The objective of this research was to isolate plant growth promoting rhizobacteria from Wedelia trilobata (L.) A.S. Hitchcock rhizosphere and preliminarily test their plant growth promoting properties such as nitrogen fixation siderophore production phosphate solubilization and indole-3-acetic acid production. Forty-seven bacterial isolates were obtained including 26 isolates of gram positive 18 isolates of gram negative and 3 isolates of actinobacteria. After that 8 isolates (including BWTM1_MSU BWTM2_MSU BWTM5_MSU BWTM6_MSU BWWM6_MSU BWWM8_MSU BWWM9_MSU and BWWM16_MSU) were selected for studying on root colonization and plant growth promoting properties under aseptic condition. The results showed that BWTM5_MSU had the evident on the promotion of plant growth with the most percentage of rice seed germination (63.33%) high level of root and shoot length with 6.11 cm and 3.89 cm respectively. As a result the root and shoot fresh weight was as high as 9.56 mg and 11.33 mg respectively. It also correlated with the highest production of indole-3-acetic acid up to 421.29 ug/ml. The root colonization was studied by counting rhizobacteria isolate BWTM5_MSU from rice rhizoplane and rhizosphere with presented bacterial number at 9.67x106 CFU/g root and 1.64x10 10 CFU/g soil respectively.

This research was aimed to study melting behavior of paraffin wax and to evaluate the natural heat convection coefficient of solid cylinder paraffin wax. Two grades of solid paraffin wax; white commercial grade and yellow market grade were studied. Three sizes of flat test tube in diameter 1.5 2.0 and 2.5 centimeters were used. Three different amounts of paraffin indicated from samples’ heights of 5 7 and 10 centimeters were set. The results found the average melting point of both grade paraffin ranged from 44-77 oC. Based on the numerical analysis heat behavior of solid cylinder paraffin at the initial temperature of 50 oC to room temperature of about 30 oC found that natural convection coefficients was ranged from 3 to 9 W/m 2oC. Melting point temperature was found mass independent property while natural convection coefficient declined as the sample’s diameter size inclined

This project was for the development of apparel accessories from indigo dyed fabrics in Sakon Nakhon Province. This project aims to bring indigo dyed fabrics to be developed into apparel products in UNISEX pattern so that it put on in everyday life and used all genders without restrictions. Today the sexual choices increase to introduce the concept of UNISEX pattern as an alternative. From the questionnaire the consumer needs the apparel accessories could be used in everyday life by using the principles of apparel accessories as a guide to design. Color tone used cool color (Cool Hues). 0The cool color was comfortable. The project maker chose to use indigo dyed fabric to make prototype products and also increase the value of indigo dyed fabric as well. 0 The samples used 100 people who interested in textile products at Chatuchak Market. The tools used questionnaires. The collected data were interview. The statistics used percentage. The study indicated that analysis assessed on the material shape products and the strength. Using silk indigo dyeing products were suitable in 78 percent and the material products were suitable in 42 percent. The shapes of products were suitable in the bag 64 percent and shoes 55 percent respectively. The product color was 64 percent and the durable strength for use in 52 percent.

The purposed of this research “Personal factors and marketing mix that affecting to decision making for choosing nursing home of senior people” was to study (1) decision making behavior of senior people for choosing nursing home (2) personal factors that affecting to decision making for choosing nursing home of senior people. The samples of this study were 400 of senior people who live in Bangkok and provinces nearby. The questionnaires were implemented as the tool for data collection. The statistics methods were used for analyzing data; Percentage Mean Standard Deviation T-Test and One-way ANOVA. The results were found that: Most of samples are women marriages age 60-65 years old finished primary schools retirees revenue between 10000 - 20000 baht. They want to stay at their own home and need helpers when they get older and can’t help themselves. They believe they can support their housing expenditure in between 2000 – 10000 baht. They like making merit being independent and simple life. Their opinions about marketing mix; (1) Product they concern about security system in accordance with intentional standard. (2) Price they prefer offering several price level. (3) Place nursing home should located nearby hospitals. (4) Promotion they concern about clear information and housing tour. (5) People or Employee nursing home should have doctors nurses and specialists. (6)

This project aims to develop the guidebook of historic site in Dusit area via augmented reality and to support cultural tourism in providing historic site information. The guidebook is created with nine historic sites in Dusit area which are Benchamabophit Dusitwanaram Temple Devarajkunchon Temple Sukhantharam Temple Mai Thongsen Temple Ratchaphatikaram Temple Ratchaphatikaram Temple Bot Samsen Temple Ruan Mor Phon Museum Parutsakawan Palace and Suansunandha . It is developed by using the SketchUp Pro 2016 the Unity 2017 the Vegas Pro 14.0 and the Photoshop CS6. The results show that tourists can use the guidebook of historic site in Dusit area for basic information. Inside the guidebook there are history of historic sites and bus. Moreover the QR-code can be scanned with augmented technology for information of historic site as English video providing history of historic site and 3D model of historic site with 9Dusit application.
