A Study of Factors Affecting Student’s Decision to Drop out School: A Case Study of Faculty of Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was an applied research. It was designed for analyzing the voice of customers in student studying management. The samples group was four department students in the Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design faculty as Garment Technology Textile Chemistry Technology Fashion and Design and Product design who retired during study and graduated in 2014 and 2015 academic year. The research results were used for improving the study efficiency and reducing the unexpected study. From the results shown the most problem was withdrawn registration especially in the first and the second year student. Garment technology department was the highest rate of retention after that Fashion and design Textile Chemistry Technology and Product design were respectively. The education satisfactions survey was found the moderate level for curriculum and lecturer as the mean 2.57 and 3.14 orderly. Additional the environmental satisfaction was low as 2.26 for the unexpected education students. In the other hands the graduated students had the greater satisfactions for the whole factors. The curriculum satisfied was good as 3.30 the lecturer was best as 3.67 and the environment was moderate as 2.95 correspondingly. From these results the Faculty of Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design were developed and pay attention in the subjects and lecturer in the first and second year education. The understanding of core study and the essential of each department was the significant factor for retaining and priding the student until they graduated in the Faculty of Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design.

The first purpose of this research is to study the using of personnel management system of Rajamagala University of Technology Phranakhon. Secondly the satisfaction in system using is suggested. The investigation and gathering information from university workers are done by questionnaire of satisfaction. The information is evaluated by using frequency percentage mean and standard deviation term. The reliability of two samples is tested by t-test using Alpha Coefficient of Cronbach and the reliability of more than two samples is tested by One Way Analysis of Variance. The results showed that the efficiency of using the personnel management system is the same as the system which is used in division of personnel management administration and division of general administration. The setting manual and log out of system which used in sub-system of each role are consistent with research hypothesis. The analysis of satisfaction of all workers between sexes (male and female) and between duties (support and academic staff) showed that the satisfaction in personnel management system is at high level. The university plan to develop the system continuously to face the changing and the present.

This research is conducted in order to increase % yield of mango cannig. It is found that using 1800 ppm ethtlene solution can increase % yield up to 87.5% more than using calcium carbide which could reach 57.25% yield. Next mango canning process is analyzed. In sterilization process two temperature levels.are controlled:103 C for 15 minutes F=1 minute 107 C for 9 minutes F=1 minute physical property of the product is analyzed and found that both temperature levels give the identical results; statistical significance (p 0.05). Canned mango sterilized at 107 C for 9 minutes is selected. Chemical analysis indicates that total soluble solids content is 27.5 Brix pH = 4.6 dietary fiber = 0.43 grams for mango 100 grams

The purpose of the special project education about the mobiles applied from Manora-petterned beads is to study the procession of making the hanging made from the Manorah beads pattern and study the satisfaction of the target groupson the mobiles applied from Manora-petterned beads.The students who studied about the special project has studied andgathers relevant information all information from 3 stylesto present to 5 expertsand let them choose the best one with their suggestions to improve the draft to create a set of the mobiles applied from Manora-petterned beads and bring this creation to survey the satisfaction to the target groups (50 persons) and use this information to analyze by using the freq the percentage the average and found that. 1. Most experts chose the draft of style B with the reason that it has clear fine and beautiful pattern and most of the expertschose colour tone with the reason that the colour tone green colour is in cool tone and it looked fresh and bright outstanding and beautiful. 2. The satisfaction of the targets in the product side found that the satisfaction of the beauty is in the most level. The average is 4 .7 6 . In the material side the satisfaction in the suitability of the material is in the most level. The average is 4.54. In the using benefit the satisfaction in using for Instruction media is in the most level. The average is 4.46. And the satisfaction in distribution by the web site is in the most level. The average is 4.60

This study aims to study the client’s investment behavior in the Long-Term Equity Fund: LTF the clients invest in Krungsri Asset Management Company classified on demographic factors and to study different behavior of individual investor. The sample used in this study includes investors who invest in long-term equity fund (Krungsri’s LTF) amounting to 71518 investors. The sampled people derive from the Taro Yamane’s formula as Convenience sampling method that the confident level is 95% and the tolerance’s acceptance in the selection of the samples is 5% numbered 397 investors. The data collection did during October 2015 which evaluated and analyzed data using statistical software. This study analyzes by using statistics and percentage. This study found that most investors are females aged between 31-40 years married status get a bachelor’s degree have monthly revenue between 15000-30000 baht and their careers are government officers. In terms of investment found that most investors choose a long-term mutual fund (70:30 of dividend). On average each of the investors have investment value approximately 10000 baht per time or less than there is an average investment period over five years and the times to invest in the investment portfolio are the gradual purchases throughout the year. Regarding to the total investment in the mutual fund investors invest about 1-2 locations. In term of the loss’s acceptance has risk level around 10-20%. The investment objective is to receive tax benefits. For suggestions from the research results the asset management company should conduct these investment behaviors to make consideration on creating new products that are suitable for the investment this also reassure investors that their investments will bring benefits and have low risk in addition the confidence in the firmly fixed income and these investments do not cause adverse effects in a long-term investment. This research also makes choices in the matter of the benefits’ payment risk assessment in investment time to invest and so on. In order the fact that investors have choices to invest in the versatile mutual fund.
