The research of strategic accounting information systems of technology and targeted industry groups to Thailand 4.0 was aimed at studying 1) strategic accounting information systems of technology and targeted industry groups to Thailand 4.0 and 2) factors related to strategic accounting information systems of technology and targeted industry groups to Thailand 4.0. The questionnaires were constructed as a research tool for collecting data from 400 entrepreneurs in technology and targeted industry groups. The data was statistically analyzed by frequency distribution percentage mean standard deviation and multiple classification analysis: MCA. The research findings indicated that most entrepreneurs in the technology and targeted industry groups were in food agriculture and biotechnology. Their capital to run business at the present time was between baht 1000001-1500000. The average number of employees was 4.75. They had income of baht 5000001-7500000 per year. Most of them employed companies or organizations to develop their own accounting information systems and their practicable period was 7.61 years. The capacity accounting information systems was totally at high level ( =3.64). Also the usability of accounting information systems was totally at high level ( =3.67) whose data collection was at =4.00 data processing at =3.66 data controlling at =3.53 and information generation at =3.51 respectively. The hypothesis testing results at statistical significance of 0.05 showed that the capacity of accounting information systems was the vital factor relating to data collection data processing data controlling and information generation and the annual income of entrepreneurs in strategic accounting information systems to Thailand 4.0 was related to data collection data processing and strategic accounting information systems to Thailand 4.0.

The establishment of Information Systems to promote the Community Enterprise ion of Ban Tham Sua Village Kaeng Krachan District Phetchaburi was aimed to build effective information management system to facilitate its management to be more convenient fast and up-to-date in order to increase wider distribution channels and disseminate the activities. Also it was aimed to evaluate the satisfaction with the information community using PHP5 HTML5 CSS3 phpMyAdmin in database design and photo retouching software as a tool for the system development. The questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction of the system and website. The samples used in the experiment lived in Ban Tham Sua Moo 3 Kaeng Krachan District Phetchaburi Province. The constructed system made the operation more convenient. The data were collected and classified by the product type. The research found that the information system to promote Ban Tham Sua community business in Kaeng Krachan District Phetchaburi was constructed with an average efficiency of 4.60 considered as the highest level helping to manage the community enterprise information to enhance product distribution channels and to disseminate the community enterprise activities. The results of the satisfaction assessment on the Information System for Promoting the Enterprise of Ban Tham Sua collected from 30 people was 4.57 the highest level showing that the information system to promote the community enterprise of Ban Tham Sua Kaeng Krachan Phetchaburi can be applied for the future use.

The study was destined to investigate the Relationship between big 5 personality traits and information security behavior of employees at information and communication technology of a selected public organization. The population used in this study was 65 employees working in Information and Communication Technology center who responded to the questionnaire for the data collection. The statistics used for the data analysis included frequency percentage mean and standard deviations. The results of the data analysis showed that most of the respondents were females aged between 20 and 30 years old holding bachelors degrees. They had experience working government officers for five years but had been in the position for less than five years. Their highest average income was 20001 baht or more. Concerning the five personality elements the overall respondents had the highest mean of the Conscientiousness personality. Openness Agreeableness and Extraversion personality had high level of mean scores while Neuroticism personality was in moderate level. The analysis of IT use behavior showed that average password usage behavior was the highest in telling others their passwords. In case of the behavior using unwanted software programs the highest mean was relevant to the installation of antivirus firewall and protection programs used to monitor the computer usage. Regarding the deception behavior it can be found that employees were at the highest confident that they were not victims of fraud for they were only general not the targeted ones. As for social engineering attacks the highest mean fell onto the willingness to comply with the requirements or regulations set by the person with authority. Finally the behavior of being deceived online which bore the highest mean score on trusting online strangers while the relationship between the five elements of personality and the safely use of information technology. The Openness personality was correlated with unwanted software usage behavior and the Agreeable personalities as well as the Conscientiousness personality were associated with being deceived behavior.

The purposes of this study were to 1 ) study problems of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission in terms of supplying controlling and exterminating the inventory and 2 ) examine solutions to problems to improve of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission to operate more efficiently effectively transparently and verifiably. The research population consisted of 5 0 direct staff members working in the field of office supplies in the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires and statistics used for data analysis included percentage mean and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that the problem of the administration of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission in the overall was moderate. When considering each aspect it was found that the inventory control aspect was the most problematic for the lack of places to store deteriorated items and exterminate within a specified period of time. The solution was to create a manual and schedule to operate the inventory more effectively. Secondly there was a problem with the cost of the inventory needed by the users that was always higher than the government standard. To solve this problem a survey on the material requirements of the internal units should be conducted before ค setting a budget for the materials to meet the current market price by all parties involved in the budget plan. Finally for the extermination of the inventory the problems were related to the responsible committee who had clear knowledge of the rules and practices of their roles and duties. Training regarding in the inventory administration should be arranged for regular and continuous understanding
