The study on decision making to attend the information and communication technology (ICT) personnel development program of the Office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Education was aimed to study motivating factors personal factors and relationship of motivating factors and decision making factors to attend the program. The data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. As for inferential statistics inferential statistics such as independent samples t-test analysis was applied to look for the difference between two groups; One-Way ANOVA for three or more and study of relationship between motivating and decision-making factors to attend the training using Pearsons Product Moment Correlative Coefficient. The study results showed that internal motivating factors concerning respect moderately affected the motivation on training. Desire for success special interest and work responsibility highly affected the motivation while external motivating factors such as the superintendent’s reliability the work progress and the organizational policies highly affected the training motivation. Regarding decision making factors training courses trainers audiovisual equipment training period training public relations and the benefits of the training highly affected every aspect of decision making. personal factors gender age educational level position and work experience did not affect the decision-making to attend the information and communication technology (ICT) personnel development program. Factors motivating the personnel to attend the ICT personnel development program including the superintendent’s reliability work progress and organizational policies positively correlated with the decision factors to attend the training for potential ICT personnel in all aspects. Also motivating factors regarding the desire for success and work responsibility had a negative relationship with the decision factors with the aspects of audiovisual equipment and public relations to participate the information and communication technology (ICT) personnel development program of the Office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Education. The purpose of this study was to investigate instructional management of general education in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon according to Thai Qualification Framework for Higher Education. The research samples were 364 students enrolling in general education courses in the second semester of the academic year 2014. The research tool was questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. It was found that overall students’ opinions on the general education content according to Thai Qualification Framework for Higher Education are at the high level and within each aspect the students’ opinions towards interpersonal skills and responsibility are at the highest level (x ̅ = 3.81) moral and ethical behavior followed by (x ̅ = 3.79) knowledge (x ̅ = 3.72) cognitive skills (x ̅ = 3.62) and mathematical analysis skills communication skills and information technology application skills (x ̅ = 3.52) respectively.

The purposes of this research were to study the approaches for the participatory curriculum administration creatively integrating the environment used by Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL) and to evaluate the desired objectives of the curriculum namely the creative thinking skill aspect in students. The target group selected by purposive sampling technique was 180 representatives of RMUTL faculty curriculum boards administrators instructors and entrepreneurs in the Chiang Mai community. The research instruments included questionnaires and behavioral observation checklists. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive methodology and by calculating percentage mean and standard deviation. As a result of the study there are seven steps developed in the administration of the curriculum that creatively integrated the environment. In this case the participation of the target group in the administration of environment-integrated curriculum was at a high level while the students’ participation was at a moderate level. The students’ desired characteristics in regards to the curriculum’s objectives of creative thinking skills was at a high level.

The research instrument was a questionnaire asking about the teaching learning activity management to reinforce the 12 Thai main core values according to the policy of the National Council for Peace and Order. Data were collected from 320 teachers of secondary schools under Secondary Educational Service Office Area 6 Samut Prakarn Province by simple random sampling method. Statistics for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and mean difference were tested by ANOVA statistics. The research results revealed that : 1. The management of teaching learning activity to reinforce the 12 Thai main core values of Secondary Schools Samut Prakarn Province classified by status as a whole revealed that the administrators rating was at moderate level and teachers rating was at moderate level ; classified by school sizes as a whole small schools medium schools large schools and extra-large schools rating were at moderate level. 2. The Comparisons of teaching learning activity management to reinforce the 12 Thai main core values of Secondary Schools Samut Prakarn Province classified by school sizes revealed that as a whole of all aspects were not different which was not in agreement with the hypothesis.
