The purposes of the study were firstly to develop video program on commercial fruits and vegetables carving for accessing to ASEAN secondly to find out the video efficiency based on 80/80 criteria and lastly to survey the student satisfaction towards the video program. Samples were 30 sophomore students in Home Economics Technology under Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in semester 2/ 2557 which were assigned to the study by simple random sampling method. The instruments used in the study were lesson assessment teaching- skill assessment and questionnaires. The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. The study results revealed that overall both of video quality and the content were very good having mean of 4.64 and 4.51 respectively. The video program’s efficiency was 93.83/90.69 higher than 80/80 efficiency criterion. And the students satisfaction on video program was good having mean of 4.32

This research is Qualitative Research concerning phenomenology study which purpose of this research to study about Effectiveness Management of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon In Order To Enter ASEAN Community. The samples of the research are lecturers supporting staffs both Thai and Foreign and students both Thai and Foreign. The research technic is Balanced Scorecard the balanced scorecard is a strategic planning and management system that is used extensively. In this research the result find that Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon has good management effectiveness as the result from foreign staff and universities partners said that they would like to continue the agreement and work with university in the future projects. The policy and strategic are at good level as the result from interview universities’ students and foreign students. The focus of the policy at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon is to focus on producing graduates to enter the profession and practitioners. University also have conducted cooperation with many entrepreneurial businesses include restaurants shopping malls hotels and other businesses. So that students can practice the lessons learned from practical work experience. From interview academic staffs and support staff about the process of internal management is also effectivess management on good level almost of them are stratify with salary and Social welfare system and others systems in this organization. However some of university’s staff would like to have more knowledge with English language and also would like to know more about the information of organization.

The objective of this research is to study the readiness and procedure of the personnel in coping with the entering Asean community from example group of 126 people which classified by sex ages position educational degree field of work salary and working life. This study uses questionnaire as a tool in collecting data that could be categorized in three aspects knowledge skills and attitudes. The questionnaire is five rating scales that analyze the result by frequency percent average the average of standard deviation and T-test independent by using one way ANOVA. The results were as follows : From one hundred percent of the personnel of faculty of Engineering Rajamangala university of technology phra nakhon which 58.25% classified by the educational field and 31.75% support line are ready to enter into Asean community which could be seen average in whole picture. After considering in three aspects it appeared that knowledge and skills of personnel are also average. However the attitude of personnel was considered in a high level. Hypothetic test result was found that there was no difference among the personnel with difference sex ages position educational degree field of work salary and working life in their readiness in entering Asean Community.

This research objective is the Factors influencing the successful strengthening of supply chain management-oriented cooperation in export of Halal meat processing industry of Thailand to ASEAN countries. Examined the congruence of this model with empirical data which used quantitative research methods. The objectives of this research is to study the current competencies assess competency requirement of community enterprise (OTOP) entrepreneurs in the central region of Thailand and provide them guidelines toward ASEAN Economic Community. The research instruments used for data-gathering were semi-structured interview. The results of the interviews were created by using independent variables in questionnaire. The samplers of this research are the 189 community enterprise (OTOP) entrepreneurs with a 82.54% response rate. The results were as follows : Attributes and skills indicated by current competencies were at high level while knowledge was medium level. The competency requirement attributes skills and knowledge were at high level respectively. The fundamental preparation for competency of community enterprise (OTOP) entrepreneurs in the central region of Thailand toward ASEAN Economic Community should develop competencies in knowledge attributes and skills especially in the international trading regulation international language information technology and management. The community enterprise (OTOP) entrepreneurs should increase skills in the continuous expertise in product development and organization as well as seeking for new markets and creating continuous business networking including organizational innovation acceleration. The community enterprise (OTOP) entrepreneurs should develop attributes to seek for business opportunities widen continuous knowledge and innovation and increase potential organizational development. The suggestions were that the community enterprise (OTOP) entrepreneurs should develop competencies and seek for source of information and ask for government support to get into ASEAN Economic Community. The government sector should support knowledge skills attributes and cooperate with school financial and other to develop potential of community enterprise (OTOP) entrepreneurs in a long term.
