This paper presents the packaging design of the straw material replacement process. Environmental concepts are added to the design process to develop environmentally friendly designs. The sample consisted of the research instruments used in this research were 80 persons. Pre-design questionnaire the questionnaire evaluates the satisfaction of the packaging structure for the environment. Data were analyzed using percentage analysis. The results are evaluated by experts and experts in three aspects: packaging graphic and marketing. The instruments used in the research were questionnaires and satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed that. 89% of respondents agreed to use recycled materials for packaging. The evaluators have a need for environmentally friendly packaging by developing robust packaging. Product Protection And graphics on the beautiful packaging. This shows that packaging is environmentally friendly. And the evaluator needs the uniqueness of the product for the environment. The results of the study concluded that the design of the structure and graphics on the packaging for the environmental products of the five structures from the MAZMOIZELLE product include the packaging for the camera strap. From the past many organizations have been severe impacted to their business continuity from unexpected disruptions or disasters. Disruptions to the business can result in company damage and failure. Therefore it is necessity for all organizations to establish and to apply a business continuity management (BCM) system based on ISO 22301 appropriate to its needs. It has been developed to protect against the likelihood of occurrence and recover from major incidents resume critical business activities and speed up the return to normal operations. This article is aim to study on the academic documents relevant literatures and to combine its knowledge about ISO 22301 with full explanation of BCM concept. Under the framework of ISO 22301 the process will be driven effectively to the success by 3 key factors starting from the executive management’s encouragement with its own set of goal in gearing forward to the BCM system. With full knowledge and clear understanding the BCM team will play a major role to ensure that a crisis management framework is consistent with best practice. All levels of staff members are fully aware of their role within the system and able to implement successfully with full co-operations and the opportunity to continuously improve company business culture. Lastly a recognized benchmark of good practice in BCM operation by one organization in Thailand has been mentioned as an example herewith. It goes without any doubts that it will be useful for other organizations those who like to follow and apply into good practice in accordance with the ISO 22301 effectively.

Because school administrators play an important role in the management of schools to achieve their objectives effectively. This research aims to study leadership of school administrators factors relating to leadership leadership and relationship between leadership and factors affecting leadership of school administrators. The research design was based on the correlation research . The samples used in the study were 185 of the school administrators and deputy director. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and pearson correlation. Research results found that 1) The administrators of the schools in the secondary education area 1 had the form of four types of leadership. The results showed that the patterns of leadership reflected in the supportive leadership style. The highest average was followed by participatory leadership. Leadership focused on success. 2) The results of the study on the level of factors related to the leadership of the school showed that the four factors were the opinions of the target group. It is important to have leadership in mind. The average score on the highest level of leadership was followed by group characteristics organizational characteristics and external environment. And 3) the relationship between leadership and related factors of the leadership of the school administrators was found to be positively correlated in all aspects.

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the guidelines for Administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon towards Digital University 2) to study the policy recommendation of the executive for the administration towards Digital University. The researcher proceed this research with the Exploratory Sequential Design one type of the mixed research method which is firstly conducted with Qualitative Research through the recommendation form the interview of the executive in order to create the questionnaires. Then it is processed statistical data with package program for approving the conclusion result of the Qualitative Research in order to have the more complete conclusion of research. The research indicated that the Executive give recommend of the guidelines for Administration towards Digital University as follows: 1) Guideline for Human Resources Management; the university must have personal with knowledge Skills of using technology and language and must maintain the human resources with knowledge. The head for the university must be modern personality to the key of Digital University. 2) Guideline for Financial Management; the university must have sufficient budget for Digital University Policy proceeding Earn money from education and research grants and also have an investment for procurement in order to be ready not less than other universities 3) Guideline for Organization Management; the university must be proactive management provide policy of using Digital University. The administration of any matters which must use the more digital technique. Must create good governance system and the management towards a quality organization and prepare physical plan to develop the university. 4) Guideline for Material and equipment Management; the university shall have the more an investment in worth materials have the equipment enough for the officers. The infrastructure should be ready and should be rent instead of purchase because of easy to manage. 5) Guideline for Information Technology Management; the university shall use the Information Technology System to manage in every activities in order to reduce paper with the same information such system must be sufficient efficient stable and safe. The university should support the use of this system to officers

The objectives of this research were : 1) study the management of academic affairs of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok Area 2) to study the effectiveness of the enhancement of the twelve principal values of Thai people according to the policy of National Committee for Peace and Order of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area and 3) study the relationship between the management of academic affairs and the effectiveness of the enhancement of the twelve principal values of Thai people according to the policy of National Committee for Peace and Order of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area. The research sample was composed of 421 school administrators and educational personnels selected through the simple random method. The research instrument was a rating-scale questionnaire. The data were analysed for percentage mean standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research indicated that: 1) the management of academic affairs of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area as a whole was at high level; 2) the effectiveness of the enhancement of the twelve principal values of Thai people according to the policy of National Committee for Peace and Order of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area as a whole was at high level; and 3) the relationship between the enhancement of the twelve principal values of Thai People according to the policy of National Committee for Peace and Order and the management of academic affairs of private elementary Sarasas Affiliated Schools in Bangkok area was in the highly positive direction at the significance level of .01.
