The propagation of photon states in a nonlinear micro - PANDA ring resonator are studied and analyzed. The squeezed state representation of photon can be achieved via four – wave mixing process in the micro-ring resonator. The effect of thermal noise is also studied to optimum the validity of the next application in the CPU of quantum computer.

The purposes of the study were to investigate the level of each aspect of information technology use on the internet; and to compare the level of the Internet use of personnel working at Royal Irrigation Department (Samsen branch). 364 persons were the sample selected by Yamane sample size determination. The questionnaire was administered with as the instrument for collecting data which were analyzed by the frequency distribution percentage distribution standard deviation t-test and One-Way ANOVA. The results revealed that investigate the level of information technology use on the internet of personnel working at Royal Irrigation Department (Samsen branch) was relatively high in terms of the educational use. As for the purposes of the use for communication use the use according to the workplace policy and the use for entertainment were average; however in terms of the commercial use the result was quite low. Moreover different genders and educational levels revealed similar internet information technology use; opposite from age personal factors which resulted in 0.05 statistical difference.

The Purposive Sampling was selected as a method to figure out a sample group who was the staff of TOT Public Company Limited in Bangkok. Staff’s job position were as follows; 1) Customer Service Center Manager 2) Financial Administrator and 3) Services Administrator 195 persons in total. The data were collected by using the questionnaire which was divided into 5 parts. The first part was the general information of the respondent’s status. The second part was the viewpoint of the marketing communication mix. The third part was the viewpoint of the corporate image in order to promote marketing. The fourth part was the viewpoint of the competitive potential in telecommunication business. And the fifth part was the closed-ended questions of the problem and solutions. This research was using descriptive statistics to analyze such as frequency percentage average SD (Standard Deviation) t-test One way ANOVA and Pearson‘s Correlation Coefficient analysis as hypothesis testing.
