This research project aim is to discover information about the way constmcts the cogitative patterns of Business Management faculty in coherent of the business firms and for who interested in it. Our investigation by the generic questionnaire to survey the participants to probe the relationships among the data from the eager work forces of the students in Business Management faculty at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Dhurakijpundit University and persons they want to improve or to certify in higher certificate by surveyed the banks employees and the government services in totally 117 persons Both of qualification and survey researches were used. The researchers need as much information as possible for the complete testing tools with the 6 curriculums to construct the surveying form for 3 target groups. We used descriptive statistic to show the percentage data results. As described the percentage data from the participant data for evaluated and explained the behaviors of requirement to gain knowledge in the field of studies that they needs by usage the average and percentage of statistical analysis The studied result denotes the continuous studying fields of requirement on the curriculums at Business Management faculty by ordered popularization and higher requirement of 3 study-fields: Computer Information System Business English and Management. Mostly they want to take the periods of itudies during 1-12 months or the 1 year courses. Thus the short courses have to introduce for arrangement and preparation for them to get their certification and punctually respond to the consumers.

The Purpose of this research is to investigate employment and unemployment status of Bachelors degree graduates in academic year 2006 in order to gain relevant data for preparing educational plan of Rafamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The population of this study consists of 2791 Bachelors degree graduates in academic year 2006 form 6 faculties : the Faculty of Industrial Education the Faculty of Home Economics Technology the Faculty of Mass Communication Technology the Faculty of Business Administration the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Architecture and Design. The tool used in this study is an Employment Survery for Gradnates in Academic Year 2006. Data was collected both through telephone contact and surver questionnaires collected from graduates on Degree Commencement Practice day.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านหลักสูตรที่มีผลต่อการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ได้แก่ จุดมุ่งหมาย โครงสร้าง เนื้อหา การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการวัดและประเมินผล เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Surway Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ อาจารย์ที่เป็นข้าราชการของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครทั้ง 9 คณะ โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน และแบบของยามาเน จำนวน 219 คน ได้รับกลับคืน 166 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 75.80 เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. สภาพทั่วไปของกลุ่มตัวอย่างใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 30 - 40 ปี ส่วนใหญ่จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท ประสบการณ์การทำงานส่วนใหญ่ไทม่เกิน 10 ปี ส่วนมากเป็นอาจารย์ ตคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ รองลงมา ได้แก่ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี 2. ความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ที่เป็นข้าราชการเกี่ยวกับปัจจัจยด้านหลักาสูตรที่มีผลต่อการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ประกอบด้วยระดับมาก 5 ด้านได้แก่ 1) ด้านจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร ได้แก่ ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนสามารภนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการประกอบ อาชีพได้ จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตรมีความชัดเจนและจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตรครอบคลุมคุณสมบัติและลักษณะทั่วไปของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาที่พึงประสงค์ 2) ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ได้แก่ มีการกำหนดเกณฑ์การวัดและประเมินผลอย่างชัดเจน การวัดและประเมินผลสอดคล้องกับ เนื้อหาวิชาและการวัดและประเมินผลทางด้านทฤษฎีเหมาะสม 3) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ได้แก่ อาจารย์มีการวางแผนการสอนและเตรียมการสอน อาจารย์เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วม หรือเแสดงความคิดเห็นและอาจารย์ได้สอนตรงตามวุฒิทางการศึกษาที่ได้รับ 4)ด้านโครงสร้างของหลักสูตร ได้แก่ จำนวนปีการศึกษาเหมาะสมกับหลักสูตร การกำหนดให้เรียนกลุ่มวิชาชีพบังคับเหมาะสมและจำนวนหน่วยกิตในกลุ่มวิชาแกน เหมาะสม 5) ด้านเนื้อหาของหลักสูตร ได้แก่ เนื้อหาของวิชาสอดคล้องกับจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร เนื้อหาของวิชาภาคทฤษฎีเพียงพอที่จะนำไปใช้งานอาชีพและเนื้อหาของวิชาส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนสามารถศึกษาต่อในระดับสูงตามลำดับ

The purpose of this research is to comparatively study graduate students ideal characteristics regarding learning morality self-discipline and the future orientation selfcontrol from the point of view of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon students. With descriptive research methodology questionnaires were used to gather the data from the 297 forth-year students of the semester 1/2552 at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The data were analyzed by means of the computer program SPSS statistical percentage arithmetic mean standard deviation t-test f-test ane-Way ANOVA on 0.05 level of significance. The studi reveals that the most sampling group is the female students of Facuiry of Business Administration with the average GPA at approximately 2.00-2.50. With regard to the attitude about the characteristics of ideal graduate students: learning morality selfdiscipline and the future orientation self-control the students of Faculty of Mass Communication Technology e~press their opinions towards all the characteristics as high level whereas those of Faculty of Home Economic Technology and Faculty of Industrial Education have the low-level ones. Taking each aspect into consideration for that of learning the students have high practical knowledge indicated by their application of the knowledge to everyday use problem solution and the distribution. Concerning the aspect of morality they have high generosity indicated by their sincerity friendl!ness sympathy and cooperation with friends to success. For the aspect of self-discipline they highly discipline themselves indicated by their awareness of others rights unity social rules University regulations. Regarding the aspect of the future orientation self-control they have high self-restraint. They do not do an immoral act; are wilting to wait providing that it will bring about advantages; and spend money appropriately and thoughtfully. The test on correlation between factors shows that the female have more correlation to all aspects than the male. In addition the age of 2122 have more correlation to all aspects than the age of others The recommendation is that in order to bring about the graduate students with the mentioned characteristics the university should find the way to equip the students with creativity morality derived from a real situation pride in being Thai self-discipline selfcontrol self-confidence and generosity to others. The university should realize the importance of these characteristics improve along with support the students which witllead to the graduate students with the desirable characteristics.

This study focuses on the required characters of the graduates from travel Industry by studying the 3 main groups of personnel of travel industry personnel of hotel and directors of tourism offices at Tourism Authority of Thailand both domestic and international. The results from 426 samples are being analyzed by F-Test at significant level 0.05. The study shows that required characters depend on types of organization agree that developments in ethics life and careers are needed for the travel industry. The students in travel Industry. Moreover the instructors and lecturers should have real experience on the topics and should train the students to be more creative and ready for the self development. The teaching concepts should pay more attentions on quality with more field experience. T!le emphasis on service minded is also recommended.
