This research is to investigate the effects of efficiency in internal audit review of listed companies in Stock Exchange of Thailand by collecting data from 518 audit committee of listed companies in Stock Exchange of Thailand by using a questionnaire as an instrument. The results of statistics used for analyzing the collected data were simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis indicated efficiency in internal audit reviews had positive relationships with corporate performance effectiveness and efficiency in risk management. Moreover effectiveness performance revealed a positive effect on gold achievement. The results obtained from this study could be used as guidelines for developing creating and improving the efficiency in audit committee performance and internal audit practice for organization to create reliability to the public and to be able to survive sustainably in a long period of time.

The objective of the research is study about the capacity Building ang Marketing Doctor of Business Administration Program of the University Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to be consistent with sustainable development. To be in line with the country’s sustainable development direction.. I study in marketing strategy in product price place promotion or 4Ps strategy which they are used by the universities for persuasion the higher secondary school students choose to study in the universities. Moreover I study in the factor of influence for the decision to study in Universities of the first year students in an academic year 2560 of the universities under a bureau of University consultant teachers president of the Universities.

This research aims to enhance Nangleang Market as a top cultural tourist destination and to assist Nangleang Market to manage its cultural object into a sustainable way. Primary sources were from field work as data collecting interviewing 28 participants namely people responsible to Nangleang Market’s tourism management both government and private sectors people who buy food and things in the market seniors in the community local people tour leaders and tourists by using indicative questions. Second sources were investigated and analyzed from various information such as academic document and previous research. It was found that the seven groups of participants credited on integrated strategy including Communication Theory Stakeholders’ Involvement Civil State Empowerment Social Network by Facebook Campaign by Tourism Authority of Thailand and Food Safety Standard as a strategy to enhance Nangleang Market to manage tourism sustainably rather than the single one.

The objective of this research aimed to study factors affecting earning persistence and firm value of list firms in the stock exchange of Thailand in set 100 Index. The data was collected in 5 years period from 2011 – 2015 which including 213 samples and then analyzed data by using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The research revealed growth rate of sales current earnings and cash flow for short term investment reflected to earnings persistence. Furthermore this research also shed some light on factors affecting firm value and found that earnings persistence financial risk dispersed ownership structure and discretionary accrual directly affected to firm value. These results provided more information to investors about significant factors for decision making especially discretionary accrual factor. Therefore firms who have low level of earnings management and high level of earning persistence will reflect to future firm value.

This research aims to study the relationship between profitability which included gross margin operating margin net profit margin return on assets return on equity and earnings per share and price to earnings ratio and dividend yield. The data were collected from financial statements and the annual reports of the companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET100). The top three companies selected should yield a maximum registered capital of each business category from the 1st January to the 31st of December during 2012 and 2015. 20 companies were chosen. The statistics used in the data analysis were descriptive and analyzed by arithmetic mean maximum minimum Standard Deviation and Pearson Correlation Coefficients to describe the characteristics of the collected data. The results of the study revealed that profitability gained from the gross margin operating margin net profit margin return on assets and return on equity. The earnings per share ratio were related to the price to earnings ratio and dividend yield at the reliability level of 95% and 99%.
