The purposes of this research were to explore 1) the characteristics of successful entrepreneur: case study of Pailin Couture and 2) the factors affecting of self- employed of students who study major in fashion clothing and textiles design faculty of home economics technology at RMUTP. Using mixed method research and divide the data into 2 parts: 1) collected data from the entrepreneur as a key informant by using structure interviews and analyze data by content analysis and 2) collected data from students whose are selected using purposive sampling technique using questionnaire and data was analyzed using frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The finding was concluded as follows: Characteristics of successful entrepreneur consist of: 1) inspiration from clearly know themselves and led to career 2) have experience or preparation about finding a place to study work-in-study finding a team coaching and channel expansion 3) working approached were to maintain harmony conflict reduction and do not use the mood to work 4) problem solving solution was to find the cause of the problem and consciousness in solving problems 5) core concept in occupational was takes a shorter time to learn but take it to career quickly and have creative development 6) category of products or services was variety of clothing styles 7) recruitment must choose who had the knowledge and ability in work and 8) recommendations for the couture entrepreneur should have knowledge and skills such as product planning team building marketing plan and target group of business. The factors affecting of self-employed of students found that: expectations of parents after graduation was self-employed. Individual factors toward to self-employed were love to work independent interesting in self-employment and love to learn more. Job factors toward to highly self-employed were individual challenge extremely in use ability and interpersonal relation.
Application of kansei engineering and dematel to priori tize service quality for public hospital in Thailand
The health care industry is one of the rapid growth industries in Thailand. Thai government has promoted and set a strategic policy to by “Medical Hub of Asia”since 2004. Therefore the chief executive officers of many hospitals have determined strategies to improve their service quality because of the global competition. Service competition. Service quality which refers to customer perceptions of the service process has been considered. Sansei Engineering can be the best tool for translating customer perceptions and emotions to the psychical desire attributes. This study conducted sansei engineering and service quality to analyze the relationships between service quality and customer’s emotion and feeling. The decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) was employed to constructs the cause-effect relationship of criteria of the model that can be described complexity of causal relationships. The results show that tangible and empathy are the key factors that should be considered as the first priority for improving by public hospitals directors. Effectiveness investigation of evaporative cooling using radiator for pre-cooling system
Due to the systems of mechanical vapor compression have a high energy consumption for air-conditioned space. Therefore the system of evaporative cooling presents as a promising alternative option for the air-conditioning system. Moreover the pre-cooling system is normally used to reduce an intake ambient air temperature before the air-conditioning system. As mentioned above this research aims to investigate the effectiveness of evaporative cooling system by using a car radiator for air per-cooling. In this research the commercial car radiator was used for cooling inlet ambient air by cooling water. The evaporative cooling system consisted of evaporative cooling panel with a maximum water rate of 40 lite/minute and a maximum air rate of 5100 m3/hr. The results show that most suitable water flow rate of radiator is 10 lite/minute and this radiator can make the differences of air temperature of about 8.9oC. Moreover the results also show that the effectiveness of evaporative cooling system could reach about 73.31% with a maximum sensible heat of 8.43 kW.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the use of soaked black bean water and to add value to it otherwise it is considered as colored waste water. The soaked black bean water was analyzed for phytochemicals and dyeing process was carried out silk cotton and polyester fibers. Dried black beans were soaked in water ratio 1:1 for at least 12 hours. The dyeing process involved soaking the fiber in soaked black bean water at 100o for 30 min. to determine the type of fiber staining and color fastness. Results showed presence of Anthocyanin Anthraquinonoid Terpenoid Saponin Tannin and Flavonoids in soaked black bean water. It was found that dye could be absorbed by silk fabric in an acidic condition. The shade appeared red-brown at L*44.17 a*16.88 and b*20.13 color strength was 6.19 and ultraviolet protection was blocked more than 97.5 percentages as UPF 50+. Moreover the color fastness grading in crocking property was very good to excellent (CF 4-5) good washing fastness (WF4) and moderate fastness in the presence of light (LF 4). In conclusion soaked black bean water can be used for dyeing for silk fabric and enhance UV protection.

This study applied the kunzelstab penetration Test (KPT) or Light Penetrometer to examined penetration resistance values geological profiles and estimate shear strength properties of soils. KPT tests were carried out on steep slopes that exhibit potential slope movement in Chiang Rai province. The principal uses of the KPT are examined; i.e. correction method for N’KPT’ soil profile and allowable bearing capacity of soil foundation. KPT tests were conducted at 13 boreholes each measuring 4.00 m long along the crown of the slope. The results indicated the compacted layer and located the firm layer of soil foundation. The average allowable bearing capacities were 1.53 t/m2 at depth of 1.00-5.00 m and 17.06 t/m2 for 5.00-6.00 m depth respectively. Furthermore this paper presents an analysis of the stability of a slope with the shear strength parameters of the soil and the geological profile were defined based on the results of KPT. The results of factor of safety were below the stable value for analysis cases with groundwater table. Test results demonstrate the usefulness of the KPT method in geotechnical investigations to estimate soil profile and bearing capacity efficiently and economically. This approach is also less time consuming compared to other geotechnical site investigation methods.
