โครงงานพิเศษนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากรรมวิธีการสกัดสารแอนโซไซยานินจากกลีบรองดอกกระเจี๊ยบแดงแบบแห้งและแบบสด จากนั้นศึกษาระดับปริมาณของแข็งทั้งหมด ที่ละลายได้เหมาะสมในการผลิตน้ากระเจี๊ยบแดงอัดแก๊ส และศึกษาอายุการเก็บรักษาผลิตภัณฑ์ น้ากระเจี๊ยบแดงอัดแก๊ส ซึ่งจากการทดลอง พบว่า กรรมวิธีการสกัดสารแอนโซไซยานินจากกลีบรอง ดอกกระเจี๊ยบแดงที่เหมาะสม คือ วิธีที่ 4 การสกัดแบบต้มก่อนสุญญากาศ ซึ่งกลีบรองดอกกระเจี๊ยบแดง แบบแห้งมีปริมาณสารแอนโทไซยานินสูงที่สุด คือ 201.46 ± 0.15 มิลลิกรัม/500 มิลลิลิตร โดยระยะเวลาในการกลั่นสุญญากาศที่ 45 นาที เป็นระยะเวลาการกลั่นสุญญากาศที่เหมาะสม ในการผลิตหัวเชื่อน้ากระเจี๊ยบแดงอัดแก๊ส ซึ่งมีปริมาณสารแอนโทไซยานินสูงที่สุด คือ 229.87 ± 0.08 มิลลิกรัม/500 มิลลิลิตร เมื่อน้าหัวเชื่อน้ากระเจี๊ยบแดงอัดแก๊ส พบว่า น้ากระเจี๊ยบแดงอัดแก๊ส (10 oBrix) มีปริมาณสารแอนโทไซยานิน สูงที่สุด คือ 49.70 ± 0.07 มิลลิกรัม/500 มิลลิลิตร สำหรับระดับปริมาณของแข็งทั้งหมดที่ละลายได้เหมาะสมในการผลิตน้ากระเจี๊ยบแดงอัดแก๊ส ได้แก่ 12 oBrix ผู้ทดสอบให้คะแนนความชอบในทุกด้านมากที่สุด และมีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p≥0.05) โดยมีค่าความเป็นกรด-ด่าง 3.21 ± 0.00 และปริมาณสาร แอนโทไซยานินสูงที่สุดคือ 52.70 ± 0.08 มิลลิกรัม/500 มิลลิลิตร จากนั้นศึกษาอายุการเก็บรักษา ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ากระเจี๊ยบแดงอัดแก๊สที่อุณหภูมิ 5±2 และ30±2 องศาเซลเซียส พบว่า ค่าสีแดง (a*) ค่าสีเหลือง (b*) ค่าpH และปริมาณสารแอนโทไซยานินในน้าผลิตภัณฑ์น้ากระเจี๊ยบแดงอัดแก๊ส มีค่าลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p≤0.05) ส่วนค่าความสว่าง (L*) มีค่าเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p≤0.05) ด้านคุณภาพทางจุลินทรีย์ของน้ากระเจี๊ยบแดงอัดแก๊ส ไม่พบปริมาณเชื่อจุลินทรีย์โคลิฟอร์ม อีโคไล ยีสต์รา ซาลโมเนลลา และมีปริมาณจุลินทรีย์ทั้งหมด ซึ่งไม่เกินกำหนดของมาตรฐาน กระทรวงสาธารณสุข เรื่องเครื่องดื่มในภาชนะบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ปิดสนิทที่ได้กำหนดไว้ สามารถเก็บรักษา ที่อุณหภูมิ 5±2 องศาเซลเซียส ได้อย่างน้อย 8 สัปดาห์ และที่อุณหภูมิ 30±2 องศาเซลเซียส เก็บรักษาได้ 4 สัปดาห์ และเมื่อน้ามาศึกษาการยอมรับผลิตภัณฑ์น้ากระเจี๊ยบแดงอัดแก๊ส ผู้บริโภค ให้การยอมรับ 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์

The objective of research was to study and analysis the Electric vehicle structure of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The Electric vehicle designed to save energy protect environment and cognitive development of student by used the computer software help in the design Material selection Finite Element Analysis Appropriability of the Electric Vehicle Structure and di s p l a c e m e n t of the vehicle structure by using the computer program help in the calculation for the Finite Element Method including to the development of engineering skill. The research must to create the Electric vehicle prototype to suitable and the structure have lightweight and strong for the electric vehicle and focuses on energy efficiency and the material of structure used steel pipe. This research can use to other working structure and future vehicle in sustainable. The vehicle has two seats Capable of running speed to 0-80 km/h the weight at the vehicle structure not over 1 0 0 kg. And the material of structure used steel pipe. This researching can use to other working structure and future vehicle in the sustainable.

Design and development of solar cells in electric vehicle prototype intended to Design and development of solar cells in electric vehicle prototype Case study electric cars of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The research process begins with the solar experiment model Solar Thin Film a bent size 19.2 x 9.5 cm technology has applications in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle install to a source of clean electricity generation using 80 Solar Thin Film Cells controlled by Arduino mega size 101.52x 53.3 mm Programming software by Arduino-1.6.9-Windows and Show the result at LCD Solar Monitor Charger from batteries store the electrical energy size 12V/28AH 6 pack for the results showed that such a circuit can charge electricity 5A to 1 hour and to expand the use of rechargeable battery electric prototype instead of using electric vehicle prototype from charging normally Requires 480 Solar Thin Film Cells in trial period hypothesis 6 hour/day. In term of investment evaluation simple payback period is expected to be 4 years. Considering sensitivity analysis it is found that the most sensitive factor is electricity cost cost Solar Thin Film and the cost of Evlink Fast Charge Solution respectively. The results of this study can be used to support decision making in design and development of electric vehicle prototype in the next generation more efficiently

This study aims to study the client’s investment behavior in the Long-Term Equity Fund: LTF the clients invest in Krungsri Asset Management Company classified on demographic factors and to study different behavior of individual investor. The sample used in this study includes investors who invest in long-term equity fund (Krungsri’s LTF) amounting to 71518 investors. The sampled people derive from the Taro Yamane’s formula as Convenience sampling method that the confident level is 95% and the tolerance’s acceptance in the selection of the samples is 5% numbered 397 investors. The data collection did during October 2015 which evaluated and analyzed data using statistical software. This study analyzes by using statistics and percentage. This study found that most investors are females aged between 31-40 years married status get a bachelor’s degree have monthly revenue between 15000-30000 baht and their careers are government officers. In terms of investment found that most investors choose a long-term mutual fund (70:30 of dividend). On average each of the investors have investment value approximately 10000 baht per time or less than there is an average investment period over five years and the times to invest in the investment portfolio are the gradual purchases throughout the year. Regarding to the total investment in the mutual fund investors invest about 1-2 locations. In term of the loss’s acceptance has risk level around 10-20%. The investment objective is to receive tax benefits. For suggestions from the research results the asset management company should conduct these investment behaviors to make consideration on creating new products that are suitable for the investment this also reassure investors that their investments will bring benefits and have low risk in addition the confidence in the firmly fixed income and these investments do not cause adverse effects in a long-term investment. This research also makes choices in the matter of the benefits’ payment risk assessment in investment time to invest and so on. In order the fact that investors have choices to invest in the versatile mutual fund.

The purposes of the research were 1) to study the personal factors of the RMUTP undergraduate; 2) students of examine the opinions of the students participating in the activities; and 3) to compare levels of students’ opinions on activities porticipation according to their personal factors. The samples were 400 undergraduate students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon chosen by using proportional stratified sampling. The research instrument used to collect data was the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by t-test and F-test to compare the percentage mean value and the standard deviation. The level of statistical significance was at .05 level and multiple comparison test was run by Scheffe. application. . The result of research found that the majority of students were male (54.8%) the students were studying in the first year (29.3%) Bangkok commercial campus (47%) the students whose parents were together (72.3%) the students whose families had more than 4 members (68.25%) the students whose total family incomes (baht/month) 30000-39999 baht (22.3%) the students lived in their house/relatives house (3.98%) by the highest average side was benefit that received from attending the activities (3.98%) an opinion of students about attending the activities held by RMUTP have the overall level in high (3.67%) The hypothesis testing revealed that Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon students’ opinions had significant difference at .05 level in terms of their academic year and faculty.
