Education. But they are also ready for learning to distance learning with the Internet system. And also that the Departrment of Business Economics is in need of more enterprises. If a graduate or transfer by a parallel course should have a modern flexible and consistent with the context of the learner. Register for free channels and teaching should via the Internet with modern media and effective. The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the participative educational administration of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 2) the academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 3) the relationship between participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1. The sample were 315 administrators and teachers under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 by system random sampling method. The instrument was a questionnaire asking about participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools. The statistics for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research results revealed that: 1) the participative educational administration of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole was at moderate level. Considering by aspects found that they were at moderate level; 2) academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole was at moderate level; 3. the relationship between participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole and by aspects were positive at .01 level of significance.

This research was aimed to 1) study the influence of transformational leadership and 2) to investigate the communication styles towards teamwork of academic employees at Aksorn Charoenthat Company Limited. This is descriptive research collecting data through a questionnaire constructed from reviewing relevant documents. 142 Aksorn Charoenthat Company Limited employees responded to the five-scale questionnaire divided into 4 parts with the total of 52 items. The collected data were statistically analyzed by percentage mean (μ) standard deviation (σ 2) multiple regression analysis to test multiple linear regression and Pearson Correlation Coefficients. The results of the hypothesis test on the influence of transformational leadership and communication styles towards teamwork of academic employees at Aksorn Charoenthat Company Limited showed that (1) the correlation coefficient analysis between the leadership and the teamwork were positively related and statistically significant at .01 level; (2) the correlation coefficient analysis between the communication styles with the teamwork of Aksorn Charoenthat Company Limited employees was positively and statistically significant at .01; and (3) the transformational leadership and communication styles influenced the teamwork of Aksorn Charoenthat Company Limited employees statistically significant at .05 (R = .724) and (R = .668).
