Canonical Correlation Analysis Between some Factors and Motivation on Producing Academic Papers of Instructors in The Office of Rajamangala University of Techlnology Phra Nakhon

The purposes of this research were to study the canonical relationship between some factors and motivation on producing that relative contribute to academic papers and to study the canonical weights of some factory motivation on producing academic papers. The Sample were the 222 instructors in the office Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon who work during the first semester of Academic year 2005. The stratified random sampling technique was used for selecting the sample. The instruments were the questionnaire considering the salary work load working experience Attitudes toward producing academic papers Self development Internal control Academic ability Motivation on advancement Motivation on recognition and Motivation on environment of producing academic papers. The findings were as follow: 1. The canonical correlation between Salary Work load Working experience Attitudes toward producing academic papers Self development Internal control Academic ability Motivation on advancement Motivation on recognition and Motivation on environment of producing academic papers were .510 .231 and .134 respectively. The first canonical function was Statistically Significant at .05 level. The second and third canonical function were Statistically nonsignificant. 2. The canonical weights for Attitudes toward producing academic papersself development and Internal Control relative contributed to Motivation on advancement Motivation on recognition and Motivation on environment of producing academic papers in the first canonical function.

A Smart Mobile PV-Wind Hybrid System Prototype for isolated electrification
A Smart Mobile PV-Wind Hybrid System Prototype for isolated electrification

This paper presents the design and construction of a Mobile PV-Wind-Battery-Diesel Hybrid System Prototype for isolated electrification. The system includes a real-time monitoring system and a control unit which can control all components automatically. The design uses a short calculation method and then simulated by Homer program. The mobile unit is considered as a mobility utility for remote areas therefore the unit is constructed in a container unit which can be able to be transferred comfortably. The design has the components as : PV 2 kWp Wind turbine 1 kW Battery 24 kWh and Diesel Generator 5kW. From a long experiment the system can operate as the design and it is working stably to supply power to the load. The paper will describe fully for the design construction monitored data and analysis.

Soil Respiration of Natural Forest, Forest Plantation and Agricutural Incubated Soils
Soil Respiration of Natural Forest, Forest Plantation and Agricutural Incubated Soils

Recently scientists have focused attention on soil as a major source and sink for atmospheric CO2. Three replications of two-depth soils from eleven different ecosystem types from Sakaerat Environmental Research Station (SERS) Sakaerat Silvicultural Research Station (SSRS) and Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) Nakhon Ratchasima were collected during the first week of March 2010. The soils were then incubated at 25°C for three days and measured their respiration rates. The highest soil respiration rate was found in sunflower with 0.823 μmol CO2 g-1 h-1 while the lowest was found in eucalyptus plantation in SUT with 0.005 μmol CO2 g-1 h-1. Additionally between two natural forests at SERS the respiration rate of dry evergreen forest was higher than in dry dipterocarp forest with the value of 0.037 and 0.016 μmol CO2 g-1 h-1 respectively. Whereas the soil respiration rate at SSRS forests was highest in the eucalyptus plantation (0.048 μmol CO2 g-1 h-1) and lowest in acacia plantation (0.027 μmol CO2 g-1 h-1). The overall respiration rate was higher for soils from 0-5 cm than 5-15 cm but not statistically significant difference. Soil water content and pH were positively significant related with soil respiration (p<0.01). Soil carbon however was also positively significant related with soil respiration but in lesser degree (p<0.05). Therefore soil water content and pH should be major driving forces for soil respiration.

The Role of the MAPK Pathways in Response to Ethanol Stress in Saccharomyces cerevisiae
The Role of the MAPK Pathways in Response to Ethanol Stress in Saccharomyces cerevisiae

During fermentation process yeast cells are often exposed to ethanol. Although the toxicity of ethanol to budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae has widely been studied the ethanol stress signaling is still unknown. The growth of the mutants lacking genes involved in the mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways was examined under ethanol stress condition. Our results revealed that the STE3 and AKR1 genes involved in the pheromone signaling pathway and the BCK1 MPK1 SWI4 SWI6 and MBP1 genes involved in the cell wall integrity pathway were required for tolerance to ethanol. In addition to the mutants of the cell wall integrity pathway the Δste3 and Δakr1 mutants were sensitive to a cell wall perturbing agent calcoflour white suggesting the role of these signaling molecules in maintaining cell wall during ethanol stress.

Analysis of Electric field and Modeling Design of High Voltage Cable terminators for PD Testing Using SF6 Insulator
Analysis of Electric field and Modeling Design of High Voltage Cable terminators for PD Testing Using SF6 Insulator

This paper presents the analysis of electric field by using FEMLAB simulation tool to find the optimal electric field and component designs. Design of Cable terminator is tested by finding PD Value with IEC standard. This paper also proposes the electric stress when we design the cable terminator includes SF6 insulator. The modeling design is very useful for High Voltage engineers to find the optimal solution of Cable terminator design.
