Canonical Correlation Analysis Between some Factors and Motivation on Producing Academic Papers of Instructors in The Office of Rajamangala University of Techlnology Phra Nakhon

The purposes of this research were to study the canonical relationship between some factors and motivation on producing that relative contribute to academic papers and to study the canonical weights of some factory motivation on producing academic papers. The Sample were the 222 instructors in the office Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon who work during the first semester of Academic year 2005. The stratified random sampling technique was used for selecting the sample. The instruments were the questionnaire considering the salary work load working experience Attitudes toward producing academic papers Self development Internal control Academic ability Motivation on advancement Motivation on recognition and Motivation on environment of producing academic papers. The findings were as follow: 1. The canonical correlation between Salary Work load Working experience Attitudes toward producing academic papers Self development Internal control Academic ability Motivation on advancement Motivation on recognition and Motivation on environment of producing academic papers were .510 .231 and .134 respectively. The first canonical function was Statistically Significant at .05 level. The second and third canonical function were Statistically nonsignificant. 2. The canonical weights for Attitudes toward producing academic papersself development and Internal Control relative contributed to Motivation on advancement Motivation on recognition and Motivation on environment of producing academic papers in the first canonical function.

การพัฒนาแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์จากเส้นใยตะไคร้
การพัฒนาแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์จากเส้นใยตะไคร้

This research deals with paper production from lemongrass and producing a model product. The lemongrass was boiled in sodium hydroxide solution 400 grams per litre of water at 80 – 100 degrees Celsius for 3 hours. The separated fibre was then bleached with chlorine solution 20% per lemongrass fibre 1 kilogram per water 1 litre. Finally paper pulp was scooped for paper formation and lemongrass fibre paper was soaked with flame retardant 10% for 10 minutes at room temperatures. The physical properties of the paper were tested – mass per unit length longitudinal and cross section burn tearing strength absorption and heat resistance. This research was conducted by cutting lemongrass leaves to a uniform length boiling them to separate the fibres for toughness with high strength: the longer the lemongrass leaves the greater the strength. The dirt mixed was removed by boiling the separated fibre. To achieve quality standards the products should be designed analyzed evaluated and modeling. Sampling group evaluation were used to help develop lemongrass fibre products for commercial production using natural resource with maximum cost benefit and technology transfer to the target group. The result of this research was to develop and process home furnishing accessories and souvenirs such as lamps photo frames paper boxes tissue box and souvenirs. The procedure for this research was to analyze the satisfaction level of trainees from Sridonpai Dumnoen Saduak District Ratchaburi community and interested groups amd found that the service provided by officer trainer service processing and accommodation were on average of high level (X = 4.45 4.35 4.22 and 4.42 ordering)

Chemical composition and biological activity of ficus hispida linn
Chemical composition and biological activity of ficus hispida linn

To study the effect biological activity of a fig tree extract using Sequential Extraction and use of fennentation Maceration using solvent 3 types of hexane ethyl acid state and methanol to extract 12 Chanin made. tested oral cancer cells (human mouth carcinoma: KB) lung cancer cells (human small cell lung cancer: NCI-HI87) breast cancer (breast cancer: MCF-7) anti-malarial. (Anti-malaria; Plasmodium falciparum) Microculture Radioisotope Technique used to test anti-tuberculosis (Anti-Mycobacterium. tuberculosis. anti-TB) to the Green fluorescent protein microplate assay (GFPMA). The results showed that extracts of the fig tree has anti-cancer Including breast cancer lung cancer and oral cancer. Extracts of the fig tree does not have anti-tuberculosis and extracts of the fig tree shows some anti-malarial. In further research should study the molecular and biological activity of the fig tree from the roots seeds leaves flowers and fruit to the biological activity ofthe data for a selection of extracts from medicinal plants to make. Purification and further develop research in the next commercial.

Variables affecting to learning achievement in Bio-organic chemistry of students on Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

The purposes of this research were to study of Variables Affecting to Learning Achievement in Bio-organic chemistry and construct the prediction equation models ofstudents Bio-organic chemistry Leaming Achievement in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon(RMUTP). The sample consisted of60 students ofRMUTP Sampling by Quota Sampling method. The instnunents used in this research were the questionnaire of 5-rated rating scales of those II categories. The reliability of the questionnaire was that the Bio-organic chemistry attitude 0.688 Achievement motivation in Bio-organic chemistry 0.766 Students learning behavior 0.742 Attitude towards University 0.80 I Personality ofchemistry teacher 0.851 Teaching behavior ofchemistry teacher 0.869 Parents support 0.796 University surrounding 0.719 Facilities of University 0.834 with the total average of 0.911 and the test of 4 choices Bio-organic chemistry Learning Achievement consisted of 50 items. The level ofdifficulty was between 0.27 -0.53 the power ofdiscrimination was between 0.35 -0.69 The reliability was 0.79 .The data were analyzed through statistical techniques of percentage mean standard deviation and multiple regression. The results were as follows: The Variables Affecting on students Bio-organic chemistry Learning Achievement at .05 level of significant were the Bio-organic chemistry attitude(xl) Achievement motivation in Bio-organic chemistry (-2) predicted at the rate of 15.50 Percent The raw score prediction equation was : A Y = 9.493 + 2.202 Xl + 0.730 X2 The standard score prediction equation was : A Zy = 0.380 ZXI + 0.123 Zx2
