The purposes of this research were to study organizationaL climate work motivation and work efficiency of employee at Rajamangala Universit of Technology Phra Nakhon. This is a quantitative research which samples were collected from 304 Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon employees by using proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed by frequency percentage mean standard deviation Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Results of this study found that : 1) organizational climate work motivation and work efficiency of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon employees is in the high level in overall image and in individual aspect; 2) four aspects of organizational climate including the attachment and faith aspect the organization structure aspect the acceptance aspect and the work standard aspect.had an effect on work efficiency of employees at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. These factors couldexplain 41% of variance to work efficiency; and 3) Two factors of work motivations affected work efficiency of employees at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. These two factors could predict 57% of variance to work efficiency. Keywords: Organizational Climate Work Motivation Work Efficiency

This research aims to study 1) factors affecting on operational efficiency; and 2) factors affecting on accounting professional success. The samples of this study consists of 260 accountants which has experience in accounting performance at least one year. The research instrument was a questionnaire which development by using IOC technique and already test content and construct validity including reliability. Data analysis employed descriptive statistic such as frequency percentage mean and standard deviation including Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results of this article found that most accountants believe that mean of the level of operational efficiency = 4.07 (S.D. = 0.460) and mean of the level of accounting profession success = 3.95 (S.D. = 0.530) both of them were quite well in Thailand 4.0. The result also show that level of professional accountant competencies compliance with the code of ethics profession and professional judgment have positive significant on operational efficiency at the significant level α < 0.01 while operational efficiency the level of professional accountant competencies efficiency of internal control system and professional judgment have positive significant on the level of accounting profession success at the significant level α < 0.01. These results also explained that both of the level of professional accountant competencies and professional judgment have both direct andindirect effect on the level of accounting profession success through operational efficiency with the significant level α < 0.01. Additionally control variable -- work position also has positive significant on both the level of professional accountant competencies and the level of accounting professional success at the significant level α < 0.05.

This research aims to increasing efficiency in production and eliminate the problem of insufficient production capacity with respect to customer demand for electrical appliance factory by applying the line balancing method. Thus the study then developed two problem-solving approaches. The first approach is a method by which a firm applies the line balancing concept and ECRS technique (Eliminate Combine Rearrange and Simplify). On the contrary the second approach is required an investment in testing machine with value of 1000000 baht in order to support sufficient production capacity to meet customer demand. Also ECRS method is used to accomplish this process. Based on the results the first approach provided the production line efficiency improvement representing of 82.59% and reduced the labor cost of 277220 baht per year. However the loss of commercial opportunity has remained the same of 6336000 baht per year. Accordingly the second approach demonstrated of 92.11% of the production line efficiency improvement and the labor cost reduction valued of 277220 baht per year. As we expected the second approach satisfied production efficiency by eliminating the loss of commercial opportunity with value of 6336000 baht per year delivering a return of investment within two months.

The magnetic properties of Ba2FeMoO6 (BFMO) BaCO3 (Barium carbonate 99.9%) Fe(NO3)3.9H2O (Iron(II) nitrate 99.0%) and Mo03 (Molybdenum trioxide 99.0%) have been characterized. A slurry was prepared by mixing the powders with deionized (DI) water at a ratio of 1:7.5: by solid state reaction method through compression. In the case of BFMO sintering at 800 °C for a 4 6 and 10 hours. exhibited the largest hysteresis loop at 50 K. In addition the values of Ms and Mr indicate ferromagnetic behaviour in BFMO ceramics sintered from 600 °C to 800 °C. Finally the value of magnetization was reduced by using a lower sintering temperature SEM analysis revealed the physical appearance of sintered BFMO ceramic and showed the morphology of the BFMO powder was. coarse with an average diameter of 2 microns

The main objective of this research is to study the factors that affect the work efficiency of personnel. Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon This will lead to suggestions for the development of personnel to be more efficient in their operations. Data was collected between October 2018 and September 2019 which was a survey research using a questionnaire consisting of 4 parts: 1) general information of the respondents which was demographic characteristics 2) Satisfied with the operational efficiency 3) quality of working life and 4) Other suggestions with a sample of the research as Personnel under the Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon amount 50 people. Data analysis used descriptive statistics for demographic data. And use statistical methods for analysis of relevant factors and testing hypotheses. The results of the study showed that the factors of work success of the Faculty of Science and Technology personnel Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Able to work according to the set goals Without having a backlog And proud of the work Able to solve immediate problems Which is considered to be very good therefore Faculty of Science and Technology Should focus on personnel development in the workplace In order to further improve the operational efficiency of the personnel.
