The objectives of this research are to study the production to find the proper ratio to test the physical mechanical properties and thermal conductivity to suggest the implementation and to transfer the technology of l ight-weight precast concrete wall panel product with aerated foam injection technique as core wall. The light-weight precast concrete wall panel product was produced by casting the mortar panels with M3 ratio (proper ratio) set up the steels and injecting the aerated foams. From the testing results followed the TIS.2226-2548 and TIS.878-2537 the general characteristic of light-weight precast concrete wall panel product was perfect. The properties of light-weight precast concrete wall panel product include 17.81 MPa of compressive strength no bending when installed in common behavior 11.38% of water absorption passed in type1 of hardness and impact test 1110.58 kg/m3 of density 9.18 MPa of bending strength and 0.186 watt/m.K of thermal insulation. This light-weight precast concrete wall panel product can use as the thermal insulation wall in building. the developing product can apply to register the petty patent.
การใช้เศษโฟมเหลือทิ้งจากบรรจุภัณฑ์สำหรับผลิตเป็นแผ่นผนังคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูปน้ำหนักเบา
The objectives of this research are to study the production to find the proper ratio to test the physical mechanical properties and thermal conductivity to suggest the implementation and to transfer the technology of light-weight precast concrete wall panel products mixed with container foam wastes. Design the ratios of Portland cement type1: coarse sand: lime stone: water equal to 1: 2: 4: 0.7 by weight and adding the container foam wastes equal to 0 0.025 0.050 0.075 and 0.1 by weight. Casting the light-weight precast concrete wall panel products by pouring the concrete into the mold which installed the steels. Test the properties follow TIS.2226-2548 and TIS.878-2537. From the results the proper ratio of adding container foam wastes was 0.075 by weight which had perfect general characteristic 16.48 MPa of compressive strength no bending when installed in common behavior 8.86% of water absorption passed type1 of hardness test passed type 2 of impact test 2014.54 kg/m3 of density 4.30 MPa of bending strength and 0.228 watt/m.K of thermal insulation. This light-weight precast concrete wall panel product can use as the thermal insulation wall in building. Moreover the developing product can apply to register the petty patent.

This objective research to study the possibility of used properties pozzolan material for concrete cement the ternary blend by fly ash metakaolin and silica powder by replacement cement partially on the strength for Flexural and impact by replace Portland cement. Consideration of concrete by varying the ratio there are three values are (w/d) of 0.38 0.55 and 0.8 follow on standards ACI 211.1-91 and variable amounts of replacement cement some. The ternary blend of the fly ash metakaolin and silica powder of percentage 0 15 20 and 25 and by weight of cement. and the control specimens (w/b) without contain fly ash kaolin and silica powder the slump test in the range of 3-5 cm and the use super plasticizer to control the slump test of concrete. By casting specimens of cylindrical diameter 10x20 cm cube 10x10x10 cm and the beam size 10x10x35 cm after curing 28 days and test compressive tensile and flexural strength of concrete all specimens The results showed that The increase will help improve the quality of the concrete physical properties 35 percent up on the cement with clay 15 percent will have the strength to most of the compression is reduced. The increased of compressive and Tension strength as the percentage decrease when replacing cement with fly ash 35 percent up on replacing cement with clay to pull the maximum percentage of 10 bending when replacing cement with clay at a ratio of 10 percent is paid bending. The maximum value of fly ash the flexural increased replace cement in the ratio of 50 per cent are increased the concrete with the most and the last place of cement. As a result of the porosity of the concrete with lower amounts of tightness concrete has increased. Fuzzy logic model is presented for predicting the strength for Flexural and impact by replace Portland cement. The result of the study from experimental case the graph of membership function are present (low medium and high). The results showed that the model Fuzzy Logic. Can be used fuzzy logics to predict as well
การใช้เถ้ากะลามะพร้าวเป็นมวลรวมน้าหนักเบาในคอนกรีตบล็อกเพื่อการประหยัดพลังงาน
The objectives of this research are to study the production step proper ratio physical properties mechanical properties thermal insulation and sound insulation efficiency of concrete blocks mixed with coconut shell ash. The ratios of concrete block mixed with coconut shell ash include Portland cement type1: quarry dust: coconut shellash which equal to 1: 6.8: 0.2 1: 6.7: 0.3 1: 6.6: 0.4 1: 6.5: 0.5 and 1: 6.4: 0.6 by weight. Water per cement ratio are 0.6 by weight. The concrete block samples were casted by the general production as same as the ordinary concrete blocks and were tested follow TIS.58. From the results the best amount of coconut shell ash which put into concrete block is 1: 6.7: 0.3 of ratio. The proper ratios of coconut shell ash can decrease the density or weight and increase the thermal insulation and sound insulation efficiency of concrete blocks. However the high amounts of coconut shell ash effect to decrease the mechanical properties concrete blocks that are lower than TIS.58 standard.
การใช้แผ่นยางแทนกำมะถันเคลือบผิวในการทดสอบกำลังอัดของคอนกรีต
This research aims to study the using a rubber sheet instead of the sulfur-capping accordance with ASTM C 617 in the compressive strength of concrete testing. The three of the compressive strength of concrete i.e. 180 240 and 320 ksc were the scope of study. The test results showed that the concrete with using a rubber sheet (fc (3)) had higher compressive strength than the standard concrete with sulfur-capping (fc (2)) at 7.7%. Therefore the adjustment factor from using a rubber sheet instead of the sulfur-capping in the compressive strength of concrete testing was 0.923; the compressive strength of concrete is equivalent to the standard testing. The relationship of compressive strength of concrete between fc (2) and fc (3) is fc (2) = 0.88 fc (3) + 12.04 with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.988.
